09/10/2025: A pleasant discovery for a reunion with colleagues. A little noisy but the dishes were very generous and well served, with a smile from the entire restaurant team. I discovered a local white wine that I really liked. I will definitely come back.

The guy is actively working on building wrongly a reputation on frenchies to be arrogant. Fortunately for him we know respect and politeness and did not overthrow tables. "Mon gars, va apprendre la politesse" (sic)

17/02/2026: A very warm welcome in a pleasant atmosphere, with a smiling and friendly manager. The crepes are absolutely delicious; you can go there without hesitation!

19/03/2026: As longtime customers, we dined here on March 18th. My wife has numerous food allergies, some of which can be serious or even fatal. In short, her allergy list is on file at Bistro André, and we make sure to mention it on each visit. The head waitress was attentive when taking our order, and it took several minutes to verify it against the allergen list in order to adapt the dish. Essentially, she removed the sauces and creams and simply seasoned it with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Despite this, the appetizer arrived as if nothing had been said; eating that dish would have guaranteed a trip to the emergency room. Fortunately, we checked everything meticulously and called the head waitress back to have the dish remade. We observed the chef's very annoyed reaction. The dish returned, and my wife, feeling confident, ate it. In reality, the mackerel had been washed and placed on a separate plate, but traces of allergens remained. Five minutes later, it took a liter of water and an antihistamine to reduce the swelling in my lip and throat. Luckily, the rash wasn't severe enough that we had to leave the restaurant immediately. The chef's complete lack of respect and professionalism could have had dramatic consequences. Dining in an establishment "of this caliber" inspires confidence; it's a rare treat, something we only allow ourselves once or twice a year. The prices are high, and we expect a timeless moment of happiness as a couple, not to end up in the emergency room! And yet, the evening was completely ruined by a chef who clearly put his own concerns before his profession, who didn't respect us, nor did he respect his establishment. The feeling of having been ripped off... Excuse the length of this post, but it had to be said. Allergy sufferers, you don't have only friends at Bistro André...

16/03/2026: The welcome was very friendly, the garden lovely, and the parking very convenient. The dishes we ordered from the menu were delicious. We were even lucky enough to have Chef Pic herself come to visit each table… Fantastic! 😊🙏🥂

11/02/2026: We had a fantastic lunch break with a friend. A wonderful discovery! The bacon burger was amazing, and the fries with cream and Brie de Meaux were incredible. And the daily special of beef with sauce was superb. Excellent, nothing to complain about, go for it without hesitation!

01/09/2025: We discovered this restaurant with its tasteful decor and cozy atmosphere. The dishes, including tuna tataki and octopus tentacles, were delicious, and the vegetables were perfectly cooked. The waitress was welcoming and friendly; in short, we had a wonderful time!

Excellent cuisine as always, dishes showcasing a quest for flavor and creative combinations by Chef Melfat Thimothée – a true delight for the taste buds. I highly recommend it again and again!!! 28/10/2025: Outrageous refusal to serve me! I was refused service for lunch today, October 28, 2025, simply because I was alone, despite several empty tables in the restaurant. This complete lack of consideration and courtesy is unacceptable. It's an unjustified refusal to serve me. A disastrous customer experience before I even had a chance to order. Avoid this establishment!

15/02/2026: A complete disappointment at this restaurant, which we thought was highly regarded by many customers. We were sorely disappointed by the appalling, tasteless, and uninspired cuisine. I ordered a seafood casserole and received a carrot casserole with two mussels and two shrimp... shameful! I will not be repeating this experience.

03/02/2026: I've been going there for years and everything is truly exceptional: home-style cooking, fresh ingredients, excellent service for both dine-in and takeout, and a special thank you to the friendly waiter who always has a smile on his face. For those who don't know them, go without hesitation!

20/03/2026: We arrived today at 1:10 PM, not even a greeting. We asked if it was possible to order a table for two, and the response was, "Yes, but you'll have to be quick, I have to leave by 2:30 PM." In that case, I think it's possible to phrase it differently: we come to a restaurant to have a good time, not to be subjected to anything unpleasant. The waitress was not at all friendly, which is a shame because the setting is lovely and we usually go there occasionally in the summer.
