22/09/2024: A quiet location in September, beautiful green places. Sanitary facilities outdated but clean. Friendly owner. Please note: very high thresholds when entering the campsite with the camper. The stamps of our level system hit them! The lake (for which I came) was personally disappointing to me. I have paddled around the lake, but you first have to go through a dirty yellow clay layer before you stand on your paddle board. As a result, no clear water. Once on the water, the lake appears beautifully blue. The lake was very deserted in September. Didn't even see any water birds!

Disappointed, this restaurant was recommended to me, I will not come back 🤔

15/08/2024: Certainly the setting is beautiful, the terrace adorable.
But what is the real and primary reason why we come to eat in a restaurant? No longer hungry. Have the feeling of being full, of having reached satiety.
And it is clear that this €20 cassoulet is only an overview, a draft, a sketch, an appetizer.
Normally when we think of cassoulet we think of hearty, and this is quite the opposite. The principle of gourmet cuisine applied to traditional cuisine.
The Orléans waitress was certainly very kind and understanding but that doesn't take away from the fact that Mamie Costes must be turning in her grave.

05/09/2024: Nice little places on the edge of a cute stream. Beer lovers, you will be served! A very wide choice awaits you! We went there after a magnificent day at the Artigue waterfall. Adorable price, calm and very friendly servers.

29/08/2024: Restaurant enjoying a very pleasant setting in the center of Ax les Thermes. Unfortunately, despite the good reception and the good humor of the waiters (including a very very handsome one nonetheless), the quality of the 8 dishes ordered was really not there, without any exception...
23/08/2024: The meal schedule is very bad for tourists. At 2 p.m., kitchens closed
We arrived at 2:10 p.m., and in a very rude manner they told us to leave, that they were not attending to us.

I had reserved a table for 1 p.m.
When we arrived, we were told "no no, there is nothing reserved..." then as I insisted, ensuring my good faith...I was told "OK we will create a table for you.... and then Nothing but then Nothing... I think we must have become transparent no one calculated for us anymore... we waited... then in the face of so much unprofessionalism we went to eat elsewhere!
Too disappointed!
10/10/2024: Quiet place. The food is quite good for the price, taking into account the range of dining options. Excellent service. They treated us very well. Furthermore, the waitress took the trouble to explain everything to us in English, since we do not speak French. Highly recommended.

11/11/2024: Établissement que nous avons découvert et pour lequel tous les voyants sont au vert. Pizzas d' excellentes qualité suffisamment gourmande, pâtes extra, la salade est aussi très bonne et très copieuse. Les desserts certes traditionnels mais là aussi très gourmand et de très bonne qualité. Je recommande sans hésitation cet établissement qui plus, est situé sur la route menant à Andorre et où, il est très aisé de se stationner. A recommander.
04/11/2024: Pizza dough really too thin! Knowing that this is what is the cheapest for the pizza maker 😖 it’s a bit excessive…
Without hesitation, go to the competition: La Pizzeria in Tarascon sur Ariege, takeaway pizzas only but great!👍

30/08/2024: We go to this restaurant on a Tuesday lunchtime in August. According to the website, the weekday lunch menu costs €19. When we are at the table, we are told that the site is not up to date and that we must order à la carte. We were with guests and we didn't dare protest or leave but we didn't enjoy it at all. A big minus for this restaurant. Damage.

25/08/2024: A service unfortunately not up to par with the meal! The waitresses were unfriendly, poorly presented and gave the impression of being disturbed. We spent three hours at the table, and the service was very long.
