16/12/2024: Charming restaurant on a motorway area, delicious andouillette with a good mustard sauce, an Auvergne hamburger with a delicious gratin dauphinois too, the same for the dessert, a copious one and a brioche lost, a delight, smiling and professional waitress, fast service. Congratulations to the team.

01/12/2024: Marked open but door closed....

07/07/2025: Quite disappointed with the quality of the drive-thru service today. We ordered three milkshakes, one vanilla, one strawberry, and one grimace shake. We ended up receiving three vanilla milkshakes, one of which was half empty. We ordered a sweat chili sauce and got Chinese sauce instead. And the entire bag of fries was spilled into the Happy Meal box (which couldn't have happened during transport because the bags were well wedged in the car).

06/07/2025: Today we got a takeout cookie that was overcooked and dry, in short, inedible. Add to that the 20-minute wait and the fact that parts of the order are often missing... Next time we'll go across the road...

14/09/2024: This MC Donald's has a wider choice than in the Netherlands. I think a menu with a Big Mac, potato wedges, chicken nuggets, a drink and an ice cream sundae for less than 14 euros is fine. In the Netherlands you don't have it. Staff was friendly and the restaurant looked neat. All in all very good.

08/09/2024: Perfect except for this waiter in the dining room who I courteously ask if I should be worried about not seeing my coffee arrive 10 minutes after ordering. He continues on his way at first without saying a word to me and so I have to call him out again and he replies "I can't help it, it's not my problem" and leaves. Honestly, fortunately I am calm and friendly because it was really shameful from a service point of view. The lady I saw next who put me in touch with the manager was completely cordial and even friendly. The manager is cordial. Be careful with your recruitment, this gentleman is not made for service. Come on, while we're at it, let me point out that this same person rushed past us with our order before bringing it back to the counter. He didn't see our easel but I had time to understand that my order was on his tray... impossible to call out to him because he was rushing! The 3 menus arrived hot and as ordered. Clean restaurant. Perhaps missing is a changing table for men... because only one for women is complicated at busy times.

04/09/2024: I gave 2 stars for the value for money! Hotel outside is more 0 stars than 3. But the reception is quite professional and friendly The room is very limited and the bed is ok. Fairly clean...or at least not dirty. The worst thing is the quality of the restaurant compared to the price. I had uncooked chicken and some very average profiteroles....it's honestly borderline better at Flunch!! It was full...and only 1 waitress!!!???? While the person at reception did absolutely nothing!!! Little suggestion to Mr Campanile...tell your employees to be multi-tasking...frankly you don't have to be enarced to take 1 order or bring 1 dish!!

26/09/2024: Another pizza ordered for 9 p.m., I came at 8:45 p.m. and the pizza was already in its box under the oven. I made him understand my dissatisfaction and he laughed. 10 minutes later at home I ate a cold and much overcooked pizza again. It's one time too many, I'll never go again

31/07/2024: In order to restore order regarding the change of ownership, I find that the pizzas remain excellent. It's never easy to come after someone, so please be gentle. There are new flavors, the pizzas are cheaper and the staff is friendly and smiling. Thank you very much for taking over the matter. We are and will remain customers ☺️

20/08/2024: Always the best kebab in novels, the homemade meat is succulent. A few errors on orders sometimes but other than that it's great!

14/09/2024: It's clearly disgusting, not good and unpleasant staff (rare among Asians who are usually very welcoming) the food is lousy shrimp fried with the skin on I've never seen that in my life noodles in oil a lot of uninteresting food and for the takeaway it's clearly stealing I'm really sorry for the people in Alençon who have no other choice but to go to this horrible restaurant they take advantage of the fact that there is nothing to eat in Alençon to clearly pick your pockets don't spend your money on it, it's nonsense
