15/09/2026: A terrible experience at this McDonald's. I am extremely disappointed and, above all, shocked by the staff's attitude. Half of my order was missing. When I pointed it out, they practically made me feel like a thief, as if I were trying to get back something I hadn't paid for! Eventually, the person realized my order had been set aside, found it, and gave it back to me with a smirk. This was a completely disrespectful and unacceptable attitude towards a customer. On top of that, the ordering process was utter chaos: no one seemed to know what they were doing, mistakes were made everywhere, the organization was a disaster, and the staff were completely lost. I absolutely do not recommend this establishment. When you pay for an order, the least you can expect is to receive what you paid for and to be treated with respect. At that price, you might as well go to Urban Burger: it's cheaper, much better, and above all, the staff are respectful and professional. As for me, that McDonald's is over.

24/08/2026: The click and collect service was a disaster. The click and collect parking lot was full, the drive-thru was packed, and it was incredibly slow. After a 45-minute wait, the order finally arrived, but it was incomplete. One of the menu items and all the sauces were missing! The lack of hygiene was evident both inside and outside. It's unacceptable to see an establishment operating under these conditions.

23/08/2026: I find it unacceptable that they don't serve the entire order at once, and that the waitress has to remove the order slip in the middle of service while my friend hadn't even received his order yet, so I ended up eating his entire McSmart burger. I had ordered a Happy Meal for my son, but he didn't get any toys, which is unacceptable. So he threw up all over himself. The waitress should refrain from telling us we eat like pigs; that deserves dismissal for eating five people in two minutes.

19/08/2026: As usual at Domino's, the pizzas aren't the best in the world... But the phone service was quick and friendly, the delivery of several pizzas and a bottle of rosé to our hotel was fast, the pizzas were hot and the rosé was chilled. The delivery driver was very friendly and called to let us know there would be a slight delay. The service was very good and helpful; kudos to the delivery driver on the moped for his friendliness.

29/08/2026: There was an oversight in the order and service, and the atmosphere was very unpleasant.

13/08/2026: We stopped for a quick lunch before continuing our tour of Grenoble. The tacos 🌮 were generous, but lukewarm. We ordered three tacos in total, and they mixed up our orders. Luckily, I'm not allergic to fish... The fries were albino. In short, not cooked very well. The music was too loud, so we couldn't hear each other properly. The place wasn't super clean, but it wasn't dirty either; the toilet seat in the restroom was broken.

14/09/2026: Excellent experience at this McDonald's! Fast service, friendly staff, and the order was exactly as ordered. It's a refreshing change from some of the negative reviews you see here. I'll gladly return!

03/07/2026: Absolutely delicious 😋 A breath of fresh air amidst restaurants overflowing with pre-made meals~ So good with rice 😭😭 It's been so long since I've had dishes so full of wok hei (the smoky aroma imparted by a hot wok)

No matter how much you eat while traveling, you can't escape the homesickness in the end 🤤 The owner is from Changsha, and the stir-fries are full of wok hei (wok aroma), with just the right amount of spiciness, perfect with rice! Two of us ordered four dishes, rice, and drinks, and it only cost a little over 60 euros, which is great value for money 🉑

08/09/2026: Furious, I ordered three steakhouse meals, one cheeseburger, two Cokes, and two Fantas. Instead, I received three cheeseburgers and one steakhouse meal. Appalling! This is the second time this has happened. I won't be going back.

25/06/2026: We tried their burgers and tacos yesterday and we weren't disappointed! The bread is amazing, the meat is top-notch and perfectly cooked, everything is just right. We highly recommend it! 🤩
