21/09/2024: Ce Mac donald est répugnant, à vomir ! L'état de ce restaurant est déplorable, y a t il un responsable dans ce fast food ??? Le problème vient d'abord bien évidemment du comportement irrespectueux et sale de certains clients, mais le restaurant ne peut pas laisser un désordre pareil ! Même les plateaux dans lesquels vous êtes servis sont dégoûtants... Nous ne remettrons plus les pieds dans ce mac do tant qu'il sera géré ainsi ! Ps : si l'on compare avec les mac do il y a 30 ans en arrière, mac donald a vraiment baissé les bras sur l'hygiène...

11/09/2024: Lorsqu’il y a une erreur de commande, on s’attend tout de même a avoir un service centré client d’autant plus lorsque la personne porte une chemise blanche. Dommage que l’humain ne soit pas au centre. Venez comme vous êtes : oui une procédure. C’est la première fois que je réclame, alors que constamment dans ce McDonald’s, il y a des erreurs de sandwich.

03/09/2024: Nice food ! And loved that they use their on containers for chips and drink if you’re eating in ! Toilets weren’t particularly clean - and there were flies inside the restaurant.

21/09/2024: We are regulars at this Mc Donald's however we noticed that the kitchens are neglected with rare dirt, food on the floor, cups and other things under the worktops.. distressing.. the tables are often dirty, sticky and the toilets are not clean. let's not talk about it, so disappointing compared to other restaurants..

18/09/2024: I visited KFC Colmar a long time ago and was very unsatisfied with the food. I decided to give it another try this September 2024, but unfortunately, my experience was even worse. Firstly, the tables were not clean, and we had to clean them ourselves. This is unacceptable for a restaurant that claims to be part of a well-known chain like KFC. Additionally, there were no original KFC items available, which was very disappointing. The chicken wings we ordered were burnt, and nothing was pleasant about the meal. The quality of the food was far below the standard that I expected from KFC. It felt like some sort of generic fast food place using the KFC name. To make matters worse, the prices were too expensive for the quality of food and service provided. I will never visit this KFC restaurant ever again.

08/09/2024: I put one star because I can't give zero!!! I arrived at 2 p.m. for lunch, 20 minutes of waiting for my order but it wasn't the worst! When I collect everything I go to my table I notice that fries and drinks are missing, so I go back downstairs, then I start to open my bucket and I see that wings are missing!! ! So I counted it, I ordered a basic 16/16. After counting them, they gave me 17 tenders and 9 wings, I come back down and they tell me that they are sorry it's because there weren't enough so that's why they added a tender , so I keep my mouth B!!!!! So I ask them to add the wings, the saleswoman tells me that I will have to wait 10 minutes!!!!!!! I've never seen it! The least we can do is to warn the customer that there simply won't be enough for a 16/16, I would have been understandable, but no, it's unacceptable, my family and I will not come back here again , and honestly there weren't many people there on Sunday!!! So I don't understand why all these errors and this wait. Honestly very disappointed!!!

09/09/2024: More and more disappointed by this McDonald's from Jonzac, the cheddar fries arrive cold and with 4 and a half fries we ask for them to be hot and with a normal portion, the waitress takes me for an imbecile by telling me that these are the right ones. dose my son has more with his happy meal next to me with a maxi Best of, I end up having a normal portion but always the cold cheddar so on hot fries and it's bad. And the waitress not gracious at all. Anyway, I think I’ll avoid Jonzac’s from now on.

09/09/2024: Worst McDonald's ever. Recently settled not far from Les Sables, we wanted to have lunch before a medical appointment. Unfortunately the waitress tripped and I received a large glass of coke on me. I was really soaked, top and pants including the shoes. Of course it was not intentional and the subject is not there. But what arrogance of the head waiter who tells us: you don’t expect me to reimburse you for the meal! But of course yes madam! I had to go buy clothes at the KIABI next door so as not to miss my appointment. We had spent 25 euros and the least we could have done was to be a little concerned about our condition. Nothing at all, not even a coffee. Never again in this establishment unworthy of a Mc Do. Run away! And I forgot, everything was cold….EVERYTHING!

08/09/2024: infrastructures à rasé ! c’est le macdo le plus cher alors qu’il est horrible j’ai reçu mes wraps froid horrible même pas réchauffé ça devait être le reste d’hier c’est inadmissible je l’aurais meme pas donner a mon chien ! à fuir !!

22/09/2024: I was a regular customer since the opening of the Saint-Gervais bakery, I am no longer. Pastries and pastries have lost in size what they have gained in price. Moreover, on the pastry side, there is also less choice, and what remains has lost quality (where have the honored saints gone with the caramel base for example) Like many, I found that the waiting time to be served was getting worse and worse. And the concept of baking bread yourself ended up convincing me to look elsewhere, even though I live nearby. There remains the decor, which no longer creates an illusion except for people passing through. I see a lot of your old customers at the bakery I go to now. It’s time to set things right.

17/09/2024: A place having lost its authenticity, we came to have a snack, our hot chocolates at €3 each are cut with water and are not even filled. Let's not talk about chouquettes which are very hard and rancid, we even wonder if they only date from yesterday. So disappointing, we were used to much better.

21/09/2024: We were passing through, we took away, 3 menus including one with a Deluxe.... It's cool he didn't have any meat just the almost cold cheese, the salad and a small piece of tomato... When we called, there was no way to get a manager, we were told to come back (city center with market... Great for parking) but no more shame that I couldn't post the photos. I wouldn't come back, I'll go to la garde or sollies pont next time.... I don't recommend

29/09/2024: BAKERY TO ESCAPE! Endless wait every time! 2 sellers serving 40 people waiting like sheep, in an endless queue! Permanently understaffed! No more quick checkout for bread! Service that leaves something to be desired....an outdated manager! Ashamed ! You should review and rethink your organization and perhaps recruit....Please note before writing this message...I have had the experience each time...And this is one time too many! Little tip, a Nardeu bakery just opposite sells good bread and it's quick!

28/09/2024: If you go to the toilet at Feuillette, go there after eating otherwise you will eat with much less appetite, I'm kind, I won't post a photo for you to see and enjoy your meal.

12/01/2025: It's a fast food restaurant, you never know where it comes from (the food) but the bread is delicious

11/01/2025: Customers for many years, disappointed because the quantities put in the wraps and sandwiches are visibly reducing. Example: request for guacamole supplement some time ago 2 scoops reduced to 1 scoop. So paid double supplements at the checkout. And the visual appearance of the salad is less fresh. Damage. Really not sure about coming back.

01/09/2024: Following the order we ordered Ice tea or sewer water. The taste and visuals make us nauseous. Plus the cup was leaking. The waiting time was long given the few customers present (23h). During the wait, we noticed that there was no cap on the employees' heads, even though it was mandatory. Also the fries were cold.

29/08/2024: Restaurant sale au plus au point les toilettes sont à refaire du sol au plafond (dégueulasses et robinets cassés) les tables sales, le sol colle aux semelles tellement c'est sale. La seule chose positive est le personnel agréable
