12/03/2026: Not being from the area, I booked this hotel for a one-night stay with my family. We had an excellent experience from start to finish, from booking to check-out. The person I spoke to on the phone was very attentive to my requests and gave me excellent advice regarding the room reservation. Upon arrival, we received a warm welcome from the entire team. The room was very comfortable, well soundproofed, and perfect for a great night's sleep. From breakfast to dinner, everything was delicious; we ate very well. I would like to emphasize the professionalism, responsiveness, and kindness of the entire team. I highly recommend this establishment!

24/07/2026: So today, July 24, 2026, an elderly, petite saleswoman, whom I asked if I could have some fromage blanc without the coulis because I'm diabetic, told me no, because otherwise she'd have to get everything out again. She then turned to her colleague and added, "You only serve what's on the shelf, otherwise we'll never get anything out..." Just a lack of respect in front of the customer. The young salesman who was serving me was clearly uncomfortable... What a great example set by the older generation!

07/08/2026: A wonderful discovery! We came to eat at the Auberge des Templiers and frankly, we weren't disappointed. The food was delicious and the place is truly lovely and pleasant. We didn't know about this place at all, even though we live only 10 minutes away! It just goes to show you can make some great discoveries right on your doorstep. The setting is truly enchanting, with the fountain right next door. It really gives you a little taste of vacation and you feel like you're somewhere else for the duration of your meal. 😊 We received a very warm welcome; the waitress was pleasant, smiling, and very professional. We were even treated to the thoughtful touch of the chef, who came to wish us bon appétit, which was really appreciated. I was also pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the dishes: absolutely no marks, everything was spotless. It's a small detail, but personally, I appreciate it a lot, and it's truly delightful to see so much care taken with the details. We will gladly return and highly recommend this place. A very good experience, we'll definitely be back! 👍

26/09/2026: The terrace was very shady and pleasant, with a little stream running through it. The staff were very friendly, smiling, and helpful. The meal was very generous, the dishes were excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

06/09/2026: Avoid at all costs!… We ate there about thirty years ago and have only very fond memories, but it has changed a lot, unfortunately! Apart from the terrace and the little stream, the place is great, however, the food is worthy of a fast-food restaurant, and I'm being generous. The ribeye steak was so tough and sinewy that we only ate half of it. We pointed it out: the response: you got the wrong cut! What can I say after that? The salad was under-seasoned, the fries were burnt, and the rosé by the glass was disgusting. And on top of that, not even a gesture of goodwill… a place to avoid. What a shame!

05/09/2026: A great and nice restaurant, a bit away from the hustle and bustle of the center of Die. Lovely terrace with plenty of shade. The service and the kitchen are efficient. You get generous portions, and both the burger and the caillette were very tasty. Note that they only serve lunch and no dinner, but that was fine for us. l’etape is worth a return visit.
