14/09/2025: An excellent lunch in a peaceful atmosphere, in the shade of the linden tree. Special mention to this incredible chocolate cake.

26/08/2025: A pleasant terrace and excellent burgers! The vegetarian burger was delicious and very filling! The staff is also very welcoming.

28/05/2026: A surreal scene unfolded. I walked into the kebab shop and he was cleaning the tables with a damp, greasy cloth. He took my order, and I kept my eyes on him. Then he started preparing my sandwich with his bare hands. I asked him to stop and cancel the order because he hadn't rinsed his hands. He said no, I insisted, and finally he admitted the cloth was clean, even though it reeked of dampness and was black. Not only a liar, but also filthy. The credit card machine that doesn't work magically starts working thirty seconds later when you tell it to cancel. I'm not going to withdraw the money. The meat is ultra-marinated (?), damn it, buy some professional uniforms, you need to stop wearing those sweaty, dripping t-shirts. I can't even imagine the lab where the meat is prepared... I don't understand, the snack bar is always full, invest in hygiene, etc. The same person cleans, serves, and takes the money. And to top it all off, €2 for a can of Polish Coke, I won't accept that.

13/05/2026: Is this a kebab????? 12 euros, really dry, not good, with only 4 fries. Never again, boycott!

01/04/2026: I wasn't expecting such a good restaurant in this location. The portions are generous and tasty, in line with the price. Personally, I thought the Caesar salad had a bit too much mayo. You definitely don't leave hungry! The atmosphere is rather blue-collar. It was a bit too noisy, though, as there's no soundproofing and the restaurant was full.

17/02/2026: One of my worst experiences... No one came to ask us during the entire meal if we were okay, even though we weren't, and we just had to endure eating some TERRIBLE meat. There were three different cuts of meat on the table, and none of them were decent... poorly cooked, tasteless, and chewy. My $23 ribeye was less than 2mm thick... the ground beef was incredibly bland, and the roast veal was as bad as a piece of chewing gum... the salad was drenched in industrial dressing, and only the fries were acceptable, even though they didn't seem "homemade" at all, contrary to what was later claimed... At the end of the meal, as we were leaving, when someone finally came to ask if we were satisfied, and I (tactfully and diplomatically) expressed my mixed feelings about the meat, it sparked a near-war! Instead of accepting my opinion (which she asked for, I remind you...), the manager started to defend her butcher and the weight of his meat. I had to explain to her at length that weight isn't everything; if the surface area is too large, it's because the cut was poor, the meat is far too thin, and her "super" butcher should know that. When I saw she was taking it personally, I gave up, telling her that her establishment was perfect, since that's all she wanted to hear, despite not putting in the effort (except for the decor, but personally, I don't eat in a place, however stylish it may be). Realizing she was going too far, she still kindly offered us coffee or dessert to apologize. We politely declined; we were in a hurry and already at the door. But after paying at the register, we had to go past the cook, and he literally verbally attacked us, yelling at us that his meat was the right weight! Total incomprehension. I thought the matter was closed, and now we have the manager, the cook, and even the waitress against us—the latter yelling at me that I'd actually eaten! But luckily, NO ONE CAME TO THE TABLE when I wanted to send her away, and besides, I was hungry and I wasn't going to let 23 euros go to waste, no matter how awful... I've never seen anything like it. On the other hand, I've seen far too many of these so-called trendy restaurants that take advantage of working-class neighborhoods and a clientele unfamiliar with real brasserie cuisine. So, literally avoid this place. I rarely leave reviews, but this time I left with a bitter taste of bad food and a lot of anger. I'm going to post this review on every site I can to bring their improbable rating down to a more realistic level of incompetence. For people in the area, try Les Terrasses de Saint-Mitre instead; the quality-price ratio is unbeatable. It's a real restaurant that deserves the title, even if the decor isn't as stylish.

09/11/2025: I had a wonderful meal at this restaurant. For an aperitif, I enjoyed a red fruit kombucha. What a surprise to find such drinks in this restaurant! I loved it. I continued with the set menu. For a starter, the vegetable soup was equally delicious. Then, for the main course, a raclette-style borage with a side salad. And for dessert, a mirabelle plum tart. It was delicious. I also greatly appreciated the quality of the service and the attentiveness of the very friendly waitress. We ate our meal in the covered terrace area, which was bright and welcoming. Thank you very much.

19/10/2025: There were 8 of us who came, we had little time because we had a ceremony right after, we asked to be served quickly. This was done and we ate really well, fresh and well-cooked produce. I recommend this restaurant.

21/02/2026: We stopped in Valencia; there was a good place to eat near the hotel with secure, gated parking – great for leaving luggage in the vehicle.

17/05/2026: Endless wait, over 50 minutes... The food (daily special) consisted of hard, dried-out pasta that arrived cold—in short, not good. The salmon carpaccio was tasteless, certainly rinsed to mask the smell of spoilage 🙄 (the salmon was returned an hour later, sorry for the image), all without an apology. They even claimed we were the only ones complaining. Avoid this place, even if the setting is pleasant. Note: I don't usually leave negative reviews, but frankly, they deserve it.

09/05/2026: I'm asking if the hot chocolate is made with milk; frankly, I don't think so, disappointed 😞

03/07/2026: Hello, I wouldn't recommend this bakery. I went to get two baguettes at the end of the day, just as they were closing, and received terrible service. They sold me bread that was overcooked, so hard it was practically stale. The price was normal. This bakery is one to avoid; they have absolutely no respect for their customers.

26/06/2026: I have no complaints about the staff; making them work in this heat without air conditioning is inhumane. The baguettes shrank, but the price remained the same. The next day they were flat, as if they'd been inflated with helium for sale.

19/12/2025: The welcome was adequate, and the place and atmosphere were pleasant. However, I was very disappointed by the quality of the food. I don't fault the establishment for offering a deliberately limited menu in order to work with so-called "fresh" products; quite the contrary: that's precisely what one is looking for. On the other hand, I struggle to understand the choice of highlighting fresh products while serving frozen fries as a side. If there's one simple, inexpensive, and crucial element, it's homemade fries, which would make all the difference, especially with a burger or a ribeye steak. Furthermore, the "mountain" burger I was served was nothing like that. In addition, it wasn't cooked as I requested: the meat, which I ordered rare, was served medium-rare.

27/03/2026: Very welcoming, fast service and delicious kebab, I highly recommend it!

05/01/2026: They forbade me from bringing the dog in for hygiene reasons, even though the day before his colleague dropped a bag on the floor, picked it up, and then made a kebab. Where's the hygiene in that? Instead of giving me grief about not being able to bring the dog in, lol, that's the last time I'm setting foot in there.

13/04/2026: Meh. Good pizza, but for delivery, they couldn't go an extra 300 meters because it was too far, lol. At the Mercurol bridge, some drivers come further, but anyway, I don't recommend it. It's too far, by scooter 😂😂 All the other delivery drivers we had came further than them.

22/04/2026: What a pleasure, after a long day at work, to be greeted by such smiling and welcoming people. Passing through, I chose this hotel. Very professional, I was taken care of quickly and immediately felt at home. Thank you to Rebecca and Naomi for your professionalism, which brightened my day. I ate there, and it was simply perfect. Kudos to the chef who delighted me. The service was impeccable. Thank you again. If I'm ever back, this is where I'll stay. All the best.

10/02/2026: 5 stars for the staff's smiles and warm welcome. 5 stars for the breakfast buffet. Room 4 was quiet. Some of the amenities are a bit dated (bathroom).
