28/10/2025: An unforgettable experience at La Ravioline! For €16, we received such a tiny portion that we thought they'd made a mistake and given us a children's menu. To top it off, there were three hairs in the ravioli, one in each container—a "house touch," no doubt? 🤢 Between the price, the quantity, and the hygiene, it's a complete disaster… Thanks, but no thanks, we'll eat somewhere else next time.

09/09/2025: Very good ravioli, average location. I had a smartbox for €80, the bill was only €73, I wish we had been offered an extra coffee instead of a mandatory tip!

15/12/2025: Super good pizza 🍕 my favorite is Indian and country-style. I order 1 to 2 times a month, their pizzas are a treat, the crust is soft, not hard. Don't trust the reviews, try them, for me they're amazing.

22/09/2025: Very friendly staff, but the pizzas aren't great. Way too much tomato sauce and undercooked underneath. A shame because with the beautiful wood-fired oven, there would be plenty to do.

09/03/2026: A quick stop at the restaurant L'Étape. My partner and I had a wonderful meal there, and the owners were very friendly. We'll definitely be back this summer.

16/02/2026: Takeaway: avoid at all costs! Going to the Pierrelatte location is incomparable. We had to justify using our loyalty points; the sandwiches looked like anything but sandwiches when we opened the order slip, which wasn't even rated, even though we had several. The manager's friendliness is beyond words, as he's always the one causing problems. If you have a choice: open on Sundays in Pierrelatte and keep this one closed; it would be better. I gave it one star because the door opened without any issues, but that was the only positive thing about this establishment.

03/11/2025: What can I say? Sometimes you have to separate the human element from the culinary aspect. That's why I didn't voice our dissatisfaction directly to the restaurant. We were certainly well received by the staff. However, there was a bit of bad faith involved when the bill arrived. We didn't specify that we were ordering a set menu, but it seems logical: a starter, main course, and dessert constitute a set menu... In culinary terms, I'd like to remind everyone (and any good cook should know this), a cocotte egg is an egg with a runny yolk, not a hard-boiled one. But here, the egg was hard-boiled. The cod, which should be served boneless, was indeed boneless, and quite a lot so... and taste-wise, it was okay, maybe cooked in white wine it could work (I'm no chef :) ). The veal, on the other hand, was a bit dry and fatty for a dish costing over €10. And my apple tart must have come from Metro. I expected much better, especially for a restaurant offering a €30.90 menu! €30.90 for this quality is really unacceptable. I think that by listening to your customers you could significantly improve the quality of your food, because there's definitely potential.

31/10/2025: The service and welcome were very warm. The food, however, did not live up to the aforementioned high standards. When I read the very positive reviews, I wonder if we ate at the same restaurant.

02/03/2026: Tables very often dirty. Service staff very often tense...you have to check everything because there are so many mistakes. Trash cans full at midday, afternoon, and evening. And very small portions!!! Caesar salad €11.90 (see photo)...according to the manager: "McDonald's guidelines are for austerity."

01/03/2026: I've never seen a McDonald's so dirty. I arrived at 12:45 and not a single table was clean. You ask them, and they never come to clean. And the toilets? Don't even get me started. The food was cold.

22/02/2026: Disappointed with my visit to McDonald's in Valence. The burgers served were clearly not fresh. The bun was a bit dry, the meat lukewarm, and the cheese barely melted, as if the sandwiches had been prepared in advance and left out for too long. The fries were okay but also lacked heat. For a chain of this size, one expects impeccable quality and consistency, especially during off-peak hours when the service should be more attentive. I hope this was just an isolated incident, but this experience doesn't exactly make me want to return anytime soon.

25/01/2026: Excellent recipe for the dough, a thin and generously topped crust… And above all, delicious! A real treat, the best pizzas in my opinion, a recipe that never changes, and that's what we love… Congratulations to the pizza chef, it's truly been a pleasure for about 25 years.
