08/08/2026: If I could have given zero stars, I would have. The delivery driver refused to come up even though I specifically asked him to. I explained that I had just had surgery, and he told me that when things are like that, I shouldn't order. I called Pizza Fast to tell them, and they didn't even acknowledge what I said. Avoid this place! Terrible service, delivery driver who talks nonsense. And the person on the phone doesn't care about their customers.
08/08/2026: I placed an order, explaining that I couldn't get down from my third-floor apartment due to a sprained foot, and the delivery driver told me... I shouldn't have ordered!
Where's the respect? They have absolutely no professionalism! I ordered from a competitor, telling them how unpleasant Pizza Fast had been to me. Losing a customer doesn't bother them at all, so let's see if they'll stick around for the others, because I won't be ordering from them again if I'm going to be treated like this!

I just received a Minato delivery from Orsay this afternoon, February 18th, 2025, and I'm very, very disappointed. Unfortunately, I can't give zero stars!!!
- Salmon roe Temaki: a real rip-off. Very little salmon roe, just for decoration. So, they're just cones of crunchy, not creamy, rice for €9.50.
- Yellow radish maki: €4.00
*The radishes weren't crunchy at all; they looked like they were past their prime, maybe even expired.
*The rice was crunchy instead of creamy.
- Beef/cheese skewer meal: not great, €11.50.
I usually order from Minato Chilly Mazarin for work, and I guess the culinary expertise is completely different. I've never been disappointed in Chilly.

04/07/2026: Unfriendly and dishonest. I advise you against going there. The old lady kept my Eurodreams ticket, claiming I hadn't given it to her. I didn't want to return to her establishment for a €2.50 win, but never, ever go there!!!! I don't usually have a problem going there, but this will be the last time. You're lucky I didn't report you to the French National Lottery (FDJ).

08/07/2026: One word sums it up perfectly: a complete disaster.
A nonchalant team, zero friendliness, mediocre service, no ketchup, no mayo, undercooked fries, and a barely filled cone. One instruction only: BBQ sauce and curry, and even then, they were missing the BBQ.
A hell of incompetence. One star is even too much.
P.S.: At least the Big Tasty was made properly.
06/07/2026: At the end of June, we waited 35 minutes at the drive-thru even though we were the first ones there. They gave us ice cream and drinks, of course! Today, we waited 20 minutes and our order was incomplete; they only had boxes of 4, not boxes of 20 chickens!!!

30/05/2026: Everything was fine until the security guard got overzealous... A nice bar where they take cards, but as soon as you step a meter away from the sidewalk they yell at you. What a great attitude!

18/05/2026: The service is atrocious, the food is barely passable, and the atmosphere is nonexistent. And for prices like these, it's outrageous: you feel like you're being ripped off. Frankly, at this level, you wonder how this restaurant is still open. An experience to forget.

06/05/2026: I ordered 40 mini-baguettes from Marie Blachère. They confirmed that this was possible.
Upon delivery, I discovered that the "mini-baguettes" were actually just baguettes cut into thirds and baked that way.
This practice completely ruined my wedding plans.
It's truly regrettable and unworthy of a professional service.
22/04/2026: Although the products remain expensive, they are generally of good quality. The staff is attentive and pleasant.

The restaurant is very pleasant and clean. There's music to create a nice atmosphere.
The service was quick, friendly, and attentive. The food was absolutely fantastic.
Special mention to the super friendly manager.
