Les meilleurs restaurants en Marseille

18/09/2024: We flew all the way from LONDON to spend the night & have dinner which we had reserved to celebrate both my 60th b’day and our 30th wedding anniversary. We had reserved for last sitting at 9.30 pm and ordered our menu as soon as we booked. In LONDON we knew there was a slight delay so we called saying we will be late by 15 minutes & they confirmed that’s ok. We then called from Marseille airport twice and they reassured us that as long as we were there 10 to 22.00 pm we would be ok. We got in at 9.47 pm but to our astonishment both the woman at the reception refused to seat us. We explained we had called them 3 times & we had booked to stay the night just for the restaurant & one of them blatantly said ‘I am the restaurant & I will not even ask in the kitchen if they will serve you’.. Simply rude & disrespectful. We would not have called 3 times if we hadn’t been told each time that we would be seated. It was horrible to be treated with such disdain !! Then in the bistro we were served one of the worst squid dish ever… we could not chew on it.. VERY DISAPPOINTING experience.

11/09/2024: La bouillabaisse revisitée de M. PASSEDAT est un régal autant visuel que pour les papilles, un vrai festival de saveurs et tout cela dans un cadre merveilleux. Pour autant nous avons constaté quelques bémols concernant le service servi bien trop précipitamment qu'il à fallu ralentir, un personnel terne, triste, sans interaction avec la clientèle sans parler de leur tenue vieillotte, usée limite propre non digne du standing d'un restaurant 3 étoiles et enfin l'état du plafond de la salle de restaurant qui a du subir un dégât des eaux et qui en résulte de grosses auréoles jaunâtres ce qui laisse à désirer dans un lieu comme celui-ci. Nous déplorons aussi que M. PASSEDAT ne se présente pas alors qu'il était présent dans l'établissement.

31/08/2024: An unpleasant waiter, we're not seated before he asks us what we want to drink. two smoothies served without ice and hot... Served by holding the glass from the top with black nails like a mechanic. we ask him for sugar he brings us sugar. There are two of us so we ask him for another one and he tells us that he only has that. A sugar-free bar. And all this for 10 euros. Run away. How can we do this job when we are so unlikeable. Let him stay diving

29/12/2023: J ai mis 1 étoile a la cuisine parce que j ai pas goûter j ai commandé 2 fois sur uber j ai jamais eu les sandwich’s 😂😂 Une catastrophe industrielle commandé local !! Faites travailler les artisans proche de chez vous 0 respect ils ont ! J ai apeller 12 fois 0 réponses j avais des enfants à la maison qui voulaient manger des burger et du coup ils ont jamais manger leurs burger !! Merci bien
