22/04/2026: I'm changing my rating because I'm disappointed with the McDonald's in Jonzac, and for good reason: the cheese and bacon fries are very stingy. They either forget the cheese or the bacon, but the worst part was yesterday, April 21st, 2026. I ordered the same meal each time: my cheese and bacon fries arrived cold, while my mother's fries (just regular fries) were also cold. We told the server, and my mother's fries were changed. He brought me the same container, still cold. And the worst part was when I took a sip of sugar-free Coke; it was disgusting. I pointed it out, and they told me it was Cherry Coke. Uh, sorry, that's not what I ordered. I'm not sure I'll be going back. I'll leave my previous review below: Very disappointed. I've been there twice, and both times I was served on dirty dishes and the cheese fries were cold. If they keep this up, Burger King will find its customers quickly. Following your response, I came back this morning and again pointed out to one of your employees that we are served on dirty, sticky dishes; it's becoming disgusting.

05/07/2026: A very bad experience at this Quick. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere surprised me: some of the staff were chatting amongst themselves in a very informal way, which didn't give an impression of professionalism. The welcome was neither particularly polite nor pleasant. I also noticed inconsistent customer service. The customer before me asked for extra sauces. The cashier initially told her they were extra, but after I insisted, she finally gave her a large handful of sauces (about ten, maybe fifteen) for free. When it was my turn, I simply asked for ketchup and mayonnaise. I was told they were extra and refused to give them to me. This difference in treatment is hard to understand. To top it all off, there was a mistake with my order: my son's sandwich was the wrong one. We had to wait for it to be remade while the rest of our meal got cold. Given this mistake, I asked again for two sauces as a gesture of goodwill. I finally received them, but only after having to insist. Between the lack of friendliness, the inconsistent customer service, and the order error, this visit was very disappointing. I hope that improvements will be made to both the welcome and the service.

02/07/2026: A disaster. Giant was cold, even the fries were cold. I ordered an XL meal, and it was even smaller than the regular one. Not even a lid for the drink, and not even a straw. I'm fed up with being ripped off. This is the last time. France is in trouble.

16/05/2026: Every order is missing something. I never get a complete order! The worst experience I've had is ordering a bucket meal and only receiving fries and a drink without the bucket of chicken, or paying extra for the extras and not getting them. The excuse is "we have a lot of new people making mistakes." Honestly, new or not, it's always the same. It's unacceptable!

16/05/2026: The same old problems with Uber Eats and Deliveroo deliveries. Orders are never complete. I'm not talking about one or two orders, but constantly with KFC.

Today my favorite coffee shop had a power outage, so I came here—no other choice. What a pleasant surprise! I'll be back.

30/06/2026: Honestly, I don't like leaving bad reviews, but I'm always disappointed when I order from this McDonald's. Something's always missing, it's ridiculous! They always give me someone else's order at the drive-thru (it's happened three times already!). I can only eat fish, and I get home and see I have a beef burger! It's incredibly frustrating, so I had to order somewhere else. Do I have to pay for three meals just to have any hope of eating something? Because they make a mistake one out of three times.

19/07/2026: I arrived at the drive-thru at 8:17 PM, it's now 9:07 PM and I still haven't been served, and there are three cars ahead of us. Trapped in the drive-thru corridor, I have no choice but to wait. I can understand waiting during busy periods, but this is unacceptable! Why not close the drive-thru if you can't ensure its proper operation?

18/07/2026: Waiting for one burger for 13 minutes, even though there was no queue and only one of my orders was on the scoreboard. Are you serious?

13/07/2026: Avoid this place! I had a terrible experience at lunchtime. From the moment I arrived, the hygiene was appalling: sticky tables, a dirty floor, and toilets in a disappointingly unclean state. The entire restaurant gave the impression of being neglected, which is extremely unsettling for a meal. The atmosphere wasn't pleasant either: far too much noise, a seemingly chaotic organization, and an unwelcoming welcome. It's a real shame, as these problems completely ruined my meal. I hope the establishment takes these comments seriously, but I certainly won't be returning.

27/07/2026: I've been coming here for many years and have never been disappointed by the service from the cooks or the welcome; I have absolutely no complaints. Go there without hesitation; the food is high quality, the hygiene is excellent, and the service is quick.

07/07/2026: Very disappointed with this McDonald's. The service has gone downhill. The staff often make mistakes with orders; either a sandwich is missing or they mix up orders with another customer's. It's not that hard to check and follow what's displayed on the control screen. And don't even get me started on the self-service kiosks—they're often out of order, and the loyalty points system is a mess and doesn't work either. This McDonald's used to be good, but for quite some time now, the quality has declined. The service is abysmal. It's urgent that you get your act together. I went there today, and I was missing a sandwich. You're really good at messing up orders!

06/07/2026: McDonald's is slow and constantly out of the latest items! Even today, no toys or World Cup glasses! And this happens repeatedly during special events. I don't know how the orders are handled, but the stock management is deplorable…

23/07/2026: Honestly, the burgers need a complete overhaul; they're so flimsy they're practically leaning like the Leaning Tower of Pisa, and the ice cream is served almost melted. Plus, the waiters can't tell the difference between 184 and 194. At least the fries are hot.

23/07/2026: A short break in the afternoon, an employee passed several times with a broom in front of napkins on the floor on the table behind us, also on the table right next to it, without ever picking them up. She had clearly seen them; it didn't look clean at all. The side door was dirty, full of handprints... It was the first time and it will be the last.
