06/09/2024: Hard pizza!! Not good the ingredients are invisible to the naked eye!! I advise against passing tourists like us. Expensive too. Never again!!
29/08/2024: Ordered 2 pizzas. After about 15-20 minutes, inform them that they can't make one, they don't have any tuna🤔 so after about 45 minutes we get our 2 pizzas. Goes off to eat open the lid on mine = a black burnt pizza🤮 goes back and asks for the money back, no it's not possible he has to make a new one... do I have to wait another 30 minutes?! Never ever experienced such bad customer service. would the wife eat her pizza while I wait for my new one?! What were they thinking now🤣🤣
Never again. There is a better pizzeria on the other side of the square.

12/09/2024: Que demander de plus à un resto où l'on mange des plats cuisinés sur place, avec des produits frais (le poisson acheté sur le marché du matin même), où le patron et le personnel sont sympas, dans un cadre très agréable? Rien à rajouter
06/09/2024: Un petit restaurant avec une carte limitée mais où chacun des mets est Excellent et frais. Le personnel est souriant et attentionné. On a tout apprécié. Je recommande vivement.

Well located on the pretty tree-lined market square. The service is impeccable. The cuisine is generous, the products are fresh and quality, the chef dares to combine things for our greatest pleasure! The eyes are not left out, the dishes are also very well presented. In the evening, obviously it’s complicated. We arrived at 9:20pm last week, Saturday. The waitress told us that the restaurant was closing, despite the 10 p.m. on Google.
We asked if the kitchen is closing but we will have ordered before… firm response from the waitress: no, we will close the establishment in 30 minutes.
Strange the lack of motivation of the waitress….
Three stars is therefore the average between my satisfaction at midday and the refusal to welcome in the evening.

30/08/2024: Man sitzt am Rande des Marktplatzes von Nyons unter den Arkaden in sehr schlicht-schöner Atmosphäre. Der Service und die Weinberatung sind kompetent und freundlich. Die asiatisch-französischen Gerichte schmecken sehr gut. Die Desserts mit großer Finesse sind ein Hochgenuss. Der Besuch im Le Verre à Soie ist ein Highlight des Urlaubs in der Provence.

17/09/2024: Wir besuchten gestern Abend dieses Restaurant und wählten beide das 4 Gang Menü zu 32,00 Euro.
Als Vorspeise der Gourmandteller, der seinem Namen alle Ehre machte.
Insbesondere das Thunfisch Tartare sehr gut.
Es folgten Filet von der Dorade und Rinderfilet, beides gut, wobei das Rinderfilet ein wenig zu durchgebraten war.
Geschmacklich aber einwandfrei.
Kleine und gute Käseauswahl, danach musste ich leider aufgeben, die Mengen sind wirklich reichlich.
Mein Mann genoss noch eine sehr gute Crème brullee.
Der Service sehr freundlich und schnell.
Ein junges, engagiertes Team.
Die Verständigung auf Englisch war problemlos möglich.

I, who am generally a little disappointed by restaurants, this one was a superb surprise. The crepes (hot, savory or sweet) are really very good, generous without being disgusting, and even my husband who was upset with savory crepes loved it! The bonus is that it's really inexpensive, and even when there are people, we don't have the impression of being crowded, at least on the terrace where we were. If there was anything to quibble about, there was a bit of a wait, but it was well worth it. This is justified by the fact that there are only two of them! She serves us and the husband is in the kitchen.

11/09/2024: On the occasion of Sport en Fête in Pierrelatte, we were 2 families with children looking for a pizzeria.
We went to Capello (Les Blaches shopping area) and we did not regret it. The lady who served us was responsive and adorable and their pizzas were excellent. They are generous and beautiful. Once in the mouth there is even this light texture of semolina seeds... A delight!
