23/09/2024: Being from the region I knew it was a good address, currently living in Haute-Savoie we made the trip to come and celebrate our daughter's birthday. We were not disappointed, from starter to dessert everything was very good. I think this restaurant is the best address in the Gisors region.

Location d’une villa sur le GOLF pour cela demander ROMAIN en appelant au golf du Vaudreuil lieu exceptionnel Une villa décorée extrêmement bien aménagée et équipée digne des grands hôtels et SURPRISE le soir une cuisine mobile un chef serveur et ça commence Une farandole apéritifs foie gras ,gambas préparées, jambon de qualité ,etc La table est mise et là on entre dans du haut de gamme,écrevisses et jus de carcasse ,côte de bœuf maturee, déclinaison de pommes de terres, trou normand amélioré, fromages , desserts aux fruits rouges, irish coffee Un vrai bonheur !! Tout est géré et fait dans une ambiance « comme à la maison «  pas de chi chi que de la qualité et surtout de la discrétion

23/12/2023: Très déçu... Ce n'est pourtant pas la 1 ère fois que je commande et jusque là pas de soucis MAIS LA ...c'est abusé !!! Apple a 11h50...me dire ''une petite heure d'attente '' et être livré a 14h 😠!!!... Même pas un geste pour l'attente.

06/09/2024: Toujours bien reçu et toujours aussi bon. J'ai rarement goûté un riz aussi parfumé. Le thé est bien également. Les produits sont frais et cuisinés en salle. Franchement allez y sans retenue.

04/05/2024: Ce petit restaurant familial à Vernon est vraiment charmant. Leurs raviolis grillés sont tout simplement délicieux, et leurs plats de bœuf aux oignons et de brochettes savoureuses. Le service est extrêmement convivial. En bref, c'est un endroit à ne pas manquer et il très abordable.

16/02/2026: A pleasant stay at this charming old-world hotel and restaurant. Regarding the room, the only issue was the difficulty getting hot water in the evening. However, it was spotless in the morning. The spa is very nice. The hydrojet massage is an absolute must-try: addictive! The Valentine's Day meal was exceptional. The flavors were perfectly balanced, a truly delightful experience. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The service was quick and friendly. The breakfast buffet was very good. Excellent stay!

01/02/2026: Excellent stay at the hotel. We came thanks to the gourmet passport program and discovered this gem in Cormeilles. A very warm welcome from the owner. The room was clean with a very comfortable bed. The meal was excellent with very attentive service. I loved the leek quiche. The spa was wonderfully relaxing, with a water jet massage bed, sauna, and jacuzzi, offering all the amenities for a truly relaxing experience. The breakfast was generous and complete. It was a truly relaxing experience. And we were able to bring our dog with us. Fantastic! Thank you so much to all the hotel staff.

10/09/2024: Je ne sais pas par où commencer, par les plats faits maison et délicieux ou par la gentillesse des patrons. Nous avons passé un moment merveilleux tant par la qualité des plats servis que par la gentillesse des patrons. C'est le genre de restaurant (auberge) que j'affectionne tout particulièrement. Foie gras maison, viande hamburger préparée maison, sauce burger maison, frites maison, pain perdu à l'ancienne maison... bref, un pur régal servi généreusement avec des patrons adorables à souhait. Si vous passez par ici, ce serait vraiment bête de ne pas s'y arrêter. Je recommande cette petite auberge à 1000 %. Ce genre d'établissement se perd de plus en plus et mérite qu'on s'y arrête et qu'on contribue à le faire vivre. Merci pour cette belle soirée.

27/08/2024: Perfect we stayed 4 nights, spacious room completely redone very clean, I was surprised because no noise with the other rooms (which were occupied) very good bedding. Pleasant and professional staff, impeccable breakfast with fresh products (bread and croissants) which is a change from some hotels The icing on the cake is a huge parking lot, all just a stone's throw from the city center. We will come back for sure Only small downside one morning work started next to our room at 8 a.m. it's a real shame, and thank you for ensuring that vehicles do not remain parked under the porch completely blocking the exit (even if it is the director)

15/08/2024: Well located hotel which accepts animals, clean and good services, beautiful decor, very practical with a significant amount of parking. I really recommend it, both in terms of quality and price.

23/02/2026: Dinner with a friend; we had reserved a table near the fireplace, hoping it would be lit. And it was—a truly delightful moment. The waitress was elegant, smiling, and attentive. The ingredients were fresh and perfectly prepared from start to finish. A treat for our taste buds. A warm and inviting place; you simply want to stay and enjoy your meal, and you'll be back very soon. Thank you for this lovely experience. Marie Christine.

31/01/2026: The welcome was rather cold. The chosen dish was quite bland, resembling more of a mush than shredded meat.

03/10/2024: La Grand Mare, recently taken over by new owners, is a superb discovery. The seasonal cuisine prepared in the charcoal oven is tasty and showcases the products perfectly. Whether you are a lover of meat or more refined dishes, the menu will delight you. The setting is warm and friendly, ideal for a good time with friends or family. The welcome is also very pleasant, with attentive staff. An address that I highly recommend!

30/09/2024: If Rome was not built in a day, the current owners of this hotel restaurant resurrected it in two months. In a building that is not lacking in style, the rooms have been almost completely redone, tastefully and using quality materials; a special mention for the quality of the bedding. Certain points can certainly be improved and they are aware of this. However, don't forget to dust off the headboards 👍. Regarding the restaurant which benefits from two superb rooms; you can only be happy to eat there: a short menu guaranteeing "homemade" combining the quality of the products with the know-how of the cooks combined with the "knowledge" of the staff in the dining rooms, it is more than remarkable with such a short operating time and a young team. The numerous presence of a local clientele is the best guarantee of this. Breakfast is the exception that proves the rule: here, no frozen croissants and other anemic pain au chocolat: everything is fresh and plentiful. The icing on the cake, all this for low prices. A word of advice; Travelers don't hesitate for a second to stop there, it's nothing but happiness.
