22/07/2024: It's not a hotel but a principality! Received like princes! Close to the N88 and therefore to Albi Rodez with the calm of the countryside, this hotel is in its 90s style but we are comfortable there. The pool does the job and the staff are just incredible. As for the food, hang on, it's plentiful and delicious! The address is fluted in my diary, we'll come back!

11/09/2024: A fuir, à part le cadre à l'extérieur quand il fait beau rien n'est à prendre dans ce restaurant si on peut lui donner ce nom. Carte uniquement avec des salades pour la plupart n'existe pas ou ne sont plus disponibles. Les produits que ce soit charcuterie ou fromage ne sont pas de qualité : fromage sans goût charcuterie très très bien... Les desserts ne sont même pas maison ! Prix élevés, lieu extrêmement décevant.

04/09/2024: Most bizarre stay. Although pre booked we had not been advised that the entire hotel was closed. We were the only guests. The room was dirty. Only three pillows for two beds. The whole experience was spooky and left a lot to be desired. Having now been contacted by the hotel since my review I can honestly say I spotted that the restaurant was closed on a Monday. We could not contact anyone about the state of the room or for more pillows, as being closed the was nobody to contact. Whilst I appreciate that others have loved this hotel, I can only report on our personal experience

06/08/2024: La demeure qui sert d'hôtel est splendide et très bien entretenue. Les abords et la piscine sont aussi très bien entretenus. Le cadre et l'environnement sont magnifiques. Point noir qui dénote de l'ensemble : Le repas du soir servi au restaurant. Quelle déception dans ce décor où l'on a envie de bien manger Pour moi : une assiette avec quatre demi-tomates, une cuillère de brandade de morue dessus, quelques haricots verts pas cuits et quatre olives, le tout pour 26 euros. Pour ma femme : Une courgette cuite sans véritable goût, un oignon simplement cuit au four, une tomate ébouillantée, le tout dans une assiette de lentilles mal cuites et baignant dans un jus vinaigré, le tout pour 26 euros. Un repas avec des aliments qui ne sont pas mauvais, mais sans saveur, sans présentation des plats et des ingrédients, sans une véritable cuisine des aliments. Une cuisine de cantine a un prix d'un bon resto. Je m'en suis expliqué auprès de la patronne qui a eu un geste de réduction symbolique de la facture. Vite, mettez en adéquation le charme de votre hôtel avec une véritable cuisine digne de ce nom.

28/10/2023: Well done to you, to start my story we ordered 3 pizzas but unfortunately they were forgotten! Oops 🤭 But to err is human and those who don't work there don't make mistakes. So I waited very little time and in less than a quarter of an hour the error was corrected! Plus the pizzas were very good, you gave my grandparents back their appetite for pizza. I'm really surprised at how quickly the catch-up has taken place! Well done 👏🏼 The merchants are very cordial, I received my 1000 forgiveness. The Q/P ratio is excellent! Well done Keep it up, and I'm very happy that you made this micro mistake because it allowed me to see how you made up for it! Congratulations on that. See you soon .. (Oops I forgot to take photos of the pizzas so I'm taking the box) 🤭

11/09/2024: We are 4 Pilgrims who were turned away from Estaing. We were warmly welcomed at the Relais de Boralde. Comfortably installed in beds with sheets 😂, luxury for hikers. An excellent dinner. We recommend this establishment whether you are tourists or hikers

05/11/2024: Good morning, I highly recommend this restaurant! I ate there yesterday for the first time and I enjoyed it. The place is very pleasant, with a spacious, well decorated room, and a very pleasant outdoor terrace. The restaurant is also impeccably clean. The food is excellent, from start to dessert, and everything is served with care. Angélique and her mother are very kind, which makes the experience even more pleasant. Plus, it’s easy to park nearby. They really deserve to succeed and make themselves known. It is important to encourage them in their great adventure.

23/08/2024: Excellente cuisine. Simple et généreux. Un plaisir pour moi et ma compagne. Je recommande l’aligot et la viande (fondante). Un plaisir j’y retournerai.

23/08/2024: Tous le ans je viens chercher de la fouace pour ramener chez moi car c'est la meilleure, cet établissement est très réputé... Vous pouvez avoir des fouaces de 500 grs, 1 kg, 2kgs, ou 5 kgs. Possible de congeler, je vous conseil vivement si vous passer à Laguiole de vous arrêter pour en prendre.
