24/08/2026: The boulangerie is located in a former gas station building. Fantastically designed. Excellent quality products at reasonable prices. Very good coffee. There's even a baguette machine! I highly recommend it.

A lovely atmosphere with friendly and attentive servers! Our stay in Carcassonne ended on this very high note! We'll remember it! 😋

26/09/2026: While passing through Carcassonne, we enjoyed a delicious cassoulet in a welcoming restaurant. From the appetizer to the dessert, from the moment we arrived until we left, everything was perfect. Don't change a thing!

03/10/2026: A reasonably priced, clean restaurant with a good selection. The aperitif is served with a large portion of chips, which is great 😉 The carbonara pasta is good... maybe a little too much sauce for my taste.

26/08/2026: Perfect service! We ordered a cocktail reception for our wedding (20 people) and the cake, which was just as delicious as everything else. The grazing table the following day was equally perfect. All our guests were delighted and thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Thank you again. We will definitely recommend you.

28/10/2026: We had a wonderful time at this restaurant. The food is authentic and homemade, and you can taste the difference. The waitresses were very kind and smiling. In short, stop by!

13/10/2026: My husband and I had the most lovely long weekend here. The b&b is full of charm and is located out of the city, surrounded by a garden. We could walk to the Carcassonne on a little trail that followed the river Aude. Clemont, the owner, is slowly refurbishing the castle with care and passion. Dinner with him was the best meal we had on our trip, and he was kind enough to adjust the meal to be vegetarian for me. Overall, an absolutely perfect country escape from the city. Couldn’t recommend it more!
