22/07/2026: Excellent coffee shop. We had two latte macchiatos, a shortbread, and a Basque cheesecake. Everything is homemade. The cheesecake was absolutely delicious. The shortbread was good but had a slight refrigerated taste. We don't particularly enjoy wandering around Valencia, but this is definitely a place we'll return to and linger over.

15/08/2026: We arrived a little late to eat, which was a shame because the restaurant menu was very good. We had a drink, and even our dog got her bowl of water, which a young man brought her. 👍😍

13/08/2026: What a delightful time I had at Santa Maria! The atmosphere was warm and the food lived up to my expectations. I particularly appreciated the presentation of the dishes, especially the colorful plates that brought a real touch of cheer to the table. The quality of the ingredients was undeniable; every bite was a pure pleasure. This is a must-visit in Valencia. I will gladly return to try other dishes on the menu.

08/08/2026: A real gem in Valence! My friend and I were looking for a nice place to spend some quality time, and we weren't disappointed. The restaurant is beautifully decorated with a very warm atmosphere. The welcome was incredibly pleasant, and the staff were both attentive and lovely throughout the meal. I opted for the Bresaola pizza: it was freshly made with quality ingredients, and I absolutely loved it! We will definitely be back. A truly wonderful discovery!

15/08/2026: After a very, very good one-night experience (two years ago), we went back. We were seriously disappointed. We didn't get the "Wow!" effect we experienced two years ago. Taste-wise: It's good, that's all. Value for money: It's expensive, but not excessively so.

31/07/2026: The waitresses were nice but just completely overwhelmed. For this kind of crowd you need four, not two.The food was decent enough,pretty good actually. Starter was a bit on the small side but tastewise left nothing to complain. Main courses were all good, the kids dinner can be improved though by adding veggies and frying the chicken a bit crispier. Main issue however was the lack of service during the dinner.

01/06/2026: Disappointing… There were four of us for a meal with friends, and we ordered two set menus and two main courses. The wines with the tapas were very average, the red wine was served warm, and the white wine was beyond words, simply poured out onto the plants. The razor clams clearly came straight from the sea, judging by the amount of sand they were in. The red wine sauce for the sliced ​​meat was extremely bitter and far too reduced (the pieces of meat were enormous for a sliced ​​dish). Not to mention the experience of tasting a soggy French toast; a rum baba or floating island brioche would have been more appropriate. And as for hygiene, thanks for the mold on the water carafe's stopper—it certainly puts off both thirst and appetite…
