14/07/2026: I enjoyed the Bastille Day menu today, and it was perfect from start to finish. Beautifully presented, generous portions, delicious, and the side dish was original. 08/07/2026: Hello What a disappointment! We come every year, and this time we were very disappointed! The food was bland and not very generous! It felt like we were in a snack bar! The service was adequate but cold! We missed the old team! The atmosphere isn't the same anymore!

02/08/2026: Today, while eating with my parents, I went inside to ask for the restroom while the waiter took our order. The owner didn't even greet me and coldly told me there were no restrooms, so I had to go home to use the toilet. He didn't even apologize himself; it was his employee who came to apologize. So I didn't order anything and left, leaving my parents alone for a family meal. Personally, he won't be seeing me there again. Even if it's reserved for customers, even though I was a customer, there are ways to speak to them.

14/06/2026: Excellent pizza, both Baltic and Landes-style, as well as a Basque aperitif. The passionate owner will happily chat with you if you invite him over. A peaceful spot.

29/07/2026: Avoid this restaurant! We left and went to eat at the restaurant across the street. The vegetables were frozen, the fries were as dry as the Sahara Desert, and I'm still looking for the curry in the chicken curry. Frankly, I won't be going back. And charging extra for side dishes in a restaurant is really not good.

31/05/2026: Living in Ariège part-time for years and always loyal customers of L'Estanquet, we've never been disappointed. The pizzas are excellent, with a very thin crust and generous toppings—nothing like frozen supermarket pizzas or fast food. It's authentic, artisanal cuisine with a warm welcome. We've brought several friends who have enjoyed it. We definitely and highly recommend it.

06/07/2026: I had a terrible experience at this tobacco shop. They wanted to show me my card to verify my salary and then go in for a pack of cigarettes. The cashier judged me as a potential thief. I was really disappointed.

14/02/2026: I know this establishment very well and I've enjoyed it until the day the beef satay I was served was truly off-flavored; it smelled incredibly strong, but they served it to me anyway. After I pointed this out to the owner, who immediately reprimanded his sister in the kitchen, he returned looking embarrassed and apologizing. The problem is, he shouldn't have served me that dish. Since then, I only go there as a last resort. Apart from that incident, the food served is good! I've recently started going back, and tonight (March 3, 2022) I wasn't disappointed. I think the kitchen has made some adjustments, and as a result, I'm going back regularly. Today, January 14, 2023, we went to this establishment, and frankly, we didn't regret it. We had a wonderful meal: I had my Vietnamese salad and beef satay, and my wife had her pho with coconut pearls. The atmosphere was good, it was busy, and there were lots of takeout orders. In short, I'll be back. PLEASE NOTE: The restaurant will be closed for the entire month of February 2023 and will not reopen until March 1st, 2023. Today, February 14th, 2026, this restaurant is permanently closed due to retirement. An Indian restaurant is expected to replace it. Opening date unknown.

11/11/2025: Always a very warm welcome at Saigon City. The food is excellent, the service is top-notch, and the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend it.

16/05/2026: A unique hotel: a former coaching inn. Impeccable room and bathroom. Vintage decor. A touch of the past that sets it apart from typical hotels. The hotel is very well located in the heart of the city.
