17/06/2026: I've been going to this restaurant with my team since 2014, but today's lunchtime experience was very disappointing. The waitress was unpleasant. The menu is quite limited (mainly pizzas and salads). I ordered a Caesar salad and asked to replace the chicken, which isn't halal, with another ingredient like eggs, tuna, or cheese, but this was refused, even though eggs are present in other dishes. There was no flexibility or compensation offered. In the end, I paid €17 for a salad with no real possibility of making an alternative. A disappointing experience.

10/08/2026: We regularly order McDonald’s through Uber Eats to treat the kids. Unfortunately, it’s become extremely rare to receive a complete order from this restaurant. Something is almost always missing: a portion of fries, nuggets, the kids’ toys, sauces that were paid for separately… And today, for the second time, an entire bag containing all the drinks wasn’t given to the delivery driver. So I immediately called the restaurant. The manager readily admitted that the second bag had indeed stayed at their premises and that they had forgotten to give it to the driver. You’d think that once the mistake is acknowledged, a solution would be offered. Well, no. The driver naturally refused to make another trip without being paid, which is perfectly understandable. For their part, McDonald’s explained that they couldn’t pay him to come back and pick up the forgotten bag. The result: the restaurant acknowledges its mistake, but the customer is left to bear the consequences. Even more surprising, I was told over the phone that they have "a lot of orders" and that it's therefore normal for mistakes to happen. I can perfectly understand making a mistake during busy periods. However, when mistakes become recurring and no solution is offered to rectify them, it simply becomes a lack of seriousness and professionalism. When a customer pays for an order, extras, sauces, and delivery fees, it seems reasonable to expect them to receive everything they paid for. Given the repeated oversights, the response I received today, and especially the manager's obvious lack of consideration and professionalism in the face of an error acknowledged by the restaurant, this was my last order at this McDonald's. There's a difference between making an occasional mistake and considering mistakes normal because there are many commands. Clearly, here, the second option has been chosen.

29/05/2026: The food was very good but the service was unpleasant; I really hated it.

14/07/2026: Sometimes they have wait times of over 5 minutes, and on top of that, delivery takes 40 minutes even though the orders aren't very large.

06/07/2026: The owner spoke to us with bitterness and even said nasty things in Tunisian Arabic. Next time, make sure we're not from the same background before you gossip about people. We understood everything. I absolutely do not recommend this place. The service was appalling.

03/08/2026: Extremely disappointed, it tasted like it had been reheated; it wasn't fresh at all, it's impossible. Plus, it was very salty. Seriously, first and last time because it was absolutely terrible. I don't recommend it.

28/06/2026: The pizzas are good, no complaints there. However, paying extra for tomato sauce and finding no tomato on the pizza is a rip-off! The delivery is appalling: late, and the driver even asks you to come pay in the street!

05/05/2026: The owner is one of the best shopkeepers in Corbeil-Essonnes. Customer service and well-being are his strengths. The coffee is very good, by the way… This place is truly special to me; it's perfect for a drink with family or friends. THANK YOU AND KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

14/04/2026: The manager's alright. But there's his son who manages things way, way, way, way, way badly; avoid going to the bar when he's working.

23/08/2026: Dry chicken, no bacon in it. Even though it's called chicken bacon onion. Bread was burnt and hard, had to throw it away. Fries were half-cooked. No bag for the drink, sandwich, and fries. The service was bad and unfriendly; it was like we were bothering them at the drive-thru.

05/08/2026: A very disappointing experience. The ice cream was completely melted, the bacon was still frozen, and the fries were cold. I had to leave almost my entire meal. This is not the level of quality one expects from McDonald's.

03/06/2026: Yesterday, Tuesday, June 2nd, I bought some beef with basil; the meat was tough. And a box with salad and spring rolls (I can't remember the name), the spring rolls weren't great, they were dry. The ones at Auchan in the mall are much better.

16/08/2026: Simple hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Lunch is simple, hearty, and tasty. Well-located for medical treatments in Orsay. Thank you for your kindness.

09/06/2026: Great host. The rooms are clean, the linens are clean. I was there for work, everything was great.

28/07/2026: Outrageous! It's a shame zero stars don't exist. I ordered a pizza with a different base, specifying it. When I got home, the pizza had the wrong base because I'm allergic. I called back to exchange it, which meant another 20-minute trip each way—four round trips, a total of 1 hour and 20 minutes of driving—just to exchange a pizza they'd ordered wrong. When I arrived, they didn't even say hello; they were all on their phone. The least they could have done was offer some kind of compensation, a minimum, since it's their fault. I find it truly unacceptable. They took the pizza back and gave it to me with the correct base this time, not even a goodbye, nothing at all. Absolutely outrageous!

15/07/2026: Very poor service and very expensive for what we paid. Two medium pizzas cost €46. One Coca-Cola per person. The delivery driver was excellent, no complaints.

31/07/2026: The staff were very friendly, pleasant, and helpful. And the food was excellent, with very reasonable prices. I highly recommend it.

30/07/2026: Absolutely avoid this place! I got food poisoning after eating there.

20/05/2026: A €16 box, tiny portion of fries, wings the size of a thumb, a single pizza that was minuscule, not even cut into quarters—they treat us like dogs. Never again. A rip-off.

11/05/2026: Very good, but the delivery driver was unpleasant and on the phone while serving, refusing to come to the door. The other drivers were excellent.
