Came to have dinner with passing friends; we transmitted our complaints to the attention of Mr. PUTELAT on various unsatisfactory points during our visit but the latter did not deign to respond to us. Inadmissible and unacceptable for an establishment which no longer lives up to its reputation; it’s a shame…

16/01/2026: Excellent place!!! We found this bakery because it's very close to our accommodation, which was very convenient. It's well located and parking is easy in the area, which is a plus. We received excellent service from the very beginning, both friendly and professional. The products exude quality, both in appearance and flavor, and the overall experience was very satisfying. The prices are competitive for the type of product and the location. Without a doubt, it's a place I would return to without hesitation if I were ever in the area again.

10/01/2026: What a disgrace! I came to buy a pan bagnat and a panini. The pan bagnat was flat, with three tiny pieces of chicken barely hanging on. And the panini was dripping with olive oil. I don't recommend it.

24/01/2026: Everything was perfect! The waiter gave us a very warm welcome, with a relaxed yet pleasant demeanor. We ordered the evening menu (starter + main course + dessert) and it was as beautiful as it was delicious! All accompanied by a glass of wine and a cocktail. From the chef to the servers, everyone is clearly skilled and it shows. We highly recommend it!

25/10/2025: I do not understand great reviews for this place. The menu is most unimaginative and incredibly overpriced. The tapas ("specialy") are a zero effort on part of the kitchen - essentially resellling prepared deli type foods. The outside terrace is flanked by the passing traffic so exhaust fumes and noise are part of the experience (but that's not unique to this place). The service is very friendly though and you benefit from a view of the cité. My recommendation is to skip this if you are looking for a good meal.

04/09/2024: Une auberge ou l on ne perd pas de temps. Les plats sont bons et servis rapidement par Chritophe et Carole qui ne font pas de voyage a vide. Toujours avec le sourire. Bref j ai bien aimé mais pour les gourmands, preferez les plats a la carte qui sont nettement plus copieux (mais ca c est normal) Encore bravo a eux 2 et a leur cuistot.

04/09/2024: Nous sommes allé dans ce restaurant sur recommandation et nous aurions mieux fait de passer notre chemin!! Les prix sont très chers pour ce que c'est; la carte n'est pas exceptionnelle et certaines formulations sont tournées de façon à vous induire en erreur. Sur les 4 personnes nous avons toutes été malades alors que nous avions pris 4 plats différents; le foie gras n'est clairement pas maison et doit être de l'industriel bas de gamme (suinte; non dénervé; ne se tient pas...); et une vinaigrette ne se résume pas à mettre uniquement de l'huile sur une salade! Cette adresse est en résumé un attrape touriste qui donne en plus une très mauvaise image par rapport aux autres établissements qui font du qualitatif.

31/01/2026: The savory crepes were very good. You have to be patient and take your time as the kitchen doesn't cook very fast. However, the wait is worth it. It was a pity that the heating wasn't on or higher, as it was quite cool inside the restaurant.

16/12/2025: It's not up to date. We came because it's gluten-free, but it's closed for vacation even though it says it's open.

22/12/2025: Perfect location for visiting the city and the surrounding area… Excellent welcome from all the staff, a very pleasant and varied breakfast. Room with a view of the city, a 5-minute walk away. Parking included in front of the hotel. A very pleasant stay. Thank you!

03/01/2026: I discovered this bakery/pastry shop quite by chance during my recent stay in Carcassonne, and I was very pleasantly surprised. Freshness, quality, price, service—everything is perfect. I highly recommend it.

12/12/2025: The first server was really nice and the drink arrived quickly. However, when we wanted to sit down inside, we were first seated at one table and then at another because the first one was already set (no one sat there except the server behind the bar). The server behind the bar was extremely unfriendly, and since she thought we didn't speak French, she started gossiping about us loudly. An extremely unpleasant experience!

26/08/2024: Good impression when entering and very bad when leaving. We ordered two duck breasts a la carte and a children's menu. We were served quite quickly and the children's menu was ok, these are the only positive points. The two breasts ordered rare, arrived very cooked and had a really very particular taste, spicy, inedible! We ate the fries and the salad which really weren't that great either... We then tried to ask for the bill to say a few words to the waiter, pay and leave, a very complicated thing because he was all alone to manage a shielded restaurant (indoors and terrace), there were clearly too many people for just one waiter who for once was voluntary but overwhelmed... After a long wait, I got up to intercept the waiter who was obviously avoiding the tables already served because he didn't have time to charge and I asked him for the bill. It still took a little while to arrive but eventually arrived. We pay and we talk to him about the inedible duck breasts, he replies that it's surprising because they work with fresh products, we want to believe him, my breasts, we can eat others, some of which were not maybe not great but no one has ever had that taste to the point of being inedible! On the way out, we went to see the boss at the bar to also inform him because in the end he was the one in charge, so there, he showed total nonchalance and indifference, he seemed absolutely not concerned by what was happening in his restaurant... We ended up at McDonald's and in comparison we found it good, that's to say the level of this meal!!

03/01/2026: The coffee tasted terrible. I told the waiter, who ignored my comment. Two lattes and two mint teas cost us €19, which seems very expensive (especially considering the amount of milk and the quality of the coffee).

11/01/2026: Fabulous from start to finish. Exceptional service and top-quality food! The cassoulet was truly delicious and full of flavor. Plus, the price was very reasonable.

01/01/2026: It'll probably be good. But not on New Year's Eve. They're pushing themselves too hard, aiming too high. Assembly line work for the price of manual labor. Keep it small and good!

18/12/2025: We came with a group for a charity event and discovered this restaurant. Fantastic! The food was local, the service excellent... We'll definitely be back.

09/11/2025: A pleasant restaurant for lunch. A starter and main course of the day are available as part of a set menu for 20 euros. The cassoulet was slightly overcooked, but still tasty. It gets busy, so reservations are recommended.

02/11/2025: Disappointed, the portion was tiny compared to the price. A Toulouse sausage, a small bowl of fries and salad for €17. It wasn't worth it. The same goes for the pork loin.
