03/03/2026: I went there tonight, March 3rd, at 12:30 AM. The McFlurry was a disgrace! Considering the price, you only got three crumbs of an Oreo. It's truly shameful. I even asked for pistachio, but of course, it was unavailable again. They never seem to have it in the evening. It's a real disgrace, especially with the nice weather coming! Anyway, I'm increasingly disappointed with this McDonald's. I strongly advise against going there!

11/03/2026: So, I arrived Sunday evening and ordered two Ligue 1 meals for €15 each, which should include a large drink and a large portion of fries/salad, and this is what I got!!! I went to see the manager, and he told me that these are the portion sizes that management tells them to serve. That's it for me at McDonald's. A €15 meal only to get a half-full salad box and a half-full box of fries from a box meant for the medium meal... I'll go to the competition; they'll serve me better!!! PS: In the photo, the fries box is from my son's medium meal, and the other is from the Ligue 1 meal... The same one.

22/03/2026: Hello, I just paid €20.75 for an order at the Starbucks in Bibliothèque François Mitterrand at 5:44 PM (by credit card): For 2 white chocolate cookies, 1 sugar donut, a large signature hot chocolate, and a tall white mocha. The signature hot chocolate was brown water with no whipped cream and completely bitter. The white mocha was the same, with no whipped cream and completely tasteless. I have been a customer for 20 years, all over the world. This is the first time I have encountered such unappetizing drinks. Starbuck is normally a quality brand and a safe bet for getting children to eat. I am extremely disappointed.

12/03/2026: If you are tourist in France this franchise will be your friend. Something that I appreciate is they have kiosks that is a great vision because French people don't speak English or other language. Macdonald in France is smaller, and all condiments you pay separately. They serve you just the burger with a little lettuce only.

25/01/2026: Passing through Gray, I stopped at this McDonald's. The dining area was clean and the setting pleasant. So why this rating? The service and staff were extremely unpleasant and rude. Don't bother asking for information; you're bothering them and they'll brush you off (especially the older woman who worked there).

12/03/2026: This McDonald's is filthy, the floor is slippery, and the toilets are disgusting with a particularly strong smell of excrement—there's even excrement on the floor—not to mention the grime and hair left by previous customers, and clearly not just from that day. The service is extremely cold; a simple "hello" costs nothing! In short: don't stop there! Absolutely avoid it!

20/02/2026: We went to eat with a friend at HK. When we arrived, he was condescending but chatted with us while we ate. The tacos were more than questionable, tasteless, and there was no cheese sauce, just Gruyère cheese. He mixed all the ingredients together in the taco and added an extra charge that we hadn't asked for, resulting in a rip-off of €1.50.

25/01/2026: My wife had a terrible case of food poisoning last night after eating that infamous kebab that tasted like aged mutton, cooked in fat, which must have been going bad for weeks. I've never seen such fatty and large pieces of kebab; it was disgusting. Even my dog ​​would have hesitated to eat that kebab... I don't understand how an establishment like that is still in business.

17/03/2026: Absolutely disappointed! Today I went to this McDonald's before the evening service (around 6:40 PM) and got takeout. When I got home, one burger was missing, the fries had clearly been reheated, the other burgers were cold, and they'd forgotten the sauces! For those of you who live just a few seconds further by car from other restaurants and even Burger King, this is a real shame. It's a disgrace to see prices skyrocketing, service plummeting, and on top of that, a rip-off! A burger worth almost €10 missing…
