24/03/2026: It's a real shame. I went last week for takeout. I specifically asked at least three times not to have wasabi because I can't stand very spicy food. The young woman confirmed there wouldn't be any. As a result, there was wasabi in it—this is the second time this has happened! Honestly, it's not very considerate of people with intolerances. And the young woman taking my order spoke so fast that we didn't have time to choose our meal.

I understood their reasoning and told them to do their best, but if all else fails, I'd have to pay for the pizza I ordered. Unfortunately, the fourth pizza was missing from the delivery. I called Pizza Hut Montgeron again, and they told me there had been a misunderstanding and that they would send me another pizza, this time free of charge, even without their manager's approval. They did this over the phone's speakerphone in front of the delivery driver. The driver returned 10 minutes later and asked me to pay €19, admitting that the person on the phone wasn't taking responsibility for their actions. So I had to pay for a pizza, albeit half price, but I was against the principle of the thing. I want to congratulate the delivery driver Trahoré, who performed his duties admirably… it's a shame his superiors aren't up to the same standard…

18/01/2026: Hello, I ordered this evening and the waiter didn't understand anything. I asked for a full kebab with cheddar and a surprise, and it was a plain kebab. And for the chicken kebab, it was full instead of plain. Bravo! He didn't even appreciate my kebab, just the fries. Thanks a lot.

The welcome was cold, I ordered a kebab sandwich that wasn't really a kebab, supposedly with a chili pepper, but they didn't even give me the pepper, even though they prepared it. 28/05/2026: An absolute disgrace. Avoid at all costs. I went in the middle of the afternoon for a Leffe Blonde. From the first sip, the verdict was clear: the beer was completely flat, not a single bubble, utterly watery. I politely went back to the waitress to point out the problem. That's when the farce began. Instead of doing her job and fixing the situation, this woman had the nerve to tell me: "When I poured it, there were bubbles, you were too slow drinking it." To recap: I went back to see her exactly three minutes after sitting down. If your beer loses all its fizz in 180 seconds, there's a serious problem with your kegs or your dispensing lines. The customer service is simply appalling. This person was incredibly rude: no gesture of goodwill, no change of glass, and she didn't even bother to taste or check my drink. Paying €7.40 for a stale beer and such disdainful service is pure and simple robbery. If you're looking for a pleasant place to shop and quality products, look elsewhere; this establishment isn't worth your time.

They categorically refused to acknowledge their mistake, offer any compensation, or even give me the missing pizza when I came to pick it up. 19/01/2026: Domino's does the job price-wise, especially with their regular promotions, so it's fine for a quick and cheap meal. However, the quality is definitely not great: pizzas are sometimes too greasy, the ingredients are basic, and the taste is pretty standard. It's a good option when you don't want to think about it, but don't expect a real pizza or anything memorable.
