10/09/2024: If you don't know where to go for an aperitif and eat afterwards, I recommend this place which is located in Bayonne, for my part I really liked this place and I will leave with other people.
30/08/2024: We went to this place because it had the kitchen open a little later than the rest. The service was quite clueless but friendly and what we ordered was good, especially the duck.

Surprise comme quoi il ne faut pas toujours faire attention aux avis trop négatifs on y a mangé une délicieuse paella. Merci aux serveurs qui y sont vraiment très disponible et jovial.

24/09/2024: Menu at 18€: salad (from the bag) with goat cheese (frozen); piece of beef (sole!), fries (frozen) and Basque cake (not sure but I think frozen). Decent service. No credit card!

01/09/2024: I don't understand some opinions. I have been there several times and for me it is the best place to eat in Saint Palais. First time, excellent welcome. More disappointing later with the length of installation and waiting for orders and dishes to be taken but still the best cuisine here.
19/08/2024: We just ate at the restaurant this evening, the welcome and service was great!
In addition, we were able to recall magical memories!

We went for dinner based on the good reviews and it was a success. Of course, thank goodness that one of the waitresses was able to translate the menu into Spanish for us because otherwise it would have been difficult to know what to choose.
The food is home-made, of good quality and well prepared.
We ordered the Basque chicken with a side of potatoes and salad, a hamburger, also with a side of potatoes and salad, and for dessert, 3 portions of Basque tarts filled with different fruit jams.
Everything was excellent, we loved it.
100x100 recommended.

22/09/2024: A place that I particularly liked but my last experience was catastrophic... inedible squid like rubber, fries were reheated, salad poorly seasoned. 30 minutes to take our order while the customers who arrive later are already served... industrial sangria, this establishment uses low quality products.

Of high quality, the exquisitely flavored meat was cooked to perfection and served with new potatoes, a variety of vegetables and some porcini mushrooms, all accompanied by different delicious sauces.
Impeccable service, attentive waitress who even provided a great doggy bag because we had difficulty finishing because the board was so plentiful.
But that's not all, the establishment even offered a baguette as a bonus.
Top-notch ambient music.
