The quality of service is truly appalling: the owner shows no respect for his customers, neither in his attitude nor in how he handles complaints. One should never feel unwelcome or disrespected when dining somewhere. I do not recommend this establishment and I sincerely hope that an effort will be made to improve respect and consideration for customers.

01/03/2026: A delicious meal last night! The pizzas were truly fantastic. Kudos to the chef, the service was friendly and unobtrusive – perfect! Go on in, don't hesitate, and enjoy!

02/06/2026: Super friendly welcome, absolutely perfect service. A really lovely little beach bar. The white wine is excellent, the mussels and fries were impeccable, I highly recommend it.

12/06/2026: Absolutely terrible. It seems like the food is all the same, judging by the taste and smell of the meat. And to top it off, they're arguing and shouting in front of other customers, hurling insults at each other. It's really unpleasant. I complained, and they told me if I wasn't happy, go somewhere else. So I left, and I definitely don't recommend these amateur restaurateurs, if you can even call them that.

10/06/2026: Everyone loved it!!! We used "La Case des Îles" for our wedding reception and meal. From the appetizers to the main courses and desserts, our guests enjoyed everything as much as we did!! The service was perfect, as were the quality and presentation. Thank you so much for this wonderful meal.

14/12/2025: My wife and I had a wonderful time in a very pleasant atmosphere. I highly recommend Catherine's massages, which were divine after an hour in the hammam. The brunch was generous, at least for us. Thank you for your hospitality.

07/12/2025: ⛔ 1 star My experience at this establishment was unforgettable...and not in a good way ❌ ⚠️ If you're looking for a Christmas gift for a loved one...read my review first! 1️⃣ Before arriving First contact by phone, the tone is set. The voucher was valid until December 31st, making it impossible to book for January 3rd...that is, 3 days after the expiry date. Rules are rules (even if one might expect a little flexibility and empathy from this kind of establishment...) I book. 2️⃣ Arrival Upon arrival, the tone is confirmed: say goodbye to relaxation. I sensed a directive tone (am I here to relax?), which struck me as slightly haughty and patronizing (maybe just an off day, we're all human! Let's stay positive to enjoy the rest of this experience). 3️⃣ The Facilities Old-fashioned wooden doors that don't close, broken toilets, a temperature of around 20°C in the relaxation area, supposedly a power outage... well, it continues... the barge seemed poorly maintained, perhaps I came on a bad day (Sunday)?... But hey, maybe it's still possible to have a good time, let's hope so 🤞🏻! 4️⃣ Hammam... A real heatwave 🔥, that's for sure! Be careful not to step on the scalding jets, which aren't protected ⚠️ How clumsy of me... the jet wasn't quite at the far end as the manager indicated, but a bit more in the middle, so when I tried to put my flip-flop back on... ouch! A very bad burn (later confirmed by my doctor). 30 minutes of cold water and still in so much pain. 5️⃣ Shaking, on the verge of fainting, thank goodness the manager was there: she called the fire department and promised to reschedule my relaxation time, apologizing profusely... 🥁 And no! - A "sorry, but there were signs" - A 3-minute break, a glass of water and a compress, then - Are you ready for your massage? Um...is this a joke? No compensation whatsoever, and I thought it would have been possible to reschedule given the burn and my condition...how naive I am. So you can imagine the experience I had. I felt a lack of empathy in how the situation was handled. This kind of establishment doesn't seem conducive to relaxation. 🍞 Bonus: the brunch consists of bottled orange juice (like the kind you get at Carrefour), tea, a croissant, a piece of cheese with scrambled eggs, a small spring roll and a small samosa, and a fruit salad. You can make up your own mind about it. For the sake of transparency: I never give reviews behind the establishment's back. I always prefer to discuss things with those directly involved first. The situation was ignored. "Management can't do anything." "We can't put any protection on the nozzles, they would overheat..." So I'm sharing my experience here.

13/05/2026: We received a fantastic welcome. We arrived as a group of five after 2:15 pm, and while the staff were closing up, they still welcomed us. They were incredibly kind, and I'm very grateful. To top it all off, the food was varied and excellent. I highly recommend it.

03/06/2026: It was very easy to get a place and the service was quite fast. The avocado salad and the chicken ceasar salad were great as main meals. The French onion soup was delicious as was the chicken and fries. The fifty shades of grey goose cocktail is an absolute no as is the mousse au chocolat which is badly served and really tastes like chocolate pudding. When we complained, our complaints were not well received. Thats the only thing that needs improvement- receiving feedback without offense. Other than that, I would definitely come back again!

