01/10/2026: Overall, we had an excellent stay (night/dinner/breakfast). We would be happy to return. A big plus for the warm welcome and especially the ability to accommodate our specific disability. Thank you again. Hotel: Somewhat like a motel, as cars are parked in the courtyard. Both rooms were large, comfortable, clean, and full of thoughtful touches like coffee pods, slippers, and drinks. We slept well. Adding blackout blinds to all the windows would be a plus, like those in room 102. Restaurant: It's a delightful experience, equally pleasing to the eye and the palate. From the amuse-bouches to dessert, everything was more than enjoyable. The wine pairing was particularly well done, especially the Ad Libitum with the trout (21 euros for 3 wines). Excellent value for money with the €39 set menu... Breakfast is both plentiful and varied, a great way to start the day. There are both savory and sweet options...

29/09/2026: A wonderful discovery for an overnight stay! The owners are very welcoming, the room is very nice, with a safe, minibar, and coffee maker... and the meal, even though it was a set menu for this overnight stay, was superb! Compared to other accommodations in the area, this is my favorite and one of my top 5 for the 90 nights I stay in each year.

16/10/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An excellent spot for kebab lovers! The food is delicious, the meat is flavorful, and the portions are generous. The service is top-notch, with a warm welcome and a pleasant atmosphere. You can taste the quality and expertise in every dish. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to eat a really good kebab!

20/05/2026: I had dinner one evening at this inn. It was fantastic. The dishes are simple, but everything is perfectly executed. The welcome is warm and the setting very pleasant. A great find.

20/05/2026: My partner and I went there last night. We live 5km away, and I had never been before. Based on some of the reviews, I went with mixed feelings. But what better way to form your own opinion than to eat there? We received a very warm welcome. The two young men serving that evening were great. The dishes were very good, not particularly generous at first glance, but I certainly didn't leave hungry...far from it. For the price: reasonable for a restaurant with a nice ambiance. I've eaten in much more ordinary restaurants, both in terms of food and decor, and paid more. So don't rely on other people's reviews, whether positive or negative...go and form your own opinion...like I did.

A minor drawback is the desserts, which, while tasty and artfully presented, are either understated or appear disproportionate in dishes that are too large... too simple...

28/07/2026: The small village of Magny is very lucky to have this wonderful traditional restaurant, which also serves as a vibrant local hub (newsstand, tobacconist). Simple cuisine, but crafted with love. Plus, fantastic local wines from Martin Barbieux in Vézelay. Bravo for everything you do...

04/07/2026: A village atmosphere, a unique bistro, cool and inviting under the pergola. A peaceful, timeless retreat. But above all, it's a wonderful encounter with the owner/cook. If you're charging your car at the Avallon supercharger...don't hesitate, skip the Ibis and come here!

23/10/2026: After the surprise of our restaurant being closed, we tried our luck at Pizz'n'Pan. They were kind enough to take us in, even though it was very late. Great pizza (and cordon bleu panini!) and a great team! I recommend it.

04/10/2026: The atmosphere is great and the restaurant is well located with a small parking lot right in front. The pizzas are amazing and the staff are very friendly. Honestly, I just discovered them and I'll definitely be back!

17/10/2026: Extremely expensive for the price. Not a generous portion at all, not even remotely. I think we're at the maximum price recommended by the franchisor, to cover what was undoubtedly an excessive investment made by the new owner three years ago.

15/10/2026: Hello, we were disappointed by the dishes: - The Racliflette was a combination of raclette and tartiflette, with very little smoked bacon and onions, not even properly browned, lots of potatoes, and very little cheese; - The Patata burger gourmand triple rösti had a middle rösti that was soggy and didn't stay on the plate. We did enjoy the desserts: French toast and gourmet coffee. The staff was pleasant and welcoming.
