30/11/2025: ⭐ A wonderful time at "II Castello Pizza" in Maisse! We enjoyed delicious pizzas with a thin and flavorful crust, just the way we like them. The owner and his partner were friendly, welcoming, and truly lovely, which made the experience even better. We even got to exchange a few tips about chili peppers… but shh, we won't say any more, it's our little secret 😉 We'll gladly come back to try their homemade chili peppers! 14/10/2025: Top-notch pizza, we've been ordering from this pizzeria ever since they opened six years ago, and the quality hasn't changed. The pizzas are good. The welcome is friendly. I highly recommend it.

The service was friendly and smiling. One of the glasses had a lipstick stain. That was too much! Otherwise, everything else seemed clean.

07/02/2026: We had dinner at this crêperie for the first time and we were very pleased. A warm welcome, quick service, beautifully presented dishes, and high-quality ingredients. There's a good variety of dishes and desserts, and I particularly enjoyed the St. Malo crêpe with its rum flambé. 👍 We'll definitely be back! 😁

04/03/2026: A truly astonishing experience. The waiter mumbled so loudly you had to strain to hear him repeat almost every sentence. No smile, no friendliness whatsoever, and you definitely felt like you were bothering him. The service was interminable: nearly three hours. When I simply asked him what the meat was marinated in, the answer was: "I don't know." I asked if he could find out, and he sighed as if the question was already one too many. The most absurd moment was dessert. I ordered a crème brûlée: I was told they were out. A few minutes later, I saw the same waiter serving them to other tables. The explanation: they were "for the 1 p.m. seating." It was 12:50 p.m.... and we had already been seated for ages. And that's not all: the waiter brought us desserts before our plates had even been cleared from the table. When we simply asked him if he could clear the table, he replied, "It's too busy. If you're not happy, just clear it yourself." He then had the nerve to address me informally and added that if I wasn't happy, I should just leave a bad review; he didn't care. I turned to the manager to report the situation, who simply told me he didn't have time to deal with the problem right now and that he would look into it after service. Oh, and he gave us a measly 5% discount! LOL! I honestly have never seen such behavior in a restaurant. This level of unprofessionalism and disrespect is simply unacceptable.

23/02/2026: Honestly, a really great place. A very warm welcome and very reasonable prices. I'm a regular, the soups are excellent, and the tagines and chicken are the best you'll find anywhere else. I recommend it to everyone.

15/02/2026: I regularly order from you, especially the couscous, which I've always enjoyed, and I've also tried your tagine, which was excellent. Unfortunately, my last two tagine orders were a real disappointment. The sauce was extremely thin, tasteless, almost like water, and the dish clearly lacked seasoning and generous portions. It's a far cry from the quality and authenticity one expects from a Moroccan tagine. It's all the more disappointing because I know you can do much better, as I've seen before. I sincerely hope this is a one-off problem and that you'll take this feedback into account to get back to the quality that made your reputation.
