04/05/2026: Very disappointed. We ordered McFlurries to go, and when we checked the order in the parking lot, one of them had already melted. Furthermore, the portions were much smaller than at other McDonald's nearby. Aside from the service, I do not recommend this location.

01/05/2026: I ordered a box of 20 nuggets because I was starving, and the woman who handed me the bag, saying "enjoy your meal," was probably still hungry because she ate one of my nuggets—there were only 19 of them. Hopefully, she'll make some good resolutions for 2027.

22/04/2026: I'm changing my rating because I'm disappointed with the McDonald's in Jonzac, and for good reason: the cheese and bacon fries are very stingy. They either forget the cheese or the bacon, but the worst part was yesterday, April 21st, 2026. I ordered the same meal each time: my cheese and bacon fries arrived cold, while my mother's fries (just regular fries) were also cold. We told the server, and my mother's fries were changed. He brought me the same container, still cold. And the worst part was when I took a sip of sugar-free Coke; it was disgusting. I pointed it out, and they told me it was Cherry Coke. Uh, sorry, that's not what I ordered. I'm not sure I'll be going back. I'll leave my previous review below: Very disappointed. I've been there twice, and both times I was served on dirty dishes and the cheese fries were cold. If they keep this up, Burger King will find its customers quickly. Following your response, I came back this morning and again pointed out to one of your employees that we are served on dirty, sticky dishes; it's becoming disgusting.

16/05/2026: Every order is missing something. I never get a complete order! The worst experience I've had is ordering a bucket meal and only receiving fries and a drink without the bucket of chicken, or paying extra for the extras and not getting them. The excuse is "we have a lot of new people making mistakes." Honestly, new or not, it's always the same. It's unacceptable!

16/05/2026: The same old problems with Uber Eats and Deliveroo deliveries. Orders are never complete. I'm not talking about one or two orders, but constantly with KFC.

20/05/2026: Served by two smiling and very friendly employees in the middle of the afternoon. A very good experience; I hope their efficiency and courtesy are duly recognized and rewarded by their manager!

14/05/2026: A lack of hygiene, flies in the bread bin, flies in the filling bins—I was told it was normal because the entrance door was open... more like a lack of hygiene... Do what's necessary, glass partitions to protect the food are basic. Also, they were very stingy with the portions, especially when the sandwich only had lettuce, tomatoes (4 tomato slices), olives (I had to ask three times for more olives), and ham and cheese. The establishment is supposed to close at 9:30 PM, but at 9:00 PM they clearly told us it was takeout only...

18/05/2026: There's really nothing to salvage from this chip shop. It's outrageously expensive considering the quality; the fries are simply disgusting. They're frozen, and most of the time you end up with just a greasy mess. You're constantly having to pick through them once you get home. What's more, the small pot of sauce costs €1!! In any other chip shop, it would be free, but here you have to pay. Definitely avoid this place.

16/05/2026: The premises were mediocre, dirty, and poorly maintained. The floor was sticky, the toilets cost money, and the menu promised a "Long Fish," but what I got was a compact, soulless, and tasteless sandwich: a small lettuce leaf and a slice of cheddar cheese, that's all. The "long fish" was a MINI FISH given its size, the fries were barely cooked, the drink (Coke) didn't even taste like Coke and was 99% water and 1% caffeine, and the "tropical" drink was just syrup. The wait was interminable, 27 minutes?! It's outrageous; this meal isn't even worth €5. For what I paid, it was very disappointing. I won't be going back.

14/05/2026: Be aware that the staff charge for using the toilets. A security guard stands guard outside the door demanding money, whether you order anything or not, and the money goes into his pocket, not the restaurant's.

12/01/2026: Well, clearly disappointed. The meat used to be good, now it's just industrially frozen. The meat is cut very straight and in a rectangular shape, like in those industrial packages, and it has no taste. It's sad because the meat used to be good. And on top of that, there was no cheese...

03/12/2025: The staff were lovely, warm, and always smiling. There was a wide selection on the menu, and the prices were very reasonable despite the recent increase. The service was quick, and the food was delicious. Thanks again to the team for always being so pleasant. I highly recommend it.

22/05/2026: I ordered two Filet-O-Fish burgers yesterday with my boyfriend, even though we hadn't eaten all day. As a result, we were extremely sick all night. I called McDonald's this morning and got a particularly haughty manager who immediately assured me that it couldn't have come from them. However, after reading the reviews, I quickly realized that I wasn't the only one who had experienced this kind of situation. Perhaps it's time they seriously re-evaluated their practices and reviewed their hygiene standards. I couldn't even go to work today because I felt so unwell. A complaint has been filed with the health department. I strongly advise against going to this establishment.

20/05/2026: Marie Anne, a young woman, was fantastic with my order; she was smiling, friendly, and very pleasant. It's a pleasure to encounter such competent staff, especially given the fast-paced nature of the work, which isn't always easy for young people. All the best to you.

12/04/2026: Extremely long wait! We waited at least 35 minutes for just three simple hamburgers. Plus, they were missing bacon and pickles. The hygiene was appalling, and the staff were indifferent.

24/04/2026: The servers are friendly. One evening there were three of us—my father, my sister, and me—and when we arrived, we were warmly welcomed. The Monaco (a type of brioche) at this restaurant is very good. For example, if you work in a restaurant and you run out of ice, they'll give you some. The manager, Jordi, is super friendly and very easygoing, always smiling. Go to this brasserie; I highly recommend it.

18/04/2026: The waiter is arrogant and condescending; he speaks rudely to his customers and has absolutely no customer service skills. Don't bother coming unless you're ordering over €100; it's even better 😑
