31/08/2024: I was able to have lunch at the Tajmahal restaurant during a visit to Cognac and it was a very pleasant moment. The setting takes you on a journey, the service is both professional and friendly and the food is amazing. For dessert I discovered “Kulfi” a typical ice cream full of aroma, to discover!

29/10/2024: An exceptional restaurant near Angoulême: our new reference there. Discovered and chosen somewhat at random, it must be admitted, the latter did things well: a truly large establishment, and exemplary cleanliness. Tastefully and simply decorated, there is an atmosphere of calm, conducive to relaxation; We are here far from the noisy establishments into which we painfully cram as many customers as possible. Here, you can talk to each other without needing to raise your voice, and you don't take advantage of the neighbors' conversations. And now that the scene is set, what can we say about the cuisine, other than that it was simply perfect during our 3 visits there. Each time we abuse it, but we never regret. It's fine, prepared with quality products. The charcuterie plate to share alone would be enough to motivate a visit. But it would be a shame to miss the dishes, without any false notes. In terms of prices, taking into account the quality, it is absolutely correct. In short, quite simply one of the best French restaurants we have visited... 3 times already.

03/01/2025: Very good restaurant, the value for money is there. The fast and serious service, the quantity on the plates is there. Well done to the chef. The pizzas are excellent too.

07/12/2024: tous les amateurs de bonne chère de la région connaissent le restaurant de la Poste à Valence pour ses spécialités : piscidés le vendredi ou moules en saison, langue de boeuf le jeudi et la tête de veau à la sauce gribiche du mardi qui est l'aboutissement de 25 siècles de tradition culinaire gauloise !

14/12/2024: Coming on Saturday evening December 13, 40 min wait at the drive-thru We took a box to share plus 4 extra sauces, and surprised when we got home no sauce!!! Never seen that!

13/12/2024: Order placed for delivery...missing the sauces that we pay for, missing the pair of socks that we also pay for with the menu...the drinks I don't even mention, undrinkable, forced to throw them away In addition, unreachable by telephone for a complaint. Honestly at the price of fast food today... I'm not ready to eat there again Disappointed++++

11/09/2024: Bad experience for today's menu. No more duck fillets, after a quarter of an hour of waiting, not enough salmon, that's a lot!!! Result: we find ourselves paying €46.80 instead of €35.80, more expensive than a starter, main course and dessert. A shame!...

22/07/2024: Les serveurs s occupent plus de leurs conversations privés que de faire leur boulot, 20 minutes (avec pratiquement personnes en terrasse) pour prendre la commande + 20 min pour être servis et en plus pas aimable ! A éviter absolument même si comme moi vous êtes un grd père et Qu ils sont à côté du manège.......vraiment à éviter !

06/08/2024: The best macaroons in the region! A wide variety of flavors, all delicious and always of high quality. Charming shop with a nice choice of porcelain and earthenware. Too bad, however: the welcome and the service leave something to be desired.

26/01/2025: Mini stay in Angoulême with my 11 year old daughter welcomed like a princess! A huge thank you to Estelle for her warm, generous and caring welcome as well as to the team who went out of their way to make this stay a delight. Thanks also to the equally adorable and attentive restaurant team (Samih is a gem). In addition to this general kindness, the hotel has a library where you instantly feel at home. The pleasure of playing a vinyl chosen from the selection available, the possibility of borrowing a book and the impeccable service of a much appreciated coffee and hot chocolate upon our arrival. Until the end the feeling of being pampered. Thank you and looking forward to coming back ❤

26/01/2025: everything was super nice, and especially the welcome and kindness of the reception. You should say more about parking so that we can reach it when arriving without having to find parking nearby.

23/01/2025: We have just experienced a lunar situation. This had never happened to me in my life in a bar. We stay in the bar for 30 minutes while having two drinks. One of the waiters comes to serve us a cheese board that we hadn't ordered. We thank him warmly for this. After all, a cute puppy had just gone to the bathroom next to our table and was eating his feces to clean up. Thank you for the smell. We then naively thought that this gesture was linked to this astonishing situation. After several minutes, his colleague told him that the board was not for us and told us that we should not have consumed it. We are a little stunned and decide to leave. The waiter asks us to pay for the board and we refuse. He tells us to leave with our good conscience. Thank you and forever.
