The friendliness, attentiveness, and helpfulness of the staff, all within a very pleasant environment, ensured we had an excellent stay. 10/05/2026: We just stayed at the hotel for a family reunion. There were 20 of us, including young children. We had a wonderful time. The rooms are spotless, the location is superb, and the local meals are plentiful. Even for the children. Don't hesitate to go and have a great time.

The batter is thin and crispy, just the way I like it, the fillings are well-balanced and varied (from the simplest to some original creations), and the service is very satisfactory. Made to order and requiring a lot of attention to ensure good galettes, the pace might be a little slow for those in a hurry, but it's worth the wait. I wouldn't have stopped in Mauriac for nothing, unlike in other towns that struggle to offer affordable, efficient, and generous dining options. Special mention goes to the Capri crêpe with its delicious goat cheese, and the artisanal ice cream served with the sweet crêpes. They use a mix of local products (cheese, wines), homemade jams, and Breton flours. Guémené andouille sausage is also on the menu, which is extremely rare these days! In short, a well-thought-out crêperie that stays true to the values ​​of Brittany!

Laurence and Daniel love sharing their passion for this place and are incredibly attentive to their guests. The restaurant offers a truly "epicurean" experience, showcasing creative and delicious cuisine: the unique "surprise" menu changes daily. A lovely spa overlooking the lake invites you to relax...
