25/03/2026: We used to come quite regularly, as a couple or as a family with our children, and had a very good experience with the previous owners. Complete change! The food, the service, the atmosphere—nothing works anymore. Worse, you won't find any kindness there, only a strong interest in your wallet. We won't be going back. Our advice to families: steer clear and find other places nearby!

22/03/2026: Simple cuisine but delicious meat; the beef was melt-in-your-mouth tender, and I ordered it rare, and it was cooked to perfection! Their sauce, whose name I can't recall, was also a treat, along with unlimited fries. For the price, it's unbeatable! I highly recommend it! We'll definitely be back! They deserve more than 4 or 5 stars, but definitely more than 4.

27/10/2025: We ate there for lunch, the menu is limited which is rather positive (be careful: the dishes listed on the signs are no longer current, perhaps the remnants of this summer). It was rather good (cannelloni or veal with olives), however, the Caesar salad at more than 22€ or the "chouffe" (beer) of 25cl at 6.50€.... we will not complain that customers desert or only consume the minimum.

24/03/2026: Very disappointed to see "LATTES" (a type of coffee with milk) displayed on the kiosks and to learn that there hasn't been a working machine for months, a couple told me. Furthermore, my sister-in-law and I caught a cold. There's a cold wind blowing throughout the entire McDonald's. Not pleasant at all. We'll go to Guillerand next time.

16/03/2026: Dear Sir/Madam Manager of the McDonald's in Bourg-lès-Valence, I am writing to you because I have repeatedly noticed, over several months, that there is no milk available for lattes and other drinks at your establishment. The first time, I assumed it was simply a temporary machine malfunction, which can obviously happen. However, on subsequent visits, the situation remains unchanged. This is quite surprising, as many customers—particularly business travelers, sales representatives, tourists, or those working remotely and using the Wi-Fi—also come to McDonald's to order drinks like lattes. As I travel regularly throughout France and am accustomed to visiting various establishments, I must say this situation has utterly appalled me. I hope you will have your equipment repaired for the benefit of your customers.

19/12/2025: Very disappointed for the price. It has no taste, it's bland, not good. I placed my order and the cashier on the phone ignored me. The toilets were dirty, nothing was right... avoid at all costs.

26/02/2026: Wonderful, comfortable and great service. We booked last minute for a little winter vacation and they were very accommodating on the off season. Bedroom was lovely and breakfast service was excellent. We would love to come back again when the restaurant is open for dinner and more commerces open in the village. Thank you! 😊

It's getting more and more expensive, and the taste that used to make it stand out is gone. It feels like we're paying for something bland and tasteless. 14/03/2026: Honestly, it's expensive for what it is. There's far too little choice in the "all-you-can-eat" section. The rice was undercooked and dry, the spinach was bland... The woman working the grill was really unpleasant. She was complaining to customers in front of them and insulting them behind their backs. Honestly, I wouldn't go back.

18/11/2025: Absolutely disgusting. A vegetarian plate consisting solely of carrots and beans (all canned) charged the same price as a meat and fish dish. No effort whatsoever. And the little food on the plate was revolting. Nothing was homemade (for example, the pie was frozen with bits of ice in it).

17/11/2025: The soundproofing was sorely lacking; we were woken up at 6 am by other guests showering and walking right above us. Aside from this issue, the hotel was clean, the staff were pleasant, and the location was good.
