10/06/2026: Fantastic service... I spilled my coffee and they offered me another one without me even asking... plus the croissants are excellent.
01/06/2026: We came on June 1st. Before us, a customer ordered a chai latte. The server, who was wearing an earbud, didn't hear the order and started preparing a matcha. Luckily, the customer noticed the mistake and pointed it out. Then we ordered two iced matchas. The server didn't know how to prepare them and had to ask her colleague for help. So it took two people to make two matchas. We only realized after we were seated and had started enjoying our drinks that neither of them had taken our payment. Overwhelmed and unfriendly staff. Flies in the food. Cashier: Regina.

04/07/2026: The tables are dirty, the chairs too, and the toilets are a disgrace—no grab bar, the hand dryer doesn't work, a real pigsty! Plus, only one toilet for an establishment this size—it's pathetic. I won't be back. 😡
26/06/2026: There's a long wait, and when you ask the staff who are chatting amongst themselves if there's someone available to help, you feel like you're bothering them.

03/01/2026: I just had two pizzas delivered. When I ordered, I asked if it was possible to cut them, and of course, no problem. When they arrived, the pizzas were burnt, not cut, and there was no hot sauce. What a shame, local business, you've just lost a customer!
26/11/2025: Casa Nana in Égly is an excellent place to eat! In my experience, their thin-crust, crispy pizzas are truly delicious. The indoor and outdoor seating areas are pleasant, and there's always parking nearby. Perfect for a meal with family or friends!

21/03/2026: Since the change of ownership, it's like night and day! Impeccable cleanliness, incredible food, and very reasonable prices. Plus, a sunny terrace and easy parking make everything convenient. I recommend it 100%; it's become one of my favorite places!
14/02/2026: As a loyal customer of this restaurant for almost a year with my children, I have always appreciated the quality of the food. However, my visit today was a profound disappointment: I noticed a radical change on all levels. The most disturbing aspect is the persistent smell of cigarette smoke that permeates the entire dining room. It's regrettable, but I will not be returning.

15/09/2025: Honestly, the cashiers and saleswomen at this stand should be banned! No smiles, no friendliness, nothing at all, I won't be coming back, that's for sure.
28/08/2025: I'd like to share a very bad experience I recently had at Häagen-Dazs in Évry. From the moment I arrived, the server was cold, rude, and clearly unpleasant. He didn't even say hello or goodbye. Right from the start, he tried to push a customer ahead of me, even though she was at the back of the line. It was she herself who corrected him by telling him, "No, I was at the back." When in doubt, I was even prepared to give him my seat, thinking there might have been some confusion. Despite my polite, smiling, and respectful attitude throughout the exchange, his behavior only deteriorated. When I calmly asked him if everything was okay and why he was behaving like this toward me, he simply replied coldly, "That's just the way it is." I also noticed that he had the same contemptuous attitude toward anyone wearing a headscarf. Even after payment, his behavior became even more closed, as if he wanted to make it clear that I wasn't welcome. And to top it all off, my order was botched: he barely put half a scoop of ice cream on my waffle, and the milkshake literally tasted like water. No care, no effort, as if he was bored serving. In 2025, how is it still possible to experience this kind of discriminatory treatment in a public place that's supposed to welcome everyone with respect? If I had known I was going to be treated this way, I would never have placed my order. It was a shocking, deeply regrettable, and completely unacceptable experience.

05/04/2026: €22 minimum card payment!! Are we here to buy cigarettes or an apartment? And the saleswoman's friendliness leaves much to be desired.
03/03/2026: The opening hours are poorly suited, especially on Saturdays and Sundays. This doesn't meet customer demand, even during the week. As long as there are customers, they don't close at 8:30 PM sharp, particularly on Friday evenings. It shows a lack of understanding of customer service. The owners aren't business-minded at all, especially the owner, who is self-conscious about his short stature and lack of presence. That's why I used to stay calm when I went there. They're not cut out to run a brasserie. As for the bartender, he's a pathetic guy who doesn't present himself well, which explains the number of customers they've lost. They're on the verge of bankruptcy. They should go work at the post office; they missed their calling. Run away, and run fast!

12/05/2026: I come here regularly for convenience. It's a shame the staff are so unpleasant. Never a hello. The person asked me three times if it was for eating in, even though I'd already said it was takeaway when I got to the till, and then I had to repeat myself several times. Clearly, she wasn't listening since she was on her phone.
11/03/2026: Wow!!! What a terrible cashier!! I'm a regional manager in retail, and my god, her attitude would warrant immediate disciplinary action. No greeting when I arrived at the checkout, and to top it off, she was on her phone, talking, didn't put it down while I ordered, continued her conversation with the phone to her ear while she made my coffee, and handed it to me without a second thought. Of course, when I said goodbye, she was still on the phone. There was no one at the register at 5:20 PM when I went through! A complete disaster! Help!! It's so difficult to find staff these days, but if someone behaves like that, she should go to the stockroom to restock or something... not to customer service.

16/12/2024: We came last night to share a meal with friends. We were put at a table in the corner and left to wait a long time each time. Order taken after 40 minutes, drinks were brought to us at the same time as the dishes. Need to go and ask for water and bread when it is something that must be provided systematically. The manager was very responsive but the waitress who took care of us was really average. I'm sorry but the excuse of telling us that there is a lot of work and seeing this same waitress sitting with her arms crossed behind the bar is a little limiting in my opinion. So yes there were two of them in the room, I can hear that there was a significant workload, but it would be better to warn the customers in these cases and not let them wait more than 30 minutes to come and take their orders and get rid of. We are made to pay without giving us the summary ticket with the overall price, this is also not normal. In addition, the desserts ordered were always missing topping ingredients (which were written on the menu) or if there were any it was almost nothing. For example, I ordered a creamy caramel with granola on top, there was almost nothing, the same for the caramel, a thin layer but the dose of natural yogurt was no problem…. €5.90 for something like that I’m sorry but I call it theft!

02/09/2024: I arrived at this restaurant with 199 points in the app. Which entitles me to a category of small. However, I couldn't customize on the terminal. I went to ask why at the terminal, and they explained to me that the menus offered are not customizable. I actually wanted to remove the bacon. It didn't stop there since an employee told me the phrase we're giving you a free menu and we're not going to personalize it for you. I find this sentence impolite and misplaced, since although the menu is free, I got it because I made several purchases with them. If it was truly free why not distribute it to everyone unconditionally?
