13/05/2026: Easy parking, well located for a stopover near the highway, fairly spacious room, pleasant bathroom, welcoming staff. Note that the restaurant is not open on Friday evenings! They did offer us a pizza though! (Thank you!) Breakfast was a bit overpriced, lacking fresh fruit (there were only apples and oranges, a bit limited), and the scrambled eggs were cold. The quality of the pastries and cakes, especially the flaky brioche, was poor; it was soggy and not crispy at all, which was a shame!

05/05/2026: Very disappointed with my stay. No air conditioning (apparently too early), no water pressure for a shower, the toilet didn't flush, no roller shutters, and impossible to sleep with the window open because of the heating unit. The restaurant (I was on a business package) offered two starters, one of which wasn't available. But they did give me another room!

21/03/2026: A terrible experience. We ordered four meals, but they forgot the fries, and the bacon burger was missing bacon. When we asked the server for a replacement, they added cold bacon and cheese to the burger we had already taken a couple of bites of. When we asked again if they could heat up the burger, at least to melt the cheese, the burger we got back was still the same – cold burger and the cheese, nothing changed. I've never had such a bad McDonald's meal in France.

28/10/2025: An unforgettable experience at La Ravioline! For €16, we received such a tiny portion that we thought they'd made a mistake and given us a children's menu. To top it off, there were three hairs in the ravioli, one in each container—a "house touch," no doubt? 🤢 Between the price, the quantity, and the hygiene, it's a complete disaster… Thanks, but no thanks, we'll eat somewhere else next time.

09/09/2025: Very good ravioli, average location. I had a smartbox for €80, the bill was only €73, I wish we had been offered an extra coffee instead of a mandatory tip!

15/03/2026: As long-time customers, we've noticed a decline in the quality of the products... The bread isn't baked evenly... And this Saturday we were really looking forward to enjoying a pavlova... But no, the meringue wasn't cooked, it was truly disappointing. We hope you'll address this soon.

03/11/2025: What can I say? Sometimes you have to separate the human element from the culinary aspect. That's why I didn't voice our dissatisfaction directly to the restaurant. We were certainly well received by the staff. However, there was a bit of bad faith involved when the bill arrived. We didn't specify that we were ordering a set menu, but it seems logical: a starter, main course, and dessert constitute a set menu... In culinary terms, I'd like to remind everyone (and any good cook should know this), a cocotte egg is an egg with a runny yolk, not a hard-boiled one. But here, the egg was hard-boiled. The cod, which should be served boneless, was indeed boneless, and quite a lot so... and taste-wise, it was okay, maybe cooked in white wine it could work (I'm no chef :) ). The veal, on the other hand, was a bit dry and fatty for a dish costing over €10. And my apple tart must have come from Metro. I expected much better, especially for a restaurant offering a €30.90 menu! €30.90 for this quality is really unacceptable. I think that by listening to your customers you could significantly improve the quality of your food, because there's definitely potential.

31/10/2025: The service and welcome were very warm. The food, however, did not live up to the aforementioned high standards. When I read the very positive reviews, I wonder if we ate at the same restaurant.

15/05/2026: The order preparation process was already very long. The menu was respected, but there were many errors. A drink was missing from the children's menu, a book was missing, etc. The hygiene of the restrooms was lacking, with overflowing bins... and the same issue in other areas where we returned the trays. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and very patient with some less-than-respectful customers.

16/02/2026: Takeaway: avoid at all costs! Going to the Pierrelatte location is incomparable. We had to justify using our loyalty points; the sandwiches looked like anything but sandwiches when we opened the order slip, which wasn't even rated, even though we had several. The manager's friendliness is beyond words, as he's always the one causing problems. If you have a choice: open on Sundays in Pierrelatte and keep this one closed; it would be better. I gave it one star because the door opened without any issues, but that was the only positive thing about this establishment.

02/05/2026: Honestly, I'm very disappointed. Serving a wrap this empty is unacceptable; it's outrageous. There were barely any pieces inside, a "mini veggie wrap." I'm still looking for the veggie filling. This needs serious improvement.

27/04/2026: We forgot a burger in our meal deal, but they reacted immediately by offering an extra burger free of charge. Mistakes happen, we were a group of 13. Thank you to the team!

26/04/2026: A disgrace! An endless wait for click and collect despite having pre-ordered at La Vance. Cold fries and treated like dirt. This kind of lax service is unacceptable. You need to review your procedures. I have absolutely no desire to return to your restaurant. I strongly advise against going there; there's one in Étoile-sur-Rhône that's so much more efficient!

25/04/2026: The service was far too slow for a set menu; it's outrageous (30 minutes when there was no one else in the restaurant).

16/03/2026: First order placed yesterday, everything was perfect, from the welcome to the tasting. They are very good.

20/12/2025: The best pizzeria in Montélimar! I've been coming for years and the pizzas are always exceptional! The welcome is fantastic! The service is top-notch!
