30/04/2026: The table service is truly unbelievable; every time I go here, there are always problems. Today, I tried the table service, ordering directly from the QR code. The wait was over 30 minutes (ordered at 3:52 PM, received at 4:30 PM). I had to complain at the counter, and they claimed the order was already ready, but the staff didn't know you could order directly from the QR code. The items were left on the side for over 30 minutes, not to mention the missing items. They served me cold food. I asked if they could heat it up, but they refused! It's outrageous! As if it was our fault! The order was marked with the table number. We waited 30 minutes, and then they forced us to take cold sandwiches and fries. I asked to see the manager, but he said he was busy and I should come back later (around 6 PM). Seriously, that's ridiculous!

30/04/2026: No staff, the manager refuses to hire, you have to wait an hour, the whole of Claye-Souilly is complaining. This McDonald's is a horror

09/04/2026: I think there's a lot of work to be done on the pastry side. I had a lemon tart: although it was lower in sugar, it definitely lacked lemon flavor. The crust wasn't crisp enough and was actually quite hard (and yet, I have all my teeth 😅). An almond base would have really improved it. As for drinks, the matcha latte was a bit lacking in matcha intensity. Overall, I didn't enjoy my visit, which is a shame because the place has potential.

28/04/2026: Disaster! They messed up my sandwich. Instead of making it again, the woman apologized, and I had to go back a second time to get my sandwich made, and it was rushed too. Avoid at all costs! 😠😤

23/05/2026: Catastrophic... The music is so loud you can't hear your order, which is taking forever to arrive... It's nice to see orders placed after yours being served first... Avoid this place; it's a great image for McDonald's.

20/05/2026: I came to your shop this morning to buy food. I ordered food and went to pay. I went to your waiter who was standing there but there was not even a small smile on his face. He led me away very angrily. I bought food with money, not for free. Please tell me how to behave with a customer.

25/04/2026: Avoid this kebab; there was hair in the kebab, the meat was undercooked, and it gave me stomach aches.

28/04/2026: We had lunch on the terrace. Ordering is done online using a QR code, which was quite quick. We found the dishes simple but high-quality. The price-to-quality ratio is more than acceptable for a restaurant on the slopes! There was a DJ. In my opinion, the concept is better suited to a group of young people.

12/05/2026: Some burgers are impossible to eat; you get food everywhere. For example, the burger with the potato patty is so difficult to hold, it's a shame because it's very good...

24/05/2026: This is a fast food restaurant that claims to be very strict about hygiene; judge for yourself. We were the only ones in the dining area at 4 PM. The employee told us they had just "cleaned."

30/05/2026: Traditional McDonald's, fast food and service, it's the atmosphere that's the problem, with some young people not respecting the place.

20/05/2026: The waiter spilled an entire drink on my friend and didn't even apologize, claiming we were acting like "idiots" (we were talking because we didn't know whose order it was). Avoid at all costs!!!

30/05/2026: Today: no air conditioning in the restaurant and no ice cream to offer...plus no smiles and a cold welcome....I left without ordering anything.

28/05/2026: Unfortunately, the service is very slow, especially at the drive-thru. The fries are overcooked, and sometimes there's not enough tomato in the wrapper. It's well located, but unfortunately, it always takes me more than 20 minutes to get my order, even when there aren't many people in line.

10/05/2026: We had some crepes made by this lovely lady at the Pont-l'Évêque racetrack, 😉 and they were absolutely delicious! A warm welcome, smiles, kindness, and so much generosity. It's truly a pleasure to meet such thoughtful and helpful people. Thank you again for this wonderful experience; we'll gladly return 😊

27/04/2026: First of all it’s amazing , i see the first Starbucks without wc , that means they like you buy large coffee or anything but you have to get out from store for wc or toilet Second , if you want sit in they give you paper glass or take away pack! disaster

23/04/2026: I went to this café today and honestly, the whole experience was a mess. We ordered to stay in, a caramel macchiato and a matcha latte, and they still served everything in takeaway cups like we were being hurried out from the start. The staff were unbelievably inefficient. Then it got worse. The café is supposedly open until 8 pm, yet at 7:45 pm they told us to leave because they “needed to clean.” Since when is cleaning time included in customer hours? That’s not how it works. And they didn’t just politely inform us, they basically told us to move out, even though I was sitting inside with my baby. To top it all off, the drink I got wasn’t even a caramel macchiato, it was just plain milk coffee. I’ve been a Starbucks customer for years, I know exactly what a caramel macchiato tastes like, and this was not it. We left completely disappointed. I will never come back to this place and I would absolutely not recommend it to anyone.

24/05/2026: Surprised by how clean the place was despite the crowds. Impeccable service, hot food. And that's coming from a former McDonald's manager.

10/05/2026: McDonald's La Valentine no longer offers the MacVeggie burger but instead offers the 280 Veggie. This consists of a potato patty between two slices of bread. At the end of the meal, you've only eaten potato and bread 👍 It's pathetic. McDonald's is backtracking, and that's a real shame for vegetarians.
