16/08/2026: Unpleasant employee I had 3 fries in the bag and they weren't cleaned even though it wasn't even 11am

16/08/2026: It takes almost an hour to get the food, then it finally arrives but the hamburgers are cold, no mayonnaise. In short, move on and take the next one. Nothing is as it should be, it's dirty, the lettuce is brown, and nothing we ordered is tasty. McDonald's, shame on you and just close the place down.

31/08/2026: I had a very unpleasant experience at the Dragon d’Or in Saint-Affrique and I won’t be going back. Around 8 p.m., I went to order a takeout meal. I said hello and politely asked to place my order. The man serving didn’t greet me and shouted back that he was busy and that I should come back later. I said that was no problem and asked if I should come back in 20 minutes or more. He replied impatiently, sighing “oh dear,” as if my question bothered him, before finally telling me to come back in 20 minutes. I waited a whole hour and returned at 9 p.m. The woman who came out of the kitchen apologized and was kind, which I appreciated. I assured her that the wait didn’t bother me. What shocked me was the way I was spoken to. When I went to collect my order, my card was declined twice. Checking my account, I realized the balance was insufficient. I explained that I simply needed to transfer money to this account and that it would only take a few minutes. I understand that these refusals were inconvenient, but his reaction was disproportionate. He became agitated, insisted that my card wouldn't work, and showed the declined payment receipts to other customers who were trying to explain the situation to him. I found this deeply embarrassing and unprofessional. I offered to serve the other customers while I completed the transfer. Instead, he aggressively pushed the food towards me, telling me to take it for free. I refused and reiterated that I simply needed a few minutes. Once the other customers were served, my payment went through, exactly as I had explained. I understand that a restaurant can be busy and that a payment issue is frustrating. But that doesn't justify shouting or a humiliating attitude towards customers. I paid for my order, but this experience left me with a profound sense of unease. Despite the cook's kindness and apologies, I won't be returning.

12/06/2026: Excellent experience at HK Tacos! The portions are very generous, the ingredients are fresh and high-quality, and the service is exceptionally fast. Everything was delicious, well-prepared, and served efficiently. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for generous and tasty fast food.

06/06/2026: Waiting an hour for two tacos is unacceptable. I absolutely do not recommend it, and to top it all off, the taco was burnt.

26/08/2026: Salut from the English with the barking dog! Friendly bar, great beer, we were given water for our dog 😁 We would have had another beer but our dog decided he was the guardian of the bar so we had to leave! Thanks for your welcome, we’ll see you again!

11/08/2026: A place to absolutely avoid! The owner is incredibly rude! After having a sugary drink there, I asked the owner to fill my water bottle because I was cycling. That's when this gentleman told me he refused to fill my bottle because "he pays for the water" and even went so far as to ask me for an extra 50 cents for this water, probably the most mineral-rich water imaginable. Of course, I refused to pay for water, knowing I'd already given him 3 euros for a Perrier. He then suggested I go to the supermarket across the street to buy a bottle. This is the first time I've ever encountered such unkindness. Thankfully, not everyone is like this person. A word to the wise.

20/07/2026: Friendly staff. However, the expiration dates on the products are a disgrace. Several times now, items we've ordered have expired within the week. It's truly shameful. And don't even get me started on the fruits and vegetables. Not to mention the number of times we've bought meat that had gone bad in its packaging without even opening it. There are serious doubts about the cold chain.

26/05/2026: I don't usually leave Google reviews, but this time... I'm very disappointed with the service at the Leclerc drive-through today! Until now, I've never had any complaints about their service, but tonight... An employee came with my order, said hello, scanned my card, and then just left, as if to say, "You're on your own." He literally left without a word, and I had to manage on my own, not even a goodbye or a good evening, nothing. I had to put the empty cart back in front of the closed drive-through door. The attitude was completely unprofessional. If he doesn't want to do this job, that's not my problem, and I shouldn't have to suffer because of his frustration, but I simply ask that he at least be respectful to customers—the basics of living in society! I understand that days are tough, but they are tough for EVERYONE. This young man served me today, May 26, 2026, at kiosk 3 or 4 around 5:45 PM. He really gives a bad impression of the service, and it saddens me because other employees are true rays of sunshine.
