07/05/2026: Well-stocked bakery: bread, cakes, meals, sandwiches, etc. You can eat your purchases there. Very welcoming and friendly service. I stop by every time I'm passing by. Large parking lot. Thank you for your hospitality.

30/04/2026: It's a shame the traditional baguette is school cafeteria quality... It's been getting worse and worse for years; supermarkets do better. It's hard to find a bakery that doesn't make you regret going there.

13/04/2026: Advertised as open until 1am. Stood here are 23:59 after a half an hour walk. Shame. Please update these to avoid disappointing customers and wasting their time.

20/03/2026: Passing through on a Friday evening and staying at the Kyriad hotel next door, we went to eat there. The owner is very welcoming. We received excellent wine recommendations. The meat was superb. And the desserts were very good.

01/05/2026: We first went to Duguesclin about fifteen years ago; it was a good restaurant, good value for money. About six or seven years ago, we were very disappointed. The quality had dropped significantly: the salmon pasta was far too salty and inedible, and the pasta had a watery tomato sauce that was incredibly bland. That convinced us never to go back. Recently, we decided to give the restaurant another chance, perhaps out of a touch of nostalgia... We received a poor welcome; a smile seemed to be optional, just a curt "I'll be right back." We had time to watch this person walk past us three times without even acknowledging us. We ended up leaving to eat elsewhere. It's such a shame what this restaurant has become.

29/04/2026: A good brasserie on Cognac's main square offering a wide selection of dishes. You can have lunch inside or on the terrace (covered if needed). Friendly and attentive staff.

24/04/2026: If you're looking for a friendly and welcoming place with delicious food at affordable prices while enjoying the charm of the city, then you absolutely must stop by L'Express! The welcome is warm, and the service is quick and pleasant. The dishes were simple but well-prepared, offering excellent value for money. You can tell the team is doing their best to ensure customers have a great time, and it shows! I highly recommend it! 🤗

21/04/2026: Lolmède's macarons are of good quality, with successful flavors, even if the prices remain quite high. On the other hand, the welcome is rather cold and the service organization leaves much to be desired. While being served, another customer might ask a question and you're then sidelined until the conversation is ENTIRELY dealt with, with no consideration for the ongoing wait. Another regrettable point: you have to systematically request paper bags to carry the gift bags, which also gives the impression of being a nuisance. It's a shame, because the overall experience doesn't live up to the prices charged.

12/09/2025: I used to go there as a teenager, I went back during my holidays in July and it's always a clean, well-managed and pleasant pool. Pleasant for swimming, meeting up for a friendly moment in the grass or at the water's edge... a must in the La Roche area.

19/02/2026: What can I say except that the welcome was warm and the pizzas superb at this place I've been going to for several years. Absolutely lovely! I ordered about ten pizzas for an event and everything went perfectly; I even received a little gift! I recommend it 1000%!

14/02/2026: The welcome was friendly, I don't know if that's still the case because we wanted to order tonight: €75 for 5 pizzas 😱 it's seriously increased, what a joke, do they think we're Americans??? That's it for us, off to Pizz Mano for a choice of sizes and reasonable prices, we'll see about the taste.

29/03/2026: I went to the Burger King drive-thru in Champniers this Sunday around 5 p.m., and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. First of all, the sound at the kiosk was very poor; I had to walk all the way to the counter to be able to communicate properly. The person who served me seemed new (which I can understand), but the entire order was incorrect. I had ordered two €5 meals: I asked for fries with one meal and onion rings with the other, but this wasn't honored. I had to go back once to correct it. Then, for the burger, I had asked for beef. I was told they were out, so I asked for chicken. In the end, I got a fish burger… even though I don't eat fish. I had to go back a second time to exchange it. And then, surprise: it was actually beef… incomprehensible. In addition, the staff seemed distracted; some were playing with objects instead of paying attention to orders, which didn't project a very professional image. Finally, the ice cream on the menu was a complete disaster: very runny, almost like water, and in a very small quantity. Frankly, on a Sunday, one expects a minimum level of quality. I was very disappointed with this experience; there's clearly a lack of organization and attention to detail. It needs improvement.

25/04/2026: I'm a very good customer, but today was the last time. I come here to collect Mario toys. They've usually exchanged the toys I already had duplicates of, especially considering the price of my orders. It's definitely worth being considerate when you're a collector! A manager clearly stated that they don't exchange toys, which is odd. Especially since I come every week! The man seemed quite arrogant! There's always something missing from every order I place, and don't even get me started on the drive-thru, even though I don't go back to complain. But they're clearly acting in bad faith! The service is incredibly slow, but that's never bothered me before. Anyway. Bad experience for the last 5 years.

10/05/2026: A lovely establishment on this open and airy central square. The town hall, the market hall, and the charming old quarter with its narrow streets and half-timbered houses are all nearby. A beautiful, covered outdoor terrace, perfect for enjoying a refreshing drink...

18/12/2025: Disastrous! I already had the impression it was closed… the place was dimly lit and dirty… very few people… I was in a hurry. I ordered a croque monsieur. It was served to me frozen and reheated, really not good. And the price was €14!!!! I wouldn't have said anything for €6-7, but €14!! Outrageous! There are plenty of small restaurants that offer complete, well-prepared menus for that price!! I definitely do not recommend it!
