Special mention goes to the warm welcome and kindness of the staff, which truly contributed to a wonderful experience. An address we will treasure and return to with pleasure.

04/05/2026: A wonderful experience at Auberge Lorraine in Le Valtin! A charming setting, delicious and generous cuisine, and a warm welcome. Many thanks again to the lady who greeted us and kept us laughing throughout our meal. Ideal after a hike in the Vosges Mountains. Highly recommended!

25/05/2026: Lovely establishment, we ate very well, the Caesar and salmon salads were very fresh, and the floating islands were exquisite! The pizzas looked excellent... A place to remember in Vittel, very good value for money.

25/05/2026: Outstanding hotel & restaurant! We spent 3 nights there (20>23 May 2026), touring the area on our motorcycle. Good food, clean, well-maintained, quiet area, friendly/helpful service. Price-quality ratio is very good. We were able to put our motorcycle in their garage at no extra charge. We travel a lot, so we're frequently in hotels. This hotel/restaurant is above average. We highly recommend this hotel!

23/05/2026: We stayed one night at the Hôtel des Lacs. The welcome was warm, the room was clean, and the bedding was comfortable. We had booked a superior room, which is in an annex, so it was very quiet. The proximity of the church doesn't disturb your sleep because the room is well soundproofed. Breakfast was a bit meager for €13 per person. There wasn't a wide selection of sweets (no spreads, cereals, or regular yogurts). But otherwise, it's a good place to stay.

02/06/2026: I recommend it 100%. We order pizzas regularly and it's always perfect! The pizzas are excellent and still hot, the delivery is fast, and the employees are very friendly and smiling.

01/06/2026: A truly beautiful show with lovely costumes, very professional dancers, and a very decent meal. If we hadn't come so far, we would have booked for the back-to-school show. Thank you all, you dazzled us and made us laugh a lot too.

17/05/2026: Parking is very easy. The interior is well-maintained, with immaculate white tablecloths and good-quality paper napkins. Impeccable cleanliness. The waitresses, all dressed in black, are very classic and elegant. The menu isn't too long. That's a good sign, suggesting homemade dishes. We opted for the escalope and kidneys set menu. For a starter, we had a Vosges salad...very generous in both quality and quantity. When the main courses arrived, we were pleasantly surprised again: homemade and beautifully presented. The waitresses are friendly and attentive to our satisfaction. The prices are very reasonable. The wait between the starter and the main course is perfectly normal...not stressful or too long. We'll definitely be back, and probably more than once during our stay. Well done to everyone! 👍

12/05/2026: During the Orchestival in St. Dié, we placed a two-day catering order for 488 meals, featuring three different menus, with Viviane. Everyone who had lunch or dinner was extremely satisfied. Her recommendations for service, portion sizes, and meal quality were perfect. We recommend her without hesitation.

25/05/2026: We waited 30 minutes for the menu. No one served us. We introduced ourselves, yet we were told to be seated. We prefer to go to a place where we are treated with respect!

23/02/2026: Very disappointed! We came once before, and it was great: fine and refined cuisine. But this Sunday, the dishes had a very heavy, overpowering sauce that was not good at all. We also had a very large portion of sweetbreads, which was sickening because it was too big, again with a heavy, thick, and very strong sauce. For dessert, we ordered sorbet, and we were brought three scoops with nothing else! Not a mint leaf, no small fruit for garnish, not a small biscuit, nothing for €15! What a disappointment for €180! We will not be returning to Karélian.

19/05/2026: We came for lunch today and had a wonderful meal. We were very happy with the set menu; everything was excellent. We rarely eat out because we're often disappointed, but you can go there without hesitation :) The service was also quick.
