13/11/2024: Au coeur de BAYONNE, sur les bords de la Nive, la promesse était intéressante, mais Déception totale !!, avions consulté les avis avant de réserver et avons constaté qu'aucun avis ne correspond à la réalité .... Quand on arrive, c'est difficile de savoir si l'établissement est en chantier ou si une fermeture est à venir !! Concernant la restauration les portions très réduites, manque d'assaisonnement, rien de goûteux, quant aux desserts annoncés : en guise de pain perdu une tranche de brioche passée au chalumeau !!! avec sur le dessus une boule de glace au caramel !!! Comme son nom l'indique "KAPITO CAFE" c'est un café et non un restaurant ! Les sanitaires totalement négligés, fixation d'une poignée de porte sur une planche à découper ! absence de planche de déclenchement de la chasse d'eau, etc ... Nous sommes déconcertés par un tel laisser-aller !

01/08/2024: Portions généreuses, prix plus que raisonnables (4,5€ le dessert !), et accueil charmant. What elle ? Ha oui, c’est très bon :)

05/09/2024: Let's not beat around the bush: go for it. Do you want tasty, well-made and bold dishes? Run there. What about chocolate mousse with fleur de sel? There are no words, only happiness. The only reason stopping me from becoming a regular is that I don't live in Bayonne.

30/08/2024: We went to this place because it had the kitchen open a little later than the rest. The service was quite clueless but friendly and what we ordered was good, especially the duck.

31/07/2024: As a confirmed foodist, I finally found a rib of beef worthy of the name in Pau! Photo taken 5 minutes after starting to eat! Of high quality, the exquisitely flavored meat was cooked to perfection and served with new potatoes, a variety of vegetables and some porcini mushrooms, all accompanied by different delicious sauces. Impeccable service, attentive waitress who even provided a great doggy bag because we had difficulty finishing because the board was so plentiful. But that's not all, the establishment even offered a baguette as a bonus. Top-notch ambient music.

10/08/2024: No interest, tasteless pizzas despite the long list of ingredients, super thin and soft dough, it looks like a tortilla, it doesn't look like pizza dough, you wonder if it's fresh. And the price, €15 for a basic pizza with very few toppings, to take away, it’s even more expensive than in Paris…

07/08/2024: Great looking location. Friendly enough and very fast. I had quattro formagio and it was excellent. My son had Al Pesto pizza, and it was ok but a little bland. Food cooked in proper pizza oven which is always good. 2 pizzas, 2 cokes expect to pay 35 euros

28/08/2024: Un bel endroit avec un superbe coucher de soleil....... Belle terrasse avec une excellente cuisine. Cuisson du poisson au top! Serveuse "tonic" mais très professionnelle et sympathique. Un a passé un excellent moment en famille/amis. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Belle découverte.

28/07/2024: Dîner en famille, tout était bon (nuggets maison du menu enfant, les 2 burgers, confit de canard, salade thai et les sorbets), le service est rapide et le personnel agréable. Un très bon moment sur la terrasse avec la musique d'ambiance.
