30/07/2026: A warm welcome from the hostess. Everything is delicious and homemade, from the appetizer to the dessert. During the week, I recommend the set menu for €31. The same goes for the Kir Normand with artisanal cider from "La Maison du Père Tranquille" – a must-try. In short, I highly recommend this restaurant.

05/07/2026: Our stay at Le Jardin des Plumes was the perfect ending to our trip to France. The hotel and its grounds were idyllic. Our room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. The entire staff at the front desk and restaurant were friendly, professional and helpful. We dined at the restaurant for dinner and selected the five course tasting menu. The food was phenomenal and the service was impeccable.. It was our best meal in France.

03/07/2026: Four years ago I , went to your restaurant and had an amazing meal. Everything was great: thé food, the atmosphere, the service. I couldn’t wait to go back. This time, it was a big disappointment. We drove ann hour from Paris just to come here. The atmosphere is still nice. The wait staff is attentive. But the food - and the staff response to our observations - were not what we expected from a Michelin restaurant. The amuse bouche was fine - not outstanding. The Trout entree (appetizer ) on the other hand was not acceptable. It was “Fishy”. Not fresh. That should not happen. When we noted this bad taste to the waiter - he first checked with the chef (or at least that’s what he said) and then he offered to change it to another entree- - for a €20 up charge. That’s not what we expect to hear at a restaurant of this supposed quality. We declined. The monkfish main course was tasty. The lamb was not. It was pretty. Properly “Rose” in color - but it was both tough and bland at the same time. Overall it was disappointing experience. We won’t be back.

28/07/2026: This is the best grilled buffalo meat in Evreux. It's very good and the meat is cooked perfectly. It's excellent, the cooks are good. It's very good. The food is great. There are no microphones, everything is clean.

The ingredients are of high quality, and this is evident in every dish. The service is warm, attentive, and very professional, in a pleasant atmosphere. The staff's smiles make you feel welcome. A truly wonderful place. We will gladly return.

12/07/2026: A fantastic experience! After a morning of canoeing, we were starving! We stumbled upon this little spot, and it was a very pleasant surprise! The welcome was warm, and the food was delicious! Not to mention the lovely view of the pond! I highly recommend this place!

25/05/2026: Family-run hotel with a pool and restaurant, the welcome was perfect. We enjoyed the pool, the beautiful garden, and the restaurant; everything is homemade and delicious. The children's menu is even gourmet (no fries and nuggets, but carefully prepared dishes). My son already wants to go back. Thank you!!

08/08/2026: Arriving at lunchtime on a Saturday in August, a party of seven without a reservation, we received a very warm welcome. The waitresses arranged a table for us with a high chair for the baby. The menu is simple and short (a sign of quality and freshness). The hanger steak was delicious and perfectly rare, the Serrano ham excellent, and the fries homemade. Three staff members to serve us was a bit understaffed, so we skipped dessert, but without any regrets and in good spirits. We highly recommend this restaurant.
