28/02/2026: While passing through the area, I tried the restaurant; the service and welcome were top-notch and attentive! Their pizzas are incredible, I'll try to come back when I'm next in the area, I highly recommend it!

06/07/2025: Excellent restaurant at the Col de Port. We ate in the garden, shaded by a large tree. Very refreshing despite the heat. The waitress was very friendly.

03/03/2026: A fantastic find at Casa Mauricio! We're not from around here, so stumbling upon a little restaurant like this for our lunch break (we're construction workers in the area) was a real treat. The welcome was incredibly warm; we immediately felt at ease, like we were at home. And most importantly… the food was delicious! The portions were generous, beautifully prepared, and the quality was definitely there. Honestly, a very pleasant surprise. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely be back!

26/02/2026: When we're in Ax-les-Thermes, we go to this restaurant where the food is very good, the waitresses are very friendly, and the decor is lovely. Easy to get to from the Couloubret baths!

20/02/2026: I'm not referring to the hotel at all, which I don't know, but which housed a gold buying stand. I sold gold and silver to the company LCRO, and I dealt with an extremely unpleasant and rude man.

02/02/2026: Wow!!! I travel a lot for work, so I think I'm credible in my opinion, and I only leave reviews when I'm really happy with something! Go for it without hesitation, everything is fantastic, exceptional value for money, especially for an overnight stay... it's not like eating in a cafeteria, the food is excellent! Don't hesitate, it's top-notch, well done and thank you!!!

27/02/2026: For the past few years we've enjoyed this bar and restaurant on the banks of the Saleix stream. We're really looking forward to summer so we can eat there and enjoy the cool air by the water.

08/02/2026: Very disappointed with our last experience. We often come here as a family for lunch and snacks. This was the last time. We felt like we were bothering them. The comments made to customers were very inappropriate (reductive judgments). The terrace seemed to be monitored from the kitchen. It's a shame, we really liked this place. The waitress was very pleasant, the managers much less so.

10/12/2025: The course is magnificent, the welcome was excellent, but unfortunately the food didn't live up to it, perhaps because it was Monday lunchtime. A shame, because the staff is very attentive. We'll still come back, though, because the course is well worth the trip.

19/11/2024: As we were passing through Pamiers to buy a car, we were looking for a small brasserie not far from the point of sale. This brasserie brings together all the elements to have a good time. Copious plates. Excellent meat. Top notch service. We highly recommend.

16/01/2026: A small, family-run restaurant that's very welcoming and warm! The service is very responsive and attentive despite having only one waitress and one cook. The price-quality ratio is good considering the wide selection of dishes. I highly recommend it and thank them for their attention to their customers' culinary desires :)
