12/02/2026: Le Mermoz restaurant, located at Valence Airport, is an excellent choice that I highly recommend. The staff is always welcoming, friendly, and very professional, making every visit a truly pleasant experience. The food is consistently high-quality, with a varied and comprehensive menu that offers something for everyone. The small outdoor bar is a real bonus, perfect for sharing a moment with friends or relaxing while waiting for a table. However, it's best to book in advance, as the restaurant is often quite busy. One small point to note for pilots: there's no direct access from the airside; you have to go through the terminal to enter and exit, but it's only about a five-minute walk.

25/02/2026: I had a wonderful time at this restaurant, which is surprisingly easy to miss when you walk by! Inside, the atmosphere is cozy and you feel like you're in Morocco! Incense perfumes the room but doesn't mask the delicate aroma of the dishes being prepared in the kitchen. The service is very professional and delivered in a friendly atmosphere! Smiles are always on hand. The dishes are delicious, an explosion of flavors, spices, and colors; the seasoning is perfect! The portions are generous. The bill is very reasonable considering what you get! As you can tell, I'm a big fan of this place and I highly recommend it if you want to treat yourself for any occasion!

15/02/2026: Valentine's Day dinner was a huge disappointment. The vegetables were boiled, the couscous was bland, the merguez sausage was tasteless and undercooked, and the sauce was more meat juice than vegetable broth. Yet, when I first discovered this restaurant for a friend's 40th birthday, it was fantastic.

10/04/2026: Update April 2026: Returned yesterday, the taco was perfect. January 2026: 2 stars because despite having been there several times, last night's takeaway order of a double meat taco (€9) was half the size of my usual size. Very disappointed to have paid so much for a half taco.

15/05/2026: INCREDIBLE! Finally, a good pizza in our area after ages. The love and mastery of the craft are beautifully showcased on a divine crust generously topped with excellent fresh ingredients. Here we have two passionate food lovers and impeccable service. These pizzas would put Bella Vita in La Garde-Adhémar or Garenne in Livron to shame. The flavor and precision of the finished product clearly demonstrate that this is the work of true enthusiasts. The result of this delightful experience is fantastic!

Garage for the motorcycle, completely renovated room, generous breakfast. In short, a perfect hotel, the kind you always hope to find.

19/04/2026: Hotel in a quiet location. A note for overweight guests: Rooms and bathrooms in the "Standard" category of Logis Hotel bookings are small. It was sufficient for my needs for a short stay. Adequate breakfast, clean, quiet. Very friendly service. I highly recommend the attached restaurant. Tasty dishes, good wines, and reasonable prices.

01/05/2026: Last night, April 30, 2026, was an excellent evening, top-notch value for money. The different dishes were garnished differently, a visually stunning experience. A huge thumbs up for the flavor combinations, a truly magnificent discovery for the palate. The plates were generous, and we didn't leave the table hungry. And the dessert? What can I say! I was speechless... A magnificent duo! My apologies, we left without congratulating the chef in the kitchen. Oops, sorry, so I'm doing it in writing: CONGRATULATIONS CHEF!
