24/02/2026: Long black hair found in my salad, also half rotten salad leafs. Manager would not compensate. Go somewhere else. It’s too expensive too.
19/02/2026: We arrived in the middle of a heavy snowstorm, cold and ready for lunch. The restaurant was already getting busy, but having placed our order via the very straightforward app, the food and hot drinks arrived in three minutes which was amazing given the number of people being served. The staff were very polite, and made a great effort to make sure everybody was sorted around all the tables. They also kept the place clean and tidy as soon as guests had finished.
I’d like to call out Elliott and Celeste in particular who did a super job.
Looking forward to another trip to La Paul.

06/03/2026: Waiting 30 minutes to be served in a fast-food restaurant is unacceptable, and the staff are in no hurry at all; there are children running around and shouting.
05/03/2026: We only come here when we have to go to Claye-Souilly. Even last time, I swore I'd never go again. Too long a wait, food served cold, no consideration for customers, and on top of that, we don't get what we order. We use the self-service kiosk, but even then the employees manage to make a mistake. We come to treat the children, but that's no longer the case. Avoid this place.

08/02/2026: I've seen the baker drop uncooked bread, pick it up from the floor, and put it back in the oven. Aside from that, they no longer offer day-old bread in bags, which is really sad.

And the quality is really minimal.
I don't recommend it at all. It's not great for a meal with friends.

12/01/2026: Well, clearly disappointed. The meat used to be good, now it's just industrially frozen. The meat is cut very straight and in a rectangular shape, like in those industrial packages, and it has no taste. It's sad because the meat used to be good. And on top of that, there was no cheese...
03/12/2025: The staff were lovely, warm, and always smiling.
There was a wide selection on the menu, and the prices were very reasonable despite the recent increase. The service was quick, and the food was delicious.
Thanks again to the team for always being so pleasant.
I highly recommend it.

21/10/2025: Did not have the experience mentioned by others. Food was great value and tasty; rustic, crispy chips and juicy burgers in lovely fresh seeded buns. They forgot the salad on the burger, but we weren't bothered and I suspect it was a language issue. Enjoyed our meal nonetheless.
27/09/2025: I was very disappointed with this snack bar. I saw the owner yell at and insult his staff in a very harsh manner, in front of customers. He also got angry with elderly people who had simply ordered fries, without even giving them time to finish their order. The atmosphere is unpleasant, he speaks very rudely to people. The organization is chaotic, the menu doesn't really mean much, and the quality of the food is very poor.
I do not recommend it at all.

My order was processed quickly using click and collect.
22/03/2026: 26 minutes for a 3-burger order... that's the slowest McDonald's I've ever experienced. And I've been to McDonald's in 11 different countries. None of them come close to this slowness.
Plus, the prices are high: they're more expensive than McDonald's in the Paris region.
I'm still giving it 3 stars because the staff is polite and friendly.
