13/08/2024: Coming from Paris, via Clermont, we had reserved a table. Despite our message to warn of our delay, our table was allocated to other customers. A message would have been left for us but it is not on this point that the bottom really hurts. Indeed, the haughty tone of the person who received us was simply unbearable. Success in the kitchen should not at least prohibit courtesy in the dining room!

18/09/2024: Le logis Hotel du midi à Pierrefort (15)est une catastrophe Hygiène et sécurité ! La serveuse et propriétaire se fiche du client, utilie le pain de table en table ... HYGIÈNE ZERO Prend les couverts par les parties avec lesquelles on mange HYGIÈNE ZERO Elle regarde votre code de carte bien fixement.. DISCRÉTION ZERO Et l hôtel n à pas d extincteur ni de détection. d incendie contrairement à la régimentatuob des hotels ERP O et OA et du code de la construction. SÉCURITÉ ZÉRO Pas de protection incendie ni materiel d extinction et la cheminée n est pas protégée !! Tables en bois nappes et serviette tissus, 1/2 unité de passage d un escalier bois .. un beau cocktail pour des morts! Comble de non conformité les issues de secours donnent sur les routes avec une fosse/évacuation eaux pluviales.LLesBAES ne sont pas tous conformes C est de la mise en danger délibérée !!! Que fait le Maire, le SDIS, la DDPP et la Préfecture ???!!!!

18/08/2024: Location for those who love hiking and relaxing, welcome, room maintenance, everything is top notch! The +: balcony overlooking the Cère and unlimited breakfast with the possibility of making boiled eggs! I would add that I had a problem which forced me to postpone my arrival for 24 hours, that the manager was incredibly understanding and that the arrangement he offered me was up to the standards. the means he gave himself to achieve this (I went through booking, it was not a foregone conclusion). For that I thank him +++ As well as the entire team for the quality of my stay

01/09/2024: The Belle Epoque is a real little corner of paradise. The dog Oliver, the cats Tigger, Romeo and Juliet, and the donkey Justine complete the decor wonderfully. Judith and Jean Stéphane are very warm and welcoming hosts. Jean Stéphane's cuisine is delicious with local products. Superb place I highly recommend.

31/08/2024: I spent 4 days with Jean Stéphane and Judith. I was received with enormous kindness. The welcome is fantastic, the hosts are available at all times, attentive and provide quality service. Meals are cooked with fresh produce, the fish is delicious. The cottages have a lot of character, are clean and very well equipped. The bedding at the top. The magnificent setting, no noise during the day and night. The ideal place to recharge the batteries. I will come back quickly. A big thank you to the owners for their professionalism. Philip
