06/04/2026: Ordered two pizzas this evening. Extremely dry and tasted awful. Disgusting. I called to complain, but the guy on the phone clearly didn't care. Avoid at all costs.

05/04/2026: I just ordered three XL pizzas online. After an hour without any updates, I called Pizza Hut Montgeron, and they told me that online orders weren't working. I asked for a free pizza as compensation, but the person on the phone said they couldn't do anything without their manager. I understood their reasoning and told them to do their best, but if all else fails, I'd have to pay for the pizza I ordered. Unfortunately, the fourth pizza was missing from the delivery. I called Pizza Hut Montgeron again, and they told me there had been a misunderstanding and that they would send me another pizza, this time free of charge, even without their manager's approval. They did this over the phone's speakerphone in front of the delivery driver. The driver returned 10 minutes later and asked me to pay €19, admitting that the person on the phone wasn't taking responsibility for their actions. So I had to pay for a pizza, albeit half price, but I was against the principle of the thing. I want to congratulate the delivery driver Trahoré, who performed his duties admirably… it's a shame his superiors aren't up to the same standard…

31/07/2026: Ordered via Deliveroo, an hour after it was supposed to be ready, the order hadn't been shipped. It was left in warm containers and a bag. When we called, we were spoken to like dogs by what seemed to be the owner, more like the brothel owner, judging by her manner of speaking. Everything arrived cold and unfit for consumption. Everything ended up in the trash as soon as we opened the first container because of the smell. I think the health inspectors should pay a visit to this so-called restaurant, given the various reviews. For me, at least, this is the one and last time they'll ever see my money.

15/06/2026: The steamed assortment and Thai beef stir-fry on the griddle have been consistently excellent for years. But please, for goodness' sake, replace that awful carpet!

23/06/2026: 5 stars for the staff. Always welcoming, smiling, and efficient. Given the temperatures, I don't see any fans for the employees??? It's clearly unacceptable not to protect your staff.

31/07/2026: We came in for a refreshing drink, a coffee and a fruit juice, and at first, the owner seemed very unpleasant. We made the mistake of asking her for water, to which she grumbled, saying it would mean extra washing up (and the washing up wasn't very clean, either). Furthermore, we witnessed a very disappointing scene, as the same person brazenly displayed her disgusted expression towards a homeless man who simply wanted a glass of Coke… After reading some of the other reviews, I'm not surprised. If you don't want to serve customers, find another line of work.

02/07/2026: To begin with, I don't understand the messages saying the meat isn't good and that people can't get out of the restrooms. The restaurant is very good, the hygiene is good too, and the staff is very friendly. I recommend it.

26/05/2026: I have been buying cigarettes and coffee at this tobacco shop for 2 years, today I bought a pack of cigarettes and then asked for a glass of water because it was very hot, the lady told me I had to either consume something or buy a bottle of water, no humanity whatsoever.

11/04/2026: The loaves of bread I wanted to buy were placed next to a cleaning cloth, which doesn't inspire confidence in terms of hygiene. Furthermore, the service was lacking. A disappointing experience.

31/03/2026: I highly recommend their sandwiches and their lunch special, which are very reasonably priced. The baker was lovely, and the opening hours are particularly convenient for travelers waiting for their connecting train at the nearby station.

26/08/2026: We regularly come to this McDonald's, but we often find the wait quite long, especially when it's busy. There are also frequently missing items. For example, the McDeal menu includes the various sandwich options, fries, and drinks, but some dessert items are often unavailable. For instance, when milkshakes are on the menu, not all flavors are available: sometimes only strawberry, sometimes only vanilla, but rarely both. Sometimes there's also no Caramel Sundae. It's a shame, because these are items listed on the menu, but they aren't always available. Despite this, we continue to come, but it would be really nice to have more choices and shorter wait times.

23/08/2026: The food was okay, but every time we go, they're incredibly slow! One car every 15 minutes!

28/08/2026: Order placed via Uber Eats today. I ordered two dishes of fried rice with shrimp and one dish of fried rice with chicken. We received two measly pieces of chicken and three shrimp cut in half. We called the restaurant to complain about the small portions, and they told us it was normal. And of course, no manager was available. The receptionist hung up on me, and then a very unpleasant man also hung up on me, even though I was being polite. Apparently, they don't take criticism well. This was the second time I've ordered from this restaurant, and it will be the last.

11/08/2026: A very disappointing experience to avoid! The spring rolls were spring rolls in name only: they were the wrong size, practically empty inside, and completely inedible. The samosas were tiny. Nothing was authentic; this was far from Asian cuisine. Despite my request, no cutlery was provided. The customer service was nonexistent, and this establishment should be avoided.

08/08/2026: I'm writing this review primarily to thank Momo and his entire team. They were professional throughout. I arrived during the rush; they had a huge number of orders to prepare, but they remained calm and focused, trying to minimize the wait time for customers. I want to emphasize Momo's professionalism once again. I will be back.

26/08/2026: Came to charge my electric vehicle in the evening! The advantage is that the fast charging prices at McDonald's are always very competitive, however, the parking lot had no lighting, it's a bit creepy at night, well, in the evening...

21/08/2026: Avoid this place! I ordered two gyros and they made so many mistakes. They mixed up the orders; I saw the man take the sandwich that was in the customer's hands to give it to another customer, and then take mine. They took the flatbread with the chicken inside to remake my gyro, and on top of that, they also messed up both sandwiches I ordered. One without tomato was full of tomatoes. Was there an allergy? Not to mention the time they took to serve us without any apology! 22 euros for two gyros served haphazardly. I will never go back.
