21/09/2023: Vue magnifique sur le Cirque de Mallet depuis ce belvédère qui surplombe les Vallées de la Truyère et du Bès. Parking et bancs pour profiter de ce panorama lors d'un pique nique avant de rejoindre la plage et la base nautique.

01/05/2024: A little disappointed with the Sunday brunch. Arriving at 9, we were seated and the process was not explained to us. The desserts are placed there in this room where it is very warm. So I'll let you imagine!! The rest is nothing extraordinary, especially for the price. For me, its personal rest is much too expensive. At this price, I eat in a very good restaurant with warm service and welcome.

01/04/2024: Very well maintained rooms in the heart of Aurillac. Extremely friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Difficult parking situation. Use the garage behind the house, but parking spaces are tight! No restaurant on site.

20/03/2024: A charming hotel that fully deserves its 3 stars, the Grand Hotel de Bordeaux is located in the heart of the small town of Aurillac. Our room was peaceful and flawless. The bathroom was equipped with a bathtub. An elevator facilitates access to the floors. Laundry services offered at a reasonable rate. Breakfast is offered in two options: “traditional” and all-you-can-eat buffet. The staff was professional and helpful. We appreciated the possibility of leaving our luggage in the afternoon after our departure, allowing us to fully enjoy our last day in Aurillac without constraints. Take a detour to the bar/lounge to admire the pretty, bright glass tile ceiling.

02/03/2024: Restaurant experience: Very disappointing. Never come in low season. You are very poorly received. A very limited meal, a working meal is better in taste. A very haughty waiter. He offered us already opened wine which tasted horrible. Bread (basic baguette from a supermarket). The waiter wipes the floor while we eat. We drink our aperitif and have a vegetable soup which arrives in 2 minutes. No concept of service. The chef who passes through the room but doesn't even greet us. Not even allowed to have several choices on the menu. In this regard, you should not open the restaurant during this period. We explained our disappointment to the waiter, he told us that it was a basic service, that was his response. No excuse. A shame !! Frankly, we don't understand that restaurants like this still exist. With a magnificent setting, it's wasted all the potential of the place. All three of us are from Cantal and we do not recommend this restaurant.

25/10/2023: Reservation made for 2 romantic days we found this cottage great Spacious room, very quiet place (no noise at night), very warm and magnificent establishment with wood. Very generous breakfast but above all you absolutely have to eat a meal at their place because it's excellent value for money. Fresh produce and home-made delicious dishes Manon and Romain are good advice for what to do and where to go Thank you both very much for your warm welcome and your recommendations, especially keep it up We highly recommend this cottage 👍 And thank you again for my ear 😜
