Surprise comme quoi il ne faut pas toujours faire attention aux avis trop négatifs on y a mangé une délicieuse paella. Merci aux serveurs qui y sont vraiment très disponible et jovial.
07/09/2024: Tout bien ! Continuez comme ça ! Cuisine Basque traditionnelle, produits du terroir, bon rapport qualité /prix, service sympa. On reviendra.

07/10/2024: A disaster from start to finish, "workers" menu at 15 euros of course but total lack of hygiene, from the dishes to the cutlery nothing is right. Cooking not respected, and again... the highlight of the show still remains the dirt in the kitchen... in short, to avoid.

10/12/2025: Highly recommended hotel for the quality. The rooms had nice touches. We slept very well; the mattress, despite being springs, was comfortable. The heating was very weak; we had to keep using a very basic radiator, which needs improvement. The cleanliness was adequate but could be better. Breakfast was the same every day for our 4 days and 3 nights; it could be improved, perhaps by adding a microwave to heat the pancakes. The service was attentive.
30/11/2025: Spent last night here in my way to Bilbao. The place is relatively good in all aspects particularly the reception and breakfast staff. The WiFi service was down and nobody attended to it nor did we receive any apologies for this unfortunately. There was an important issue I needed to attend to but I couldn’t because of the issue.

17/09/2024: 30 min wait to get our pizzas which were good, the service would benefit from being friendlier.
16/09/2024: The pizza was not bad, some of the waiters, specially the female one, was very kind, however, one of them, the one all dressed in black was absolutely miserable and patronising. He made me feel like a little girl. Actually, he reminded me of all those awful waiters in Paris! If you want a more friendly service, eat some elsewhere!!

19/09/2024: We have been coming for several years and unfortunately we can see the deterioration of the exterior and interior buildings. Damage ! The location is ideal.
High price considering the service.
11/09/2024: The positive points of the apartment were undoubtedly the bed, certainly a little hard but very comfortable, its proximity to the seaside and the calm, no noise to be deplored throughout the night and complete darkness in the early morning!
On the other hand, it was impossible to run the dishwasher, the VMC did not work either, so the bathroom was very humid and there was no shower siphon. The smell was more than unpleasant when we arrived.
No maintenance or utility items in the kitchen area, no sponge, dishwashing liquid, tea towel,
The elevator is broken in our building.

20/03/2024: Le cadre de vu est super.
Au bout de 50min d'attente nous avions décidé de partir, à ce moment là la jeune serveuse arrive avec nos plats. Nous lui faisons remarqué avec courtoisie bien entendu qu'on s'apprêtait à partir. Au lieu d'avoir une réaction professionnelle c'est à dire une excuse au minimum. Sa réaction était insolente. Choqué nous avions préféré de partir sans causé de heurt.
On ne vous parle l'absence des salutations de courtoisies, des sourires. Mais surtout quand un client renverse une bouteille d'eau et se casse au sol. La jeune demoiselle se met à rire moqueur et ne ramasse même pas les verres.
C'est impensable. Donc ce restaurant est A FUIR.

24/06/2024: en 1 il faut :soit même taper sa cde sur son tel et payer pgm mal fait cela prend du temps,pas le plaisir d'avoir une serveuse vous servir .résultat avec ma femme pas servi ensemble obligé de réclamer .il parait pb informatique .ma paella pas bonne pas de chorizo pas d'encornets un vulgaire riz safrané décongelé pas sur un petit pilon de poulet .en résumé c'était dégueulasse .J'avais un bon souvenir et maintenant c'est nul

07/12/2024: Après avoir eu confirmation de notre réservation le 5 décembre 2024, nous sommes arrivés à 4 à l'heure dite. LE RESTAURANT EST FERMÉ ET EN VENTE. Nous aurions aimé être informés...
19/09/2024: A la découverte des spécialités basques. En premier lieu de très bons conseils et explications. Les ris de veau sont bien cuisinés a agrémenter d'une poêlée de cèpes. Les cotes d'agneau tendres et bien cuites. Reste les déserts...le Russe et la crème brûlée..un délice.
