14/08/2024: Een geweldige culinaire ervaring in een prachtige ambience. Vanaf het terras uitzicht op Les Trois Becs. De keuken was verrassend en zeer verfijnd, Ottolenghi-stijl. De chef/eigenaar was erg gastvrij. We sloten de avond af met een goed gesprek met hem en onze favoriete digestief, een Calvados.

24/10/2024: Pleasant welcome. Cozy room. Uneven dishes. Great discoveries (buternut velouté with smoked egg) and basic dishes without originality or flavor: the octopus salad is just an uninteresting green salad!! When you have 2 glasses of champagne for 24 euros it would be appropriate to offer something to nibble: e.g. a little tapenade...
A little expensive. These small shortcomings do not necessarily make you want to continue the adventure at Kleber.

It was in a warm setting that we were able to appreciate the chef's beautiful inspirations, bringing us real taste flavors with excellent surprises that were both surprising and delicious.

Dommage qu il n y ai pas de formule le Dimanche, car tafifs assez eleves qd meme pour certains aliments
De plus, remettre a jour les tarifs sur la carte et / ou intitules car" Cafe gourmand "sans cafe et facture 1.50€ en plus des 7€50 indique....un peu mesquin de decouvrir cela une fois avoir regle la note
Enfin bref, une bonne journee meme, mais n y retournerons pas
05/06/2024: Very nice discovery this lunchtime with my partner, warm place, very welcoming and friendly staff, fast and careful service, very good cuisine a real treat for the taste buds (causse blue ravioli, lemon meringue tart, and a daily menu that my companion who said "it's killer..") Congratulations to this establishment, we will come back.

10/08/2024: Plats sans saveur, sans sauce (juste un pot avec des sachets de mayonnaise, ketchup et sauce pizza industriels), lieu peu agréable à côté d’une route très passante avec beaucoup de bruit, terrasse plein soleil à peine abritée par des parasols, sanitaires très sale avec un savon « solide » qui baigne dans l’eau du porte savon

Nous reviendrons souvent à l'occasion que nous passeront par ce village, peu d'autres établissements pour cette ambiance !

30/08/2024: Man sitzt am Rande des Marktplatzes von Nyons unter den Arkaden in sehr schlicht-schöner Atmosphäre. Der Service und die Weinberatung sind kompetent und freundlich. Die asiatisch-französischen Gerichte schmecken sehr gut. Die Desserts mit großer Finesse sind ein Hochgenuss. Der Besuch im Le Verre à Soie ist ein Highlight des Urlaubs in der Provence.
