13/03/2026: A wonderful find in a quiet street. We weren’t expecting such a high standard of food but the standard was so good we had to go back. The Chicken was one of the best I have had. So tasty. Bright green sauce which was amazing. The desserts and starters were equally good. We had a quick chat with the chef and both him and the staff were very attentive.

20/01/2026: Small, typically French restaurant with outdoor seating, serving regional dishes. The food is excellent, the staff are smiling and friendly. The menu is only available in French, English, and Spanish. Four of us ordered four dishes with sides, and drank water from a carafe. Spent 93 euros.

16/02/2026: Well, what can I say? A sublime discovery of this little restaurant in the heart of Carcassonne. Very minimalist, superb welcome, top-notch team. But what can I say about our Valentine's Day meal? Everything, and I mean everything, was perfect. A meal worthy of the finest Michelin-starred restaurants. The amuse-bouche was divine. As for the starter, what can I say except that my taste buds exploded with flavor, the quality of the ingredients was so subtle. As for the other courses, I would even say it was a true culinary art. Flavor, taste, presentation, combination—a splendid and divine evening. Thank you to the team of two lovely waitresses, and what a surprise to have been able to speak with the chef, a man of profound stature, humble and respectable. Never change your vision, and what a source of pride for me to have discovered your restaurant. I highly recommend you go. Yes, the price is a bit higher than other restaurants, but the food and the place itself are worth it. The only slight downside was the Spanish guests who were talking very loudly. But we made it through the night; the meal was absolutely divine and delicious. Thank you, and we look forward to seeing you again.

06/01/2026: A rather disappointing experience. The menu promised better: the onion soup was clearly lacking in flavor (more watery than onion), the cassoulet tasted rancid, and the portion was small. The homemade dessert (pineapple tart) was decent, but nothing special. The restaurant is small and busy, but the service didn't live up to expectations: the staff seemed overwhelmed, and the welcome was unfriendly. In short, consider booking a table in advance… at another restaurant.

11/03/2026: We happened to come across this place on a Monday evening when most other restaurants were closed, and we’re really glad we did. All of us enjoyed our meals. Two of us ordered the set menu, which was great value. The starters were very generous, the duck confit was really good, and the creme brûlée was amazing. A very pleasant surprise, we’d happily come back.

05/03/2026: I'm very surprised this restaurant has good reviews. Perhaps we just had bad luck. That day, our linguine carbonara was inedible. The pasta was in large clumps, as if they'd forgotten to stir it in the water. The sauce was tasteless. The very slow service wasn't unpleasant, but it was inefficient and unprofessional. Cutlery and water carafes were being dropped every five minutes. Tables weren't cleared after customers left, so the dining room was a mess, which made the experience even more unpleasant.
