18/01/2026: I went to the McDonald's in Servon with my children. We ordered three meals: they had chicken and I got a triple cheeseburger. When I saw the price of the meal and the reality of the cheeseburger, it's unacceptable to serve it like that. And then there was the reaction of the person at the counter. She told me, "I don't set the prices." As for the sandwiches, to me, it's robbery. Paying €15 for a meal and getting a sandwich like that... I'll let you be the judge.

20/01/2026: A disgrace to this McDonald's! On Saturday evening, January 17th, I bought a meal for a young homeless man. He was clean and well-presented, a well-mannered young man who had been dealt a harsh hand by life. The staff asked him to leave, even though it was cold outside, claiming he had been staying in the "restaurant" for two days, until 10 PM, the establishment's closing time. Shame on you! I hope you run into trouble and end up like this young man, on the street, with no one to help you. There is no humanity left in this country.

15/12/2024: we ordered more than a quarter of an hour to get the dishes (this is not the most disturbing) pleasant staff but once our dishes were served all the meats were already lukewarm or even cold

11/12/2024: We arrived at 1:00 p.m., nice welcome, but 2 people to provide service, that's not enough for a Sunday!! We waited a long time and forgot...they apologized and wanted to offer us something for next time, but not being from the region, we refused

20/09/2025: Arrived today 6.15pm to find it closed and locked up despite website and signs on door saying open at 6pm. Very disappointed

19/06/2025: Order taken over the phone, the person who answered me was far from pleasant. I specified on the phone that I didn't want salad in my sandwich. I got home and started eating my kebab, and then I realized there was salad in it, almost no sauce, and I won't even mention the meat; it was dry and tasteless; it felt like it had been cut for at least 3 hours. It's a real shame, in any case, I won't be going back. I still wish you all the best.

08/12/2024: My 2 sandwiches did not have Bacon, I simply asked to remove the salad… No onion in one of the 2 sandwiches either. Put enough staff instead of putting them in the juice or don't open at night...

07/12/2024: Well where to start... Manager lost. Unable to manage his team which results in incomplete orders. We ordered 3 maxi best of menus. Typical McDonald's menu. Incomplete. We wait 20 minutes for our order to finish without drinks. I'm going to the contoire to try to get our drinks. Which I request 3 times. Before my my used and even then it was not going well. We had 2 drinks out of 3. The third one we had an Ice tea instead of a Coke. We take it on site. When collecting the order, (table service unavailable) the manager said that our order is to be taken away. So no. We definitely ordered ON SITE. The manager was completely lost. Orders were mixed up. Nothing was right. Change managers. I wouldn't come back.

27/09/2024: We were waiting straight 20 minutes for someone to come and take our order even though the bar was practically empty we were ignored. So we went, I do not recommend.

12/01/2026: Five minutes of waiting at the drive-thru, only to be kept in and ordered a meal there... Fast food, the fast food part was gone. Especially when I heard, "Oh, the gentleman came inside, who's taking the kiosk?" Uh, okay... Then vague glances, no hello, nothing special. As for the kitchen, just avoiding wiping your nose with your finger while you're in the kitchen would be a good idea, I think. Luckily, it wasn't my order, phew!

11/01/2026: The agent who helped us was very kind, smiling, and helpful. Even the children were happy; they received coloring books and candy. Thank you for your good humor; it's rare to find that these days. As for the food, it was excellent. My steak was hot and had the sauce I like.

09/09/2024: More and more disappointed by this McDonald's from Jonzac, the cheddar fries arrive cold and with 4 and a half fries we ask for them to be hot and with a normal portion, the waitress takes me for an imbecile by telling me that these are the right ones. dose my son has more with his happy meal next to me with a maxi Best of, I end up having a normal portion but always the cold cheddar so on hot fries and it's bad. And the waitress not gracious at all. Anyway, I think I’ll avoid Jonzac’s from now on.

28/01/2026: The place is too noisy. Access to the self-service kiosks is difficult when it's crowded, and only 4 out of 6 work. Parking is hard to find.

24/01/2026: I want to report a case of food poisoning today (Saturday, January 24th) after getting takeout from this McDonald's. The taste wasn't strange, but I'm literally vomiting from both sides. I don't know what you guys were doing with the burgers, but honestly, this is ridiculous. I feel like I'm about to join Michael Jackson. Hoping I don't end up in the emergency room.

22/09/2024: I was a regular customer since the opening of the Saint-Gervais bakery, I am no longer. Pastries and pastries have lost in size what they have gained in price. Moreover, on the pastry side, there is also less choice, and what remains has lost quality (where have the honored saints gone with the caramel base for example) Like many, I found that the waiting time to be served was getting worse and worse. And the concept of baking bread yourself ended up convincing me to look elsewhere, even though I live nearby. There remains the decor, which no longer creates an illusion except for people passing through. I see a lot of your old customers at the bakery I go to now. It’s time to set things right.

17/09/2024: A place having lost its authenticity, we came to have a snack, our hot chocolates at €3 each are cut with water and are not even filled. Let's not talk about chouquettes which are very hard and rancid, we even wonder if they only date from yesterday. So disappointing, we were used to much better.

18/11/2025: I was just served by Joey… I’ve never seen such an unpleasant and bitter barista. Some days are good, some days are bad, but when the customers aren’t at fault, the least they can do is take it easy.

26/01/2026: I went to order veggie nuggets and a fish meal in the early hours of Monday, January 16th at 12:15 AM. After a 10-minute drive, I noticed that the nuggets weren't veggie but animal-based, which is something I can't eat due to religious reasons. After a very long day at work, I wanted to treat myself, but instead I wasted money and food. Furthermore, there's absolutely no respect for individual dietary needs. It's a huge mistake to have such shortcomings or lack of focus when working in the food industry. Imagine if they gave me something and I was allergic... I'm very unhappy.

24/01/2026: Every time I go to this McDonald's in Brie-Comte-Robert, there's a problem. For takeout, something is always missing, sometimes even inside the sandwich. A Royal Cheese without cheese... A €5 McFlurry that's half empty... When you eat in, the cleanliness of the trays is appalling. There are no recycling bins for the trays, so it's a mess, with trays piled high and overflowing on a cart. Out of five pairs of self-service kiosks, only three work. The service is slow. There are many areas for improvement.

23/09/2025: Cash only, no cards. Sign warning of this was behind a plant. Surly service. Unwelcoming and unhelpful. Salad Nicoise was horrible. Pizza was OK but they use emmental instead of mozzarella. Miserable with the olives.
