09/11/2024: Don't be fooled by appearances: this restaurant, which could go unnoticed, hides a real gem. The dishes are astonishingly simple, but the flavors are pure and perfectly balanced. Each mouthful reveals a mastery of pairings and a rare authenticity.
The value for money is exceptional. It’s a place where you eat well without breaking the bank, and where you feel that the quality of the ingredients and respect for the cuisine are at the heart of the experience. An address that I recommend to all lovers of good discoveries!

Otherwise, excellent à la carte dishes too (lax ravioli are killer)
I recommend ++, one of the best restaurants in the area!
I stop by from time to time for work, always welcomed even after 1 p.m., always with a brief smile, a lunchtime staple when I'm in the Drôme!

17/01/2025: I have been coming here regularly for a few months now, I love their pizzas, they are good, fresh products, a treat, my taste buds have always been delighted after eating their pizzas! Recommended +++++ In addition, super accommodating with schedules, the pizza maker does everything so that we leave with a smile, and a full stomach! Super good pizzas!! With real fresh mushrooms 🤩 I enjoyed myself and I will come back again and again without hesitation +++++ Thank you for being there!

06/07/2025: A cool, family-friendly place. A lunch on the terrace pleasantly surprised us.
Both the main dishes, such as the veal tongue and the grilled sardine skewer, and the desserts were excellent.
A highly recommended place, with very friendly staff!

A cuisine always very elaborate with regional products. The chef's passion is felt in each dish offered.
The room in a cozy and intimate atmosphere allows you to fully appreciate a pleasant gastronomic moment.
24/12/2024: We were asked to arrive at 12:10 p.m., on time we had to wait almost 10 minutes before someone came to see us. We ask for champagne as an aperitif, without a menu they bring us a bottle that we did not choose. For the wine, the sommelier asks us which wines we want (isn't that the role of a sommelier to advise) we go for a Chablis and a St Joseph, same no menu and they bring us bottles at random without us specify the origin and the owner.
Otherwise excellent meal from every point of view.
I find it a shame that for a Michelin-starred restaurant we were not offered a wine list.

16/10/2024: We spent 2 days in 1/board, impeccable... Isolated and perched establishment which is worth the detour in order to be able to contemplate the splendid view of the Baronnies.
The staff is very friendly as are the owners.
The room was comfortable, nothing was missing, very good bedding, all in exemplary cleanliness.
Tasty cuisine with delicious, gourmet dishes, quality and freshness. From starter to dessert everything was beautiful and good.
Full breakfast.
It’s a shame that the weather didn’t allow us to take advantage of the pretty terrace to admire the enchanting landscape.
Very good address to recommend without hesitation.

The decoration is chic and tastefully done.
I loved it.
The staff welcomed us with smiles and kindness as did the owners of this place with whom we interacted.
We enjoyed both the dishes and the desserts. Thanks to 👩🍳.
We will come back.

30/08/2024: Man sitzt am Rande des Marktplatzes von Nyons unter den Arkaden in sehr schlicht-schöner Atmosphäre. Der Service und die Weinberatung sind kompetent und freundlich. Die asiatisch-französischen Gerichte schmecken sehr gut. Die Desserts mit großer Finesse sind ein Hochgenuss. Der Besuch im Le Verre à Soie ist ein Highlight des Urlaubs in der Provence.

24/08/2024: Établissement jovial et sympathique où l’accueil est assez extraordinaire ! Sourire, bonne humeur, c’est très plaisant en période estivale !
Les plats sont originaux et savoureux, du saumon en passant par le poulet aux écrevisses !
La terrasse offre une belle vue sur la place; très romantique !
Enfin,
Le rapport qualité prix est excellent; je recommande vivement !!!

31/08/2024: Japanese-inspired cuisine, and for good reason, the chef is Japanese.
Subtle and refined cuisine, beautifully presented. Little choice on the menu but it is pleasant to let yourself be guided without being overwhelmed by the choice. Fast service without being rushing. Cozy and cozy atmosphere where you can hear each other chat without difficulty.
