The service was efficient and helpful. There was a good wine list.
The location is very pleasant, right on the banks of the Moselle River.
13/03/2026: We were the only ones in the restaurant that evening and it was great! The waitress was very friendly and the food was excellent, I highly recommend it.

11/04/2026: A lovely time with my two friends in La Louvière. The owner is super friendly, very welcoming, and helpful. A beautiful, cozy, and well-decorated place with vibrant colors. The colorful cuisine is so delicious (sautéed squid and shrimp)... subtle exotic flavors with a side of colorful and finely chopped vegetables.
In short, impeccable service and delicious food. The rum baba for dessert was divine ❤️ Thank you for this wonderful time 👍😁

We had a wonderful meal; it was like our grandmothers used to cook! The portions were generous. It was perfect, we'll be back. See you soon.
19/04/2026: Our host was excellent; her welcome, her recommendations for dinner, she even took care of our restaurant reservation as we arrived a little late in the area. Breakfast was very good, with a generous selection served in a charming and idyllic setting.

However, the dishes are overpriced for what they are and compared to the prices of nearby restaurants. €6 for 25cl of orange juice...
I didn't hate it, but waiting 30 minutes for a burger that was cooked incorrectly (I asked for rare, it arrived medium) and had onions that I asked them to remove (thankfully I'm not allergic) was unacceptable.
28/04/2026: We had a very good dinner; the chef even brought our food to us. We ate outside, which was lovely.
We ordered a surprise cocktail, and it was excellent.
This is a restaurant worth recommending.

06/04/2026: The food is high quality with excellent combinations of dishes. The service is attentive and friendly. We dined in a charming adjoining room with solid wood paneling. A nice touch was the cheese and dessert trolley. Reservations are recommended.

21/02/2026: While on vacation, we ate twice at this restaurant run by a father and son, who were incredibly kind and whose homemade pizzas and pasta were amazing... I've never eaten such a good pizza... I usually leave the crust, but I ate it all. Fresh, high-quality ingredients. Don't hesitate! You'll have a wonderful time.

24/04/2026: We were very disappointed with our experience at Dragon d’Or.
The chicken and vermicelli soup was bland, and we clearly heard a microwave, suggesting the chicken had been hastily defrosted. We ordered two portions of Chinese noodles with crispy chicken, but the portions were really small for two dishes served on a tiny sharing platter.
On a Friday at lunchtime, we were the only customers. The restaurant seemed closed (closed door, very dark atmosphere), with outdated decor that didn't inspire confidence.
All this for €49, which seems completely disproportionate to the quality and quantity offered.
We relied on the reviews, but there's a real disconnect between them and our experience. The establishment unfortunately gives the impression of being on its last legs.
We just hope we don't get sick after this meal.