01/05/2026: We have been loyal customers of your pizzeria for a long time, and that is precisely why our disappointment is so great today. In the past, your Quiche Reine pizza was generous and delicious, with plenty of ham and olives. It was a real pleasure to order. But yesterday, we bought two Quiche Reine pizzas and two Caesar salads, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The pizzas contained no olives, no meat, and no ham—only tasteless cheese and a few mushrooms. This is truly unacceptable and a far cry from the quality you used to offer. As for the Caesar salad, the situation was no better: the chicken was dry, there was only a tiny piece of Parmesan cheese, and the portion size absolutely did not justify the price, which, unfortunately, has not decreased. Our family is deeply disappointed, as we genuinely enjoyed your pizzas and salads before. It's a real shame that we have to find another pizzeria that can keep us coming back with its quality and taste. We wish you all the best and continued success in your business. Thank you for this very disappointing dinner!

29/04/2026: I was very satisfied with my click and collect order. I was served in less than 10 minutes after placing it. I received a very warm welcome at this establishment; the woman who served me told me that drinks were free at the time I ordered, which was a very pleasant surprise. The pizzas were excellent, with a very good, thin, and perfectly cooked crust. I have absolutely no complaints. I commend the pizza chef. I'll be back soon for another order.

27/06/2026: While I had come to celebrate a wonderful event with my family, this restaurant ruined the festive atmosphere by insulting my mother with racist and discriminatory remarks. For context, it's important to note that the event was attended primarily by white guests, with only a small number of Black people present. My mother, my aunt, my cousins, and I (all Black!) were seated together at a table, and we quickly noticed a difference in treatment between us and the other guests, which began at the bar: my cousin and I went to order drinks, like everyone else, but we were the only ones who weren't served immediately. Instead, we were handed bottles of water to take to other guests' tables. Throughout the meal, all the other guests saw trays brought to their tables, except for ours. We even thought there was a menu and that we had to order ourselves since everyone else had a dish at their table except us. When we pointed this out, we were told to "help ourselves to the plates from the tables behind us," but why should we have to pick at other people's plates when everyone else is being served? We tried, with some reluctance, to laugh about the situation and have a good time, until dessert time (which arrived when we had barely eaten, since we had to beg for a main course). A waiter walked past us yet again without serving us. My aunt finally stopped him and asked if we could have one of the platters. Annoyed, the waiter handed us a tray of fruit and felt the need to specify, in a dismissive tone, that "it's ONE skewer per person, not a plate." He eventually brought us a plate of apple pie, which another waiter came to collect four minutes later, claiming he had to serve the pie to the other customers. We were starting to get genuinely annoyed by the waiters' unpleasant behavior when suddenly, one of them came up to my mother and shouted, "MAMA! HEY MAMA! Calm down!" Naturally, my mother was outraged: what right did a stranger have to address her so familiarly and call her "Mama"? All of us around the table were deeply offended by his remarks and reprimanded him, especially since his subsequent explanations did nothing to improve the situation. This waiter apparently has "friends of all backgrounds" and he supposedly called my mother "Mama" "because she looks old" (?), even though he never referred to anyone who was genuinely and visibly elderly (but white) in the room as such. The waiter eventually shed tears, and my mother brushed aside the incident and accepted his apology, but I do not. How long must we tolerate this kind of behavior and attitude? How long must we bow down and absolve everyone who openly disrespects us based on discriminatory biases? We had come to celebrate a beautiful wedding and a christening, and a day that should have been filled with joy and love ended in tears for my mother, whose memory was ruined by this restaurant. I do not thank you and I would not recommend this experience to anyone.

17/05/2026: I ate here for lunch. The pasta was covered in oil, and the chicken was way overcooked. It used to be much better, what a shame. The service was rushed. Needs improvement.

07/04/2026: A must-try restaurant and bar for food, drinks, or snacks, summer or winter. The terrace is right opposite the children's ski lift, making it easy to keep an eye on the kids. There's always background music playing at a comfortable volume. All the dishes are homemade using ingredients sourced from the local valley. Be sure to try their porcini mushroom fondue. The staff is very professional and friendly. Thank you!
