08/04/2026: The place doesn't look like much, but the welcome was warm. We only tried the "Le Checa" bread and found it excellent. Taste, baking, texture, and shelf life: everything was perfect.

09/08/2026: Brasserie with a delicious daily special. Randomly priced for the quality served. Highly recommended.

10/09/2026: The welcome is friendly and the staff are pleasant, in a setting reminiscent of a Breton antique shop, with two attractive alcove beds. However, some of the tables are really low. The problem is the crêpes. Whether buckwheat or wheat, they are too thick for my taste, and what's more, they are only cooked on one side, which accentuates the feeling of thickness in the mouth. And then there's the (too) little butter. A meal at a crêperie isn't meant to be diet-friendly!

06/09/2026: The coffee was very good, the beer was delicious, but the pizza was actually a flatbread dough (fragile and flat) with tomato sauce, herbs de Provence, and 90% of it covered in cheese. It was tasty, but calling it a pizza... is rather misleading. Italian-style flatbread would be a more accurate description. 😁 Don't get me wrong, it was tasty, but it's not a pizza, not in my opinion. The staff is friendly, the location is beautiful and right by the sea. I've attached a photo of my own pizza.

06/09/2026: A seaside hotel in Ouessant, completely renovated inside. The rooms are nice, with very comfortable beds and pleasant bathrooms. The complimentary tray in the rooms is a welcome touch after a day of exploring. Breakfast is adequate. The staff is friendly. We had a pleasant stay.

06/09/2026: It's a shame, this establishment doesn't live up to a 3-star rating, at best a 2-star, and the price is exorbitant. The breakfast price is also completely out of line with what's offered. The photos on the hotel's website are also misleading. There was a drainage problem in the bathroom and mold. No restaurant service, only snacks for happy hour. I won't choose this establishment again for my next visit.

16/06/2026: Coq'inn Kergaradec is a modern and very clean self-service restaurant. They offer a wide variety of starters, desserts, and main courses (around ten main courses). Most of their dishes are homemade. The food is good and served in generous portions. The staff is friendly and even pleasant. A tray consisting of a starter, a main course, cheese, a dessert, a bread roll, a small butter, and a Coke cost me less than €20. It's packed every lunchtime, but there will always be a seat for you, and it's undoubtedly the best value for money cafeteria in Brest.

01/09/2026: A pleasant place with friendly staff and a fantastic manager who is always attentive. It needs to be expanded as it's getting more and more crowded. Some renovations are also needed. Why not add a terrace?

03/09/2026: As a vegetarian, I expected a bit more from the €19 vegetable plate than frozen peas and undercooked cauliflower. All the other dishes, including the salad, were beautifully presented, but the vegetable plate just didn't live up to expectations. What a shame :(

02/09/2026: Totally overrated. We booked two months in advance for our wedding anniversary and got the worst table. The entrecote Dupin was tough. The worst meal of our entire Brittany road trip.

30/08/2026: We came for lunch at the end of August and received a warm welcome. We ordered pizza and mussels and fries. The service was quick, and the dishes were really good and generous! The prices are reasonable for the location (we were able to eat facing the counter). We highly recommend it!

07/05/2026: came here because they were a kouign amann winner in 2019. The shop lady was very sweet, tge gateaux breton pomme was very good, as was the chou Chantilly (with very good whipped cream). The kouign amann was fine but I felt it was a little undercooked/doughy in the middle, but perhaps it's just not my thing. Still a lovely experience and would recommend.
