08/12/2024: Toilets that smell like cat litter not cleaned for 1 month, black marks on the toilet doors and below the women's toilets, cold fries, staff who give the impression of not being interested in the situation at all. We're passing through the area, I've had McDonald's, but it's really by far the dirtiest I've seen. Furthermore, I read that the situation has been going on for over a year, with similar comments, plus one person takes the trouble to respond to apologize, but in the end no decision is made, we don't see any improvement... Just amazing in a bad way... We reported the situation to a member of staff, who told us that the toilets are cleaned every evening, and that they don't know why there is this smell that can be felt all the way to the back of the room. We were able to see a person heading with a mop towards the toilet, without products, without cleaner, without gloves, only to come out not even 2 minutes later.... There are no more questions to ask in the end... I sincerely hope that the staff wash their hands... We can read positive comments where we largely feel that it is to raise the rating and that we are very far from reality, it is a shame for a McDonald's... I hope for this restaurant that there will not be an inspection by the DDPP LOL...

30/08/2024: I noticed once again and arrived home that two menus were not correct Two double cheese bacon menus become basic double cheeses.

15/09/2024: Great atmosphere, a crazy evening with the friends. I recommend without lesbian, the room driver is great! Go ahead, one of the most famous gastronomy in the French capital. Wallah, I loved it. My Castel-Renaudais origins were surprised by the enthusiasm and welcome that we received. Small negative point however for the hasty dismissal. Big up to Calogero all the same.

14/09/2024: Great McDonalds! In the dining room the waiters are welcoming and smiling, we saw waiters offering the children balloons. If all McDonald's could be like this... In addition, there was good humor in the kitchen. What more could you ask for? Well done to the teams

21/09/2024: We were passing through, we took away, 3 menus including one with a Deluxe.... It's cool he didn't have any meat just the almost cold cheese, the salad and a small piece of tomato... When we called, there was no way to get a manager, we were told to come back (city center with market... Great for parking) but no more shame that I couldn't post the photos. I wouldn't come back, I'll go to la garde or sollies pont next time.... I don't recommend

21/09/2024: Unacceptable!!! starting the 2nd production line while the 1st can't make the sandwiches correctly... Making a deluxe without the meat, you have to do it anyway. What’s next???

29/09/2024: BAKERY TO ESCAPE! Endless wait every time! 2 sellers serving 40 people waiting like sheep, in an endless queue! Permanently understaffed! No more quick checkout for bread! Service that leaves something to be desired....an outdated manager! Ashamed ! You should review and rethink your organization and perhaps recruit....Please note before writing this message...I have had the experience each time...And this is one time too many! Little tip, a Nardeu bakery just opposite sells good bread and it's quick!

28/09/2024: If you go to the toilet at Feuillette, go there after eating otherwise you will eat with much less appetite, I'm kind, I won't post a photo for you to see and enjoy your meal.

01/09/2024: Following the order we ordered Ice tea or sewer water. The taste and visuals make us nauseous. Plus the cup was leaking. The waiting time was long given the few customers present (23h). During the wait, we noticed that there was no cap on the employees' heads, even though it was mandatory. Also the fries were cold.

29/08/2024: Restaurant sale au plus au point les toilettes sont à refaire du sol au plafond (dégueulasses et robinets cassés) les tables sales, le sol colle aux semelles tellement c'est sale. La seule chose positive est le personnel agréable

02/10/2024: Ashamed ! Order of 2 smart menus at 9:24 p.m. A brave young man who cleaned the ceiling, the others who waited while telling their lives! It was this brave young man who also took care of the service! We were served at 9:36 p.m. because I complained! And when we got home, the towels were wet from the drinks thrown quickly into the bag. And the burgers are neither done nor to be made. I forgot to specify that there were no customers and that there were at least 8 employees.

29/09/2024: It's been 25 minutes since I paid for my order at the drive-thru and there's still a car in front of me waiting for their order!! No but what is this fast food!!

28/09/2024: 0/5 in fact I ordered at 6 p.m. and we were served at 6:40 p.m., an exorbitant waiting time knowing that there was almost no one at the drive-thru or in the restaurant. Very disappointing. If you want to have quality and fast service I highly recommend that of Montech.

10/12/2025: Lol, we wanted to give this Subway another chance, but we shouldn't have. A very unpleasant experience. The portions were tiny, and to top it off, the person mixed up the sandwiches, reversing everything even though she heard us say she'd made a mistake (which happens, it's not a big deal). She didn't offer to redo it, and on top of that, she sighed as we left. You need to review your service; it's shameful.

19/11/2025: Avoid this Subway. Staff are not friendly at all. Unmotivated to work, the fountain drink lacks of taste and Macadamia cookie is hard as stone . Absolutely not worth the money

07/07/2025: The cashier in the store kicked everyone out of the store while I was simply looking for an item, we did absolutely nothing wrong. She was extremely rude, started yelling, and even used foul language. Completely unprofessional behavior. I will not be returning.

30/06/2025: Super horrible and I can’t believe this happening in a tourist area. I just want to buy a postcard and just have $10 and $100 with me. So I gave $10. The cashier lady asked if I have coins and I said nope that is the only smallest amount I have. The cashier lady spoke French in a bad tone ( don’t ask me how I know, literally she put it on her face) and gave me one $5 and twenty 20cents. I have doubt that it’s the best they have, they could have give me $1 instead these much of coins. I told the cashier lady I wouldn’t take the postcard in this case. Since she gave me lots of coins rather than a reasonable amount of change (four $1). The other staff popped up and yell at me, saying I couldn’t do a refund. At the end, they throw me back the $10. WHAT A GOOD SERVICE THEY PROVIDE BY THIS SIMPLE POSTCARD BUYING MOMENT. Bluhhhhhh

11/01/2026: Comicly badly run. Staff giving out the wrong items so you need to read your receipt and request extra items like sauces that you have paid for. In my case I even had to give back items they were giving me I had not ordered. The food is soggy and cold. My burger had almost no sauce or ingredients. Despite this they over charge at this place. Go anywhere else!

28/12/2025: If there is 0 stars, i will put them. Do they have a manager to handle them !!!!!! They're very slow, the employees fought infront of us, no prestige, they are working without gloves, nothing.....hey manger wake up or you're involved in this too, Macdonald where are you !!!! Come and see what's going on !!!!!!!! Incroyable mais c'est vrai.

31/08/2024: Long drive-thru order, and of course there's always a sandwich or fries missing. Give people time to announce their order! Not everyone takes fries and cokes...some like potatoes and fanta for example...but to know that you have to give the customer time to say it and not jump on him with a "fries coke??”. Big dry mac, fresh bread? Certainly not. Soft fries. It's expensive to eat soft and dry... 2 years later: Nothing changes, 30 min wait for 3 mc flurry to take away. To serve them to us on site with disposable tableware. Well done, you're really doing well. Restaurant where it's warmer than at the crematorium. The tables are dirty, the staff is overwhelmed for the last time. I prefer to do a few extra km and go to burger king. With all the negative comments don't you think you should question yourself??

28/08/2024: Really very disappointed with this restaurant. Very few people but despite this, 35 minutes of waiting before being served. 1 sandwich to be redone because of non-compliance with the removal of raw vegetables, an error in another sandwich, missing part of the order, dead insect in the potatoes, and moldy remains on the tray (hidden under a sandwich) And when we go to see the staff, between one who tells us that it's not their problem and two others who question our complaints despite the ticket... I really don't recommend it. And a visit from the DDETSPP wouldn’t hurt them!
