09/11/2025: Christelle, the owner, makes excellent, original, and mouthwatering homemade food 😋 Her husband, Didier, who is also the owner, is very welcoming and attentive to his customers, who appreciate him greatly. The menu is very affordable for everyone. And the quality of the ingredients is perfect and all-natural. I recommend it 100%!

10/10/2025: A wonderful discovery! Only one menu available, but at an unbeatable price. Homemade cuisine worthy of a bistro restaurant. Don't hesitate to try it. A fabulous hot/cold dessert.

02/01/2026: It took me a while to write a review, we ate there on November 6, 2025 and I still haven't gotten over the value for money, €520 for two for uninteresting dishes. This was my 7th Michelin-starred restaurant, and all of them have left me with wonderful memories. This one was a real disappointment. A waitress even managed to knock over my dessert while putting the garnish on it, so much for the photo, and the wine pairing was of mediocre quality. I'm still looking for the star.

22/03/2026: Interior: Small restaurant. Friendly atmosphere with soft background music. I really appreciated the dim lighting. The menu is varied, with something for everyone. Everything was really very good. I was a little disappointed by the welcome; we had to go to the counter to announce our arrival, and it was a bit unclear which table we were seated at. The wait between arrival and ordering was long, and the same was true between ordering and the arrival of our starters. After that, it was a normal pace for most restaurants (based on my previous experiences). Exterior: Decent and welcoming, greeted by the cow from the Etable 07 😁 Very limited parking in front of the restaurant. It's possible to park a little further up the road, about 60 meters away (provided that every driver is courteous and parks respectfully). I would still go back.

21/03/2026: We came to L’Étables for dinner and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. My husband ordered duck breast, which arrived far too overcooked and dry. I had fish soup followed by prawns in whisky sauce: the whole thing was completely bland, with no flavor whatsoever. We expressed our dissatisfaction to the waiter, who had the dishes remade. We appreciated the gesture, but unfortunately, it didn't change anything: the duck breast was still tasteless, and the prawns seemed to be poorly thawed frozen products, with a sauce reused from the first plates, resulting in an unpleasant taste. It's all the more disappointing because the establishment clearly aims to offer sophisticated dishes, but the result falls short. Perhaps it would be better to focus on simpler, more refined cuisine. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

17/03/2026: A great find in Rochemaure! The food is delicious and the ingredients are clearly fresh, which is much appreciated. The service is pleasant and efficient. The only slight drawback would be a smaller menu, which would be a real plus for workers or those looking for a quick weekday lunch. Nevertheless, I highly recommend it for the quality of the food!

04/02/2026: An exceptional Asian restaurant thanks to the quality of its cuisine, a real treat with a very warm welcome! The portions are generous, delicious, inexpensive, and on top of that, they're super friendly. One of the best Asian restaurants I've ever been to! This little restaurant (which doesn't look like much from the outside) is a real gem! Go in, it's definitely worth it! Bravo and bravo again, it's such a pleasure to find such a good restaurant!!!

Very good value for money. The welcome is warm and friendly in a beautiful, newly renovated dining room, and on sunny days, the pleasant panoramic shaded terrace is a real bonus. A delicious and convivial meal is guaranteed, and we will gladly return. Thank you to the entire team at "Chez Germaine"!

13/01/2026: We stumbled upon "Le Bon Port" quite by chance. It was my birthday, and there were four of us. Martin, the host (cook in winter and waiter), welcomed us warmly. He took care of our dietary restrictions (lactose-free and gluten-free) and prepared incredible dishes for us using fresh, local ingredients. The food was both delicious and beautifully presented! 06/01/2026: Delicious, generous, and homemade cuisine from appetizer to dessert, with influences from the Ardèche and Pyrenees regions, but not exclusively. A very warm and friendly welcome from Martin, the owner, who immediately puts customers at ease, which is very pleasant. A magnificent setting in the mountains. A nice wine list. This restaurant, offering excellent value for money, is a gem in the valley! We've eaten there several times and will definitely return.

25/03/2026: A restaurant I remain loyal to, even though I now have to travel quite a distance to get there. Excellent, fresh, homemade food; high-quality cuisine. I highly recommend it to lovers of Asian cuisine (with a particular fondness for the Vietnamese hot pot: a real treat!).
