30/03/2026: My last two visits have been a disappointment. We used to really like this place. Last time, the veggie burger was very disappointing in terms of taste, and the fries were terrible. Tonight, we ordered a plate of pasta with prosciutto... but we got cooked ham instead, without any explanation. The price remained the same. Very expensive for a plate of pasta, a salad, or a bad burger. The prices keep going up while the quality keeps going down. Unbelievable. Luckily, the waitresses are pleasant. I think that was the last time I went there for a meal.
21/03/2026: Spanish night! Fantastic with dancers, a friendly atmosphere, and music. Everyone was having a great time. The only slight downside was the paella, which wasn't great (hard rice, empty shrimp, no chorizo ​​or squid). A shame about that.

02/04/2026: I will only comment on the spa area here. I have a voucher that was given to me a year ago. We made our first appointment that year, but it was canceled because the spa was out of order. Then, we had personal reasons that prevented us from making another appointment. To be able to use the voucher after a year, they asked me for 30 euros to extend it for (only) 3 months. We rushed to make another appointment, and then the phone called: cancellation again (staffing issues). It's unacceptable to pay for an extension when appointments aren't being honored! We were supposed to eat at a restaurant that same evening, but I canceled everything because I was furious. So now I don't know when I'll be able to use the voucher, unless I have to pay again to extend it. That's out of the question, and I plan to ask for a refund and definitely not recommend this spa run by amateurs! (This review does not target the restaurant at all, quite the opposite) 😤😤😤

22/03/2026: Sunday, 5 p.m. We stopped to get two drinks and a donut at the drive-thru. A car in front of us was already waiting for its order. Five minutes passed. The car in front picked up its order. We moved forward. Five minutes later, still nothing. The staff we could see from the car were chatting. No one was paying any attention to us. A bag was waiting on the other side of the window. Annoyed, I knocked on the window. A young woman finally opened it. When I asked if they intended to serve us, the young woman was condescending, saying, "Hello to you too." I would have gladly said hello if they hadn't ignored us. When I told her the bag was on the table and that we had been there for ten minutes, she asked for our order number: there was no one else there. It's truly ridiculous. Not only is the service terrible, but they also treat the customer like an idiot when they point out they haven't been served. If you can't even serve two cold drinks and a donut by 5 PM, it's no wonder your bill is so low. And if you don't even know how to apologize, but prefer to mock the customer, you should find another line of work.

05/01/2026: The reservation was perfect, there were several of us. Then, regarding the menu, some items were missing, plus the mini butters were over a month past their expiration date. Finally, the dessert was sickeningly sweet. I won't be going back.
30/12/2025: I never could have imagined eating the best meal of my life when I walked into this beach restaurant. The flavor combinations were surprising, innovative, comforting, and perfectly executed. I will remember the different tastes of this fish dish for the rest of my life. The welcome and atmosphere were also very friendly. I have been recommending this restaurant to absolutely all my friends and family since our visit to Saint-Quay-Portrieux.

29/03/2026: We had a wonderful time at Bistrot de Gaston for our birthday celebration. The service was impeccable and friendly, and the setting was magnificent (we chose a table overlooking the harbor). The presentation of the dishes was beautiful, the tableware lovely, and the menu offered a wide variety of choices, including a bottle of wine selected from the cellar. All this for a very reasonable price (around €20-25 including drinks). Thank you, JC, and your team.
25/03/2026: Friendly welcome, rather slow service, good but ordinary food... A serious effort needs to be made regarding the restrooms... The salad was underdressed and not very good... The location and view are very pleasant. It's a shame the rest doesn't live up to it...

01/03/2026: We just had dinner there. A seafood platter for two. Really poor value for money. No seasoning. The langoustines were stuck together. There was crab, but it was overcooked and empty. Sorry, but I wasn't satisfied. We ordered a 50cl bottle of Pouilly-Fumé. And surprise! A pitcher, which wasn't specified.
26/02/2026: I highly recommend this restaurant. A warm welcome, fresh and well-prepared food, and with Mr. Kellian's advice, everything becomes clear and easy when choosing our dishes.
