Only one employee made the pizzas, the others went back and forth without really doing anything, didn't even ask themselves why we had been waiting for 30 minutes, taking smoke breaks or on the phone outside, while several customers were waiting. Courage to those who have to work with them.
16/12/2024: After 10 minutes of waiting on the phone, still no response... very complicated to resolve a problem with an order placed on the application...

04/08/2024: They tell you to call and no one answers!! This has changed a lot, the new owner is not up to the standard of the old one.
Fanny breaks the house but the boss is not ready to put a 3 gas to work! More than an hour of waiting to place an order!! A shame .
Plus he forgets one sandwich and makes a mistake on another and he closes the kitchen without making the sandwich again!
This will be the last time!! Even if he fights his balls.

04/12/2024: My stay in your establishment could have been pleasant, but I was deeply disappointed by the behavior of an employee. On several occasions, this person made fun of me in an obvious way, notably when I came to ask for a drink, and even more so when she saw me with her colleagues outside. These disrespectful attitudes are not acceptable in a professional setting and harm the image of your hotel. I would like to report this experience so that measures can be taken to avoid this type of situation in the future.

21/07/2024: We went there on a nice sunday evening in July and sat outside (hence my 3 stars for ambience). While the reviews were good on Google for this place, I really do not understand what is so good about it. Service was not very good (did not give us napkins and we had almost finished the hamburger when she finally came with the fries). Finally, the Burgers were mediocre. The meat was OK but not warm and there was not much else to it (we had the Jackson). The saddest part was the fries that seemed to be fried too long (or in old oil) and then warmed up in a microwave.. very soggy... Anyway I would not spend 70 euros for 4 anymore at this place..(each a burger, fries and 1 drink) It's definitely not worth it....

I order a Chiken Big Mac and we put a normal Big Mac.
And this evening order mac flurry daim caramel and kit kat ball caramel, practically no caramel sauce and topees... and zero sayce for the nuggets and potatoes... disappointed disappointed disappointed
14/12/2024: Disgusting table and chairs while not many people in the restaurant
3 errors on an order with 2 menus.., bacon cheddar fries without bacon.. when I go to the counter as a feeling of disturbing the staff they add 4 pieces of FROZEN bacon to me.
I'm going to ask for a fork because in addition to the 3 errors we have neither napkin nor fork, one employee openly said that she didn't want to give it to me.
INADMISSIBLE.
