07/09/2026: Honestly, it's exhausting. You order takeout, and it's ready 30 minutes after the scheduled time. You order a farmhouse pizza (with mozzarella), and you get Reblochon cheese in it (I didn't sign up for that disgusting stuff). I imagine it must be a difficult pace to maintain, but still. Despite that, the prices are reasonable, but they should make an effort. The staff is very friendly, but frankly, I'm disappointed.

The welcome is also very pleasant, and the service is impeccable. A great place that I highly recommend! I will definitely be back. 🍕😋

22/07/2026: Not very friendly, I had rice and pasta, the sauce had no taste, almost sickening. I'm giving 1 star for the homemade fries and the grilled meat, even though it was meager. €15 a plate, maybe they should put more grilled meat and less garnish, which was also poorly seasoned and tasteless, that would be better.

09/09/2026: The food was great. Ordered burgers and were surprised how great they were. However the service was disappointing. I think it was because we were foreigners and we did not speak the language. We wanted a quick dinner and a drink close to the hotel and this place seemed great. But the girl working appeared very irritated that she had to talk to us. We only got the food menu, once she came back, she dropped off the drink menu and asked what we will drink immediately. We asked for a few minutes since we did not see the menu before and again we got an eye roll. Overall i feel this is just how foreigners are treated or maybe she is just gen z and we did not fit her vibe. But the food was great!

14/12/2025: My wife and I had a wonderful time in a very pleasant atmosphere. I highly recommend Catherine's massages, which were divine after an hour in the hammam. The brunch was generous, at least for us. Thank you for your hospitality.

07/12/2025: ⛔ 1 star My experience at this establishment was unforgettable...and not in a good way ❌ ⚠️ If you're looking for a Christmas gift for a loved one...read my review first! 1️⃣ Before arriving First contact by phone, the tone is set. The voucher was valid until December 31st, making it impossible to book for January 3rd...that is, 3 days after the expiry date. Rules are rules (even if one might expect a little flexibility and empathy from this kind of establishment...) I book. 2️⃣ Arrival Upon arrival, the tone is confirmed: say goodbye to relaxation. I sensed a directive tone (am I here to relax?), which struck me as slightly haughty and patronizing (maybe just an off day, we're all human! Let's stay positive to enjoy the rest of this experience). 3️⃣ The Facilities Old-fashioned wooden doors that don't close, broken toilets, a temperature of around 20°C in the relaxation area, supposedly a power outage... well, it continues... the barge seemed poorly maintained, perhaps I came on a bad day (Sunday)?... But hey, maybe it's still possible to have a good time, let's hope so 🤞🏻! 4️⃣ Hammam... A real heatwave 🔥, that's for sure! Be careful not to step on the scalding jets, which aren't protected ⚠️ How clumsy of me... the jet wasn't quite at the far end as the manager indicated, but a bit more in the middle, so when I tried to put my flip-flop back on... ouch! A very bad burn (later confirmed by my doctor). 30 minutes of cold water and still in so much pain. 5️⃣ Shaking, on the verge of fainting, thank goodness the manager was there: she called the fire department and promised to reschedule my relaxation time, apologizing profusely... 🥁 And no! - A "sorry, but there were signs" - A 3-minute break, a glass of water and a compress, then - Are you ready for your massage? Um...is this a joke? No compensation whatsoever, and I thought it would have been possible to reschedule given the burn and my condition...how naive I am. So you can imagine the experience I had. I felt a lack of empathy in how the situation was handled. This kind of establishment doesn't seem conducive to relaxation. 🍞 Bonus: the brunch consists of bottled orange juice (like the kind you get at Carrefour), tea, a croissant, a piece of cheese with scrambled eggs, a small spring roll and a small samosa, and a fruit salad. You can make up your own mind about it. For the sake of transparency: I never give reviews behind the establishment's back. I always prefer to discuss things with those directly involved first. The situation was ignored. "Management can't do anything." "We can't put any protection on the nozzles, they would overheat..." So I'm sharing my experience here.

03/09/2026: Mediocre pizza. I live in Talant, they took an hour to deliver and forgot half of what I ordered. Avoid at all costs!

03/09/2026: Order placed at 8:10 PM: 2 pizzas and a can of soda. The delivery driver arrived an hour after the order (delivery address 2 minutes from the pizzeria). One pizza was missing, which was great for a meal for two, especially considering the pizzas are small! 45 minutes after the first pizza was delivered, the second one finally arrived! But there was no compensation, no apology except for the driver's, who admitted he wasn't responsible for other people's mistakes! I won't be ordering again and I don't recommend them because the quality for the price is really not there!

15/08/2026: I absolutely would not recommend this restaurant. The servers, while smiling, are not very efficient. We ordered a double burger, mussels marinière, and mussels in a cream sauce. The burger was small (€22.90), and the mussels were sent back to the kitchen because they were lukewarm. They were returned to us hot, but far from scalding. The mussels in a cream sauce were served with actual pieces of bacon, but unfortunately, they were simply undercooked, or even raw. As for the mussels marinière, we found bacon and garlic cream inside. It makes you wonder if all the mussels are mixed together or if the pots aren't properly cleaned between services. The finger bowls are optional. The owner is unpleasant, speaks rudely to his employees and even to his own wife. He didn't even bother to look at me or offer a slight smile when I asked him where the restrooms were. Good customer service begins with attitude and the respect shown to customers. This is clearly not the case in this establishment. One of our drinks was offered to us free of charge when we expressed our dissatisfaction. In total, the bill came to just under €70 for three people, for very average mussels and a small burger. I think we can find much better.

15/08/2026: The service was too slow, the appetizer platter was small for the price and didn't match the menu, there were no fries with the mussels, and there was nothing to rinse your fingers with after eating the mussels. The prices were too high for the portion sizes.

08/09/2026: Be careful, everyone. I ate a bowl of Vietnamese pho and got diarrhea afterward. The beef balls were also sour. Thinking back, it's terrifying. It could have been leftovers that were recycled, or it could have been expired...

08/09/2026: It was really delicious, the staff were so kind, it was clean, and the location is great!!!! It really settles the greasy food in Paris.
