31/07/2024: The pizzas and gratin dishes are particularly tasty, the fresh and local products, and the aioli is excellent.
For the record, my table neighbors, Australians on vacation in Europe, had made the detour from the Côte d'Azur on the advice of friends, to come and taste good French and Provençal cuisine.

09/12/2024: A coffee or lunch under the lime tree of Saint Martin at Ancolie sounds like a little corner of paradise in this Vercors cut off from the world. Simple cuisine without fuss but so good, the dishes of Mel and her team will delight your taste buds!

15/11/2024: Poor quality food (pizza toppings among others), not good beer, more than unpleasant welcome and often a lot of waiting without even a gesture, a peanut to wait or even just a smile)
And no, I didn't go to the wrong establishment, as is often your answer! Here in Buis people know!
It's been more than 10 years that from time to time I have tried to come again and each time the same observation! No wonder the Buxois are no longer there in number
10/11/2024: Really not great, the fries, if you can call them fries, soaked in oil! inedible, very noisy, I do not recommend.

04/09/2024: Bien situé sur place charmante de la pierre, menu du déjeuner attractif à 17€ avec bon choix pizzas et desserts, petite salade pour agrémenter. Service efficace et souriant. Un souci lors de l’addition non vérifiée lors du paiement par CB ( 55,70€ arrondis à 57€ pour le pourboire) , car décompte à posteriori selon nous: 2 menus à 17€, un coca zéro à 3,50€ , un pichet rosé à 13€ et un café à 2,50€, soit 53€. 24/07/2024: Quick service at 11am. Pleasant staff. Presentation of own products. Quickly listen to customer choices without having to repeat. The catering area would benefit from a renovation with pleasure (ceiling, walls, etc.)

Great discoveries (buternut velouté with smoked egg) and basic dishes without originality or flavor: the octopus salad is just an uninteresting green salad!! When you have 2 glasses of champagne for 24 euros it would be appropriate to offer something to nibble: e.g. a little tapenade...
A little expensive. These small shortcomings do not necessarily make you want to continue the adventure at Kleber.

It was in a warm setting that we were able to appreciate the chef's beautiful inspirations, bringing us real taste flavors with excellent surprises that were both surprising and delicious.

Restaurant on site, which is a plus given the hotel's location

04/09/2024: Good location, beautiful setting. Clean hotel and rooms. No catering and you cannot bring food into the hotel. Too many restrictions to feel like you're on vacation. Finally, the hosts are not welcoming.

The goal is to be able to leave opinions freely if you are not able to accept criticism in order to evolve, perhaps change profession.

The cuisine is very good, I like the concept of reintegrating people in difficulty, the two managers are always on top with a smile and know how to guide their employees.
