10/09/2026: They have a daily set menu that's delicious and reasonably priced. The service is friendly and welcoming. The food is homemade and the portions are generous. There's a variety of starters, a wonderful first course, and amazing desserts. Highly recommended.

20/08/2026: Avoid this place! The staff is unfriendly and refuses to serve you at 1 p.m. because "the kitchens are cleaned, so there's no way we're going to get them dirty again." So, in the end, we were stuck eating pre-made paninis. Honestly, what a huge disappointment. Furthermore, the restrooms are poorly laid out because the regular toilets and urinals aren't separated.

11/09/2026: As a loyal customer of other Marie Blachère bakeries, I found this one in Montélimar very disappointing. A smile and politeness must be optional extras for the saleswoman who served us. She was young and wore dark glasses. The flaky brioches weren't fresh at all—unacceptable!

There were eight of us, and we were very warmly welcomed by a young lady, Leticia I think, and the service was very quick. Many thanks to the lady and the young man who was with her. It was a great pleasure, and we will be back.

09/09/2026: In the Drôme Provençale region, a few kilometers from Grignan, lies Valaurie, a charming hilltop village well worth a visit, as is its restaurant, Le Bistrot de Valaurie. The dishes are perfectly executed. I had two starters, including an excellent homemade terrine. The salad that followed was simply magnificent and original. Different flavor combinations complemented the perfectly pearly prawns—a delight. Just two minutes from the main road, it's definitely worth the trip! Thank you!

04/10/2026: We ordered three meals today, and surprise... in the CBO, there was no breaded chicken, only the bread, sauce, salad, and bacon!!! Given the price of the sandwiches, the quality and attention to detail should be excellent. Since I ordered takeout and don't live nearby, I won't be going back!! Where on earth did the chicken go?!

13/09/2026: Never! Inside, it was unbearably hot. The air conditioners upstairs weren't even on. Plus, everything was a disgusting yellow, and even the inside wasn't very clean. The steak was as flat as a shoe sole and tasted like cardboard. I ordered it rare, but it was overcooked! No one came to collect our plates; they were piled up to the ceiling. Two people had ordered takeout and waited about 20 minutes for their sushi. The sushi, the deli meats, the meat, the chocolate fountain… all inedible. They tasted like plastic, not chocolate. 13/09/2026: Hello, We came on a Sunday morning (market day) because we were drawn by a great band playing near your terrace. There were two of us; my friend ordered a coffee and I ordered a glass of water because it was hot. The café owner was not at all happy that I wasn't "ordering because of the band," so he insisted I order a coffee or a Perrier, but unfortunately for me, I don't like either coffee or sparkling water. The glass of water and the coffee were brought to our table with little enthusiasm… A few minutes later, he told us he hadn't taken our payment, which meant: please leave, you're taking up my table for nothing. When it came time to pay, my friend went to pay for his coffee by card because we had given our change to the band, who had been playing around the terrace. The owner grumbled about the card payment because he wanted cash and sighed. This is the first time we've ever been treated so badly. It's unacceptable service from a business owner. Note that the more you spend, the better the service you'll receive. A word of warning to customers thirsty for just a coffee and a mediocre glass of water: steer clear.
