I've been coming even more regularly for almost two years now, and for good reason: - it truly lives up to its name. Centrally located near Grande Conche beach, the spot offers a magnificent view with palm trees, sand, the sea, and the beautiful Charente-Maritime sunshine ☀️🌴🌊. It's a popular and lively place, always bustling with people. On the ground floor, the terrace offers lovely tables and very comfortable armchairs. You're always greeted with a smile and genuine kindness. We have NEVER had a single bad experience, whether for breakfast (coffee and croissants ☕️🥐), lunch, dinner, or simply for an aperitif at the end of the day. A crucial point to emphasize: - The facilities are always extremely clean, the hygiene is impeccable, and we have complete confidence from beginning to end! ✨ A huge plus for the professional aspect: - As part of our Real Estate Business Club, they reserve a fantastic upstairs space for us, complete with a terrace for sunny days. Even though the establishment is quite lively, the confidentiality of our meetings is fully preserved. It's also the ideal place where we like to host our end-of-year celebrations with our partners and colleagues. I highly recommend Le Point Central, both for professional events and group bookings, as well as for a relaxing time as a customer. 14/08/2026: I'm extremely disappointed with my takeout order. The advertised wait time was 20 minutes, but I ended up waiting twice as long, 40 minutes (well, these things happen), and in the end, I received two dry sandwiches with a meager condiment: two sliced ​​onions barely visible and a tiny piece of bell pepper. The bread was overcooked, hard, and dry, with no sauce even spread properly. The pizza was very flat and tasteless; it was more like a pancake than a pizza. Honestly, I don't understand the hype surrounding this restaurant. I'm very disappointed and won't be returning.

12/08/2026: We've loved their pizzas and pastas for the three years since we moved to the Baconnets neighborhood. The team is super friendly and hardworking. The charcuterie is made with poultry, but it's amazing—pepperoni, ham... it tastes just like the real thing! (And even if you're not Muslim, reducing the amount of pork in the charcuterie is a good idea!). We'll remain loyal customers as long as we live in the area and as long as this team is running it.

01/08/2026: The 4 Fromages Pizza with extra Bacon and Egg was very nice, staff was very friendly and I was happy to be able to still get something decent to eat when arriving back at my hotel close to Massy Opera from a day trip at 22:30 on a Saturday evening 🙂

I'm giving 1 star for the homemade fries and the grilled meat, even though it was meager. €15 a plate, maybe they should put more grilled meat and less garnish, which was also poorly seasoned and tasteless, that would be better.

17/02/2026: Customers for 40 years, we are light years away from the early days: Regarding the royal couscous: Only one skewer instead of two, filled with four tiny pieces of meat instead of the five or six large ones we used to have. Semolina is served in an open dish, not a closed tagine that retains heat. Vegetable couscous is served alongside the royal couscous, which is meant to be shared, but the entire portion is for one person, not two. The dining room is very cold, portable heaters (gas cylinders) are prohibited, and the overall heating is woefully inadequate. General cleanliness leaves much to be desired.

30/07/2026: Returning from the Tour de France, we found this restaurant. Everything was good, and the service was excellent. Perhaps a little pricey for Italians, but perhaps in line with French prices. We'll definitely be returning. Greetings from the global group.
