25/04/2026: Update 2026 - A slight dip in quality, the welcome was still as friendly as ever, but in the end, I would have preferred a single foie gras as a starter rather than a "duo." The pan-seared foie gras lacked texture and flavor, while the semi-cooked foie gras was perfect. The beef released too much water (which diluted the sauce)! And the vanilla ice cream that accompanied the delicious tart had far too many ice crystals. So, a less enjoyable experience than previous visits, but we will return hoping to find the same quality as before... *** Update 2025 - Always a pleasure, always exquisite! *** Update 2024 - Back after a year, still just as perfect! Thank you. *** Excellent restaurant, quite honestly, we weren't expecting this level of quality 👌 Thank you, we will return because you are now our favorite restaurant in Romans.

27/04/2026: One star less for the spa. We're used to Calicéo or Balicina in Lyon. So we were disappointed with the spa area, which has no windows... it's stifling. Plus, a small pool with weak jets, no flavored water or cold or ice baths for the sauna, and no exfoliating sand for the hammam. Those are the points for improvement. We thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant. Superb, refined, and delicate, with generous portions. We appreciated it. And the couples massage was excellent. Very effective. A lovely, relaxing day. 09/10/2025: A pleasant discovery for a reunion with colleagues. A little noisy but the dishes were very generous and well served, with a smile from the entire restaurant team. I discovered a local white wine that I really liked. I will definitely come back.
