06/08/2024: Je n'en garderais pas un bon souvenir désolée La serveuse était a peu près sympathique c'est un point positif. Le repas pas de bonne qualité et pas vraiment bon. L'un de nous a demandé s'il pouvait avoir une assiette de Fish and chips sans menu On nous a répondu aucun soucis Le plat n'était vraiment pas bon du tout et l'or de l'addition la patronne a refusé de ne compter que l'assiette car soit disant elle n'avait pas la touche j'ai eu beau lui dire que nous avions demandé avant de commander et que cela avait été accepté elle nous a tout de même compté un menu complet pour cette simple assiette J'appelle cela du vol .... Nous ne reviendrons pas

26/09/2024: We enjoyed dining at this restaurant. My partner really enjoyed her pan con tomato as a starter and her cod steak with aioli and for my part, I enjoyed the little frying with garlic mayo as a starter. Small downside on the mussels marinière in which I was missing something in terms of taste, a priori in terms of white wine. The seats were comfortable and given the time, it was not super full so the atmosphere was rather calm and warm which we found enjoyable. In the end, we recommend this establishment in which we had a pleasant time.

21/09/2024: Très bien. On a pris les entrées et les plats du jours qui étaient excellents. La cuisine est ouverte ce qui permet de voir le cuisinier travailler. On le recommande et on y reviendra!

08/09/2024: Randomly passing through this establishment where an electro evening was taking place upstairs, on the terrace, with a view of the illuminated ramparts and the count's castle. The atmosphere was excellent, lots of people, mainly from an age group between 20-30 years old and DJ Volus at the top. A very good start to the evening in a very pleasant setting with very friendly staff.

18/09/2024: We spent 4 excellent days in Limoux Room at 90€…very very good…comfortable, quiet, balcony seen on the Place des Arcades…small apartment…comfortable bed, clean… I fully recommend

08/09/2024: A real discovery!! While passing through Rustiques we stopped for lunch in this restaurant on the advice of friends. We were not disappointed... Homemade food, warm welcome... We will return.. Quiet, shaded place. Perfect 😀👍

23/08/2024: Un accueil très agréable et convivial… le choix entre une salle très authentique (une belle cheminée qui donne l’envie de revenir à l’automne), un patio abrité du vent.. ou une terrasse permettant d’admirer le sunset sur les Corbières! Et la carte! Des cuissons au feu de bois qui méritent à elles seules le - petit - détour de l’autoroute A61 (et en plus, on évite les bouchons!)

14/09/2024: Je viens ici avec mon groupes d américains, Le cassoulet et la crème brûlée sont très bon . Mention spéciale à la jeune serveuse Ruby, qui gérait le restaurant seule ce jour là .

13/09/2024: Un super endroit acceuillant et chaleureux, les plats sont succulents. Service rapide et le personnel est à l'écoute.

23/09/2024: Je ne connaissais pas mais je sais que j'y reviendrais on a mangé des viandes d'une qualité absolument excellente, la wagyu c'est vraiment quelque chose d'unique par rapport à tout ce que l'on peut goûter d'autres. En matière d'accompagnement les frites à la graisse de bœuf sont excellentes même si elles ne sont évidemment pas le plat star du restaurant (c'est les côtes de bœuf). Le service est aussi vraiment très bien on a pu être très bien conseillé dans nos choix de viande et le personnel est vraiment super sympa et agréable, tout est fait pour qu'on se sente bien je recommande à 100% !

08/09/2024: Depuis le changement de direction, le restaurant a perdu de son charme, beaucoup en qualité et convivialité. C’est vraiment dommage, la bâtisse type hacienda est très sympa

01/09/2024: We came here because it was rated so highly in Tripadvisor, but we were disappointed. We arrived right at 7:30 when they opened and we were the second group of guests to be seated. Despite this, we watched many other tables get filled, and we were the last to get a menu after asking. We ended up sitting for 30 minutes watching everybody around us order and get served while we were ignored without even a drink being offered on this warm day. Eventually we got up and left. It appeared to be a local restaurant where locals dined with friends. We have never felt so unwelcome at a restaurant, especially one that is inside a hotel. The lovely terrace and surroundings did not make up for the our treatment.

21/09/2024: We were there twice within a week and loved it each time. Since it was out of season, we didn't make a reservation and still got a spot quickly even though it was busy. 😊 The entire team is very friendly and very personable. In some cases it is possible to communicate well in English. On our first visit we ordered pizza, which was really delicious! What surprised us was the taste of Emmental, but only because we didn't know it (it's also on the menu). On the second evening we ordered duck breast and the burger raclette… And what can I say? The burger was the best I've ever eaten! 🤤😍 My husband also ate the duck breast quickly and with relish. The music was a little louder, the atmosphere was relaxed and the staff and all guests were relaxed and happy. That's how it has to be! 🥳🙏🏼
