Many restaurants complain about customers who make reservations and then don't show up, and rightly so, of course. But at the slightest sound of a boiled egg, you make a reservation and they close without warning 😡. You make a reservation at lunchtime for the evening, call with your number displayed, they take your name and time, and when you arrive, the restaurant is closed! Obviously, you need a modicum of intelligence or respect for your customers to check your call history and let them know you have an unforeseen problem. We can understand that, but the least you could do is try to inform customers who are counting on you for dinner. Clearly, that's not how they operate. Fortunately, there are now some good restaurants in this city, so go elsewhere if you don't want to be disappointed. We had the pleasure of dining at O ​​Saveurs, a pleasant terrace, refined cuisine; we were definitely better off. A word to the wise...

16/06/2026: Looking for a good restaurant in Évreux, I decided to explore the surrounding area a bit, and I'm so glad I did. L'Atelier is a place where you immediately feel at ease, where the welcome is warm and the service impeccable (attentive without being intrusive). The food is excellent, with beautifully prepared dishes. In short, it's a place I highly recommend.
