03/08/2026: Excellent restaurant that I highly recommend! We had lunch there as a family and had a very pleasant time. The welcome was particularly warm and attentive. We enjoyed a delicious Landes salad as well as a succulent regional dish of Basque black pudding and confit sausage, perfectly cooked and very generous. To finish, the ice cream for dessert was excellent. From the welcome to the food, everything was perfect. We will definitely be back!

01/08/2026: The staff were very friendly, we really enjoyed the cocktail, and the leek vinaigrette was full of flavor. However, the chicken salad was disappointing and the satay sauce was practically nonexistent. A bit pricey for what you get on your plate, which is a shame...

16/07/2026: A simple restaurant in its appearance and service, but offering very enjoyable cuisine.

15/07/2026: We were a group of 26 people. We were not allowed to sit with our partners. Everyone who ate fish sat at the same table, those who ate meat sat at a different table. Because the dishes had to be shared. A strange way of receiving guests. The food was tasty, though. The service was quick.

14/07/2026: Everything was great: good service, good food, and a cozy atmosphere. My only complaint is that during the summer months, they could use some fans inside. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

16/08/2026: An admirable 11th-century church. Undoubtedly the oldest church in Bordeaux. It boasts a tympanum with exceptional sculptures, a magnificent nave, and beautiful stained-glass windows. Above all, don't forget to descend into the crypt, a place of remembrance and the abode of the dead; it's a truly moving experience. Enjoy your visit.

30/07/2026: We were looking for a place with delicious and reasonably priced food that reminded us of home, and that's exactly what we found. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive. The food was delicious and the portions were generous. If you're looking for flavorful Latin American cuisine, this place is perfect. Even the decor evoked a sense of peace and the joy of Colombia. Definitely a 10 out of 10!

30/07/2026: I had booked by phone, but I was told it wasn't necessary. I drove an hour and a half, and when I arrived, everything was full. They then asked me for a reservation. I explained that I had already called, but they had wasted my time, made me wait 30 minutes, and ultimately never provided the service. So I can say without hesitation that it was a disastrous experience. We didn't even get to taste the food, and they completely messed up the schedule. A reservation wasn't necessary, yet they insisted on one—a truly stupid, ridiculous, and unacceptable thing to do. This is not a reputable establishment and cannot be trusted. If Paris is currently busy and you're planning to go, think twice, because they're likely to let you down. They have no respect for their customers.

26/07/2026: Lunch in July A very warm welcome; we had lunch on the quiet, shaded terrace. Everything was perfect, from the shared fish platter as a starter. The main courses were very tasty and perfectly cooked. A variety of desserts. Everything to have a great time. We will gladly return. Thank you to the chef and the server. Highly recommended for a change of scenery from the seaside and a taste of real cuisine.

17/07/2026: It was excellent, gourmet, with only high-quality ingredients. Even the children were happy. The prices are high but completely consistent with this type of cuisine. A very good wine cellar, nice local kombucha, but unfortunately not a wide selection of cocktails. However, there was a great variety of spirits. A very pleasant garden/terrace. A couple who have been running the place very well for 11 years. A great place, a little off the beaten tourist track.

The Gruss family is a wonderful family who work incredibly hard to create a marvelous show with their beautiful and well-cared-for horses. They are truly part of the family, and it shows. Congratulations again and well done on your work! 👏🏻 Regarding the price: it is MORE THAN justified!! A word of advice: BOOK your tickets as soon as possible! 😉

29/07/2026: We discovered this restaurant during a previous stay in Pau three years ago. We were happy to stop by again on a Saturday at lunchtime. Prices have increased considerably in three years, but so has everything else (thanks to inflation!). We had the set menu (starter/main/dessert) for €22. Individual dishes are around €20 (€19 for a homemade burger and fries). The children's menu is €12 and includes crispy chicken and fries, and a scoop of ice cream or panna cotta. The servers were pleasant, although the service seemed a little slow. However, the quality of the food is still excellent; the dishes are delicious and beautifully presented. We had a lovely time.

18/07/2026: We went there on a date 6 years ago and it was amazing. Came back yesterday and everything was just as good: food is incredible, special mention for the duck hearts and scallops. Everything is such high quality we would go back in a heartbeat! Service is always impeccable too.

25/07/2026: I am almost glad we did not find this spot before our last evening. If not we’d be drinking wine here every day - and too much of it. Awesome place. Went for a glass before dinner and came back after dinner for a bottle to finish our holidays. This is the best wines in town some locals sharing our table told us - and we agree!
