01/03/2026: Excellent location. We're never disappointed by the restaurant, but the rooms are terrible. The sheets were dirty with ingrained stains, and the same went for the towels. It's a shame; we'll come back to eat, but not to stay!

01/03/2026: Very nice, not too expensive. The rooms are very, very small and it's really right on the road and a bit far from the ski lift to walk to, but it's right on the river, the people are friendly, the water pressure is good in the shower, the beds are very good, the restaurant is very good.

17/03/2026: The duck breast and confit were excellent and very generous portions. I recommend it.

09/02/2026: The waiter went to the restroom right in front of me, didn't wash his hands, and then served me my plate... When there's a one-second gap between flushing and the door opening—which I checked myself at the end—there was no paper towel available, right in the middle of service! Shameful, unacceptable!! Otherwise, the food was alright, simple, acceptable... €18 for the set menu, nothing fancy, expensive for what it was, with the added bonus of someone else's urine or other bodily fluids. You'll never see me again, that's for sure.

21/11/2025: Having booked for two on a Friday evening, we arrived on time and no one knew we had a reservation. The restaurant was packed, so we had to wait for a table to become available before we could sit down to eat. The roasted Camembert was very good, no complaints there. The burrata salad could have used a bit more dressing (that's just my opinion). The ribeye steak was average, very tender but a bit bland. It was very noisy, but for a Friday night, that's forgivable. Overall, it was decent. 👌🏼

18/05/2026: I had a terrible experience at this bakery. I went in on market day to buy a bottle of water in the morning, but I noticed there was mouse droppings on it. I politely returned the bottle to the waitress, telling her I wouldn't be taking it after all. I came back a little later to get a panini, but the woman spoke to me very aggressively, telling me that returning the bottle of water with the mouse droppings was impolite, and then told me to leave the shop and refused to sell me the panini.

17/04/2026: We received excellent service, everyone was very friendly and even though we didn't speak French, we were able to understand each other and they were patient with us. The food was delicious and plentiful.

07/05/2026: Very unpleasant. Bland meal. The waitress was bordering on rude, berating customers if they didn't respond immediately...strange for a business owner, or perhaps she was just in a bad mood that day. I wouldn't go back.

02/05/2026: Dinner with my partner, we chose the tasting menu... What a disappointment! Really not good, and what can I say about the dessert (a plate of pastries)? Truly unworthy of a restaurant. Avoid at all costs.

09/11/2025: A restaurant I used to frequent. Friendly owners, home-style cooking with fresh, local ingredients. It's so sad that this establishment is closed and the premises are up for sale!

16/04/2026: Perfect. The pizza maker was very friendly, kind, and welcoming today (April 16th, 6:30 PM). The pizzas were delicious and generously topped! I ordered one Royale, one Five Cheese, and one Montagnarde. Thank you for your hospitality.

For me, everything was perfect! 🍕🤤 The welcome is warm, the staff is incredibly attentive, and the pizzas are simply delicious. ⚠️ Quick tip: Try to book the day before if possible! It gets very busy, which is a testament to the quality and well-deserved success of the place. Congratulations to the whole team and best of luck for the future; you truly deserve your success!

14/02/2026: I know this establishment very well and I've enjoyed it until the day the beef satay I was served was truly off-flavored; it smelled incredibly strong, but they served it to me anyway. After I pointed this out to the owner, who immediately reprimanded his sister in the kitchen, he returned looking embarrassed and apologizing. The problem is, he shouldn't have served me that dish. Since then, I only go there as a last resort. Apart from that incident, the food served is good! I've recently started going back, and tonight (March 3, 2022) I wasn't disappointed. I think the kitchen has made some adjustments, and as a result, I'm going back regularly. Today, January 14, 2023, we went to this establishment, and frankly, we didn't regret it. We had a wonderful meal: I had my Vietnamese salad and beef satay, and my wife had her pho with coconut pearls. The atmosphere was good, it was busy, and there were lots of takeout orders. In short, I'll be back. PLEASE NOTE: The restaurant will be closed for the entire month of February 2023 and will not reopen until March 1st, 2023. Today, February 14th, 2026, this restaurant is permanently closed due to retirement. An Indian restaurant is expected to replace it. Opening date unknown.

11/11/2025: Always a very warm welcome at Saigon City. The food is excellent, the service is top-notch, and the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend it.

08/04/2026: Supposedly a café and restaurant, with menus outside, etc... we arrived at 7 pm to find out what time service started, and the completely clueless waiter told us, "We start at 7 pm, or 7:30 pm, or 8 pm, but we don't really know if we're actually serving; it depends on whether we've received the delivery." Absolutely fantastic! 👍🏻 I hope you don't do this during peak tourist season.

02/04/2026: The coffee wasn't bad, but we ordered a waffle and they told us no, they wouldn't make them. Just like that, without giving us an alternative or explanation, as if they didn't want to serve people. I wouldn't go back.

12/05/2026: We stayed at this hotel using a Wonderbox gift voucher. We received a warm welcome. Upon arriving in our room, we discovered it was in dire need of renovation. There was mold on the walls, and the fitted sheet was smaller than the mattress and therefore didn't stay in place. Breakfast was a buffet served with expired products. The yogurt was a month past its expiration date, and the butter was two weeks past it. This is not worth two stars.

09/05/2026: Okay, we'll give the hotel a 5, but the breakfast a 1... Sweet and savory... well, yeah, there were indeed two half-slices of rolled-up cured ham and one sliced ​​cheese triangle (true story). We opted for the sweet option... well, bread, mini pastries, and cereal flakes... 22 euros for two. We could have had the equivalent (quantity and quality) for 8 euros for two at Marie Blachère.

25/03/2026: I went there three times for takeaway meals and personally I found it excellent. No complaints.

24/03/2026: Our favorite restaurant, thanks to the kindness and warm welcome of the owners. The food is excellent and fresh: fried dishes, sushi, maki, wok dishes... the slow-cooked meals that introduce us to Vietnamese cuisine. We celebrate birthdays there, and I often come during the week with my little one who loves it... all-you-can-eat buffet, very good, perfect. For us, the best! 💗
