21/06/2026: An absolutely magical experience at the Shalimar restaurant in Valencia. The staff were exceptionally kind, the atmosphere was warm and refined, I felt truly pampered. The service was incredibly fast. Everything exceeded my expectations, I highly recommend it!

The staff went out of their way to ensure all customers had a pleasant experience, with joy and smiles! We can't wait to go back! 08/06/2026: What a letdown! We came last January and thoroughly enjoyed the generous portions in a friendly, family atmosphere. Tonight, there was one other person besides us (there were three of us). We waited 45 minutes for a salad and two burgers. The portions were ridiculously small: we left still hungry. And what about the poorly sorted salad? The waitress apologized and offered a discount on the bill, but frankly, considering the restaurant's prices, it's hard to swallow... We won't be going back.

For me, it was spectacular because the singer Charles Aznavour used to eat at that restaurant, and it's a privilege to be able to eat at the same table where he did. Regarding the food and service, I'm speechless. Everything was delicious, there was a great variety of food, and the service was impeccable. I recommend it 100%. When I visit the city again, I'll definitely return.

30/06/2026: We stopped during our road trip, and spotted the terrace, so we pulled in. The restaurant is located next to a roundabout and has a parking lot, easily accessible to most people. I appreciated the shaded terrace (it was 36 degrees Celsius, and on a motorcycle, you sweat a lot!!!), the smiling waitresses, and the impeccable service. As for the food, the gazpacho was incredibly refreshing. Honestly, I only ate that and the dessert (a mascarpone with blackcurrant that I found rather heavy)... so it's hard to say much more. I think it's worth stopping by if you're ever in the area.
