16/07/2026: Food was low quality and not fresh. Tartare had very clearly been sitting for some time, Frites were terrible and not hot.

16/07/2026: The place was nice and the waiters were friendly until I went to pay and they tried to rip me off. They gave me a rough estimate of what I owed, and since it seemed excessive, I asked for the bill, but it only showed the total amount. When I told them I wanted a breakdown and showed them the price list in front of me, it was 10 euros less. They apologized, saying it was someone else's bill. Maybe that's why they were so nice at first.

13/10/2025: October 2025 - We tried to go back, but we were informed that the owner had passed away and the restaurant was permanently closed. How sad... This restaurant was a gem! • • • • • We're glad to see that this restaurant is still open. Our visit in April 2019 (see photo) left us with very fond memories of the place. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was fantastic! A great place to escape to when the weather is cold! We will definitely return in September 2025, during our next planned trip to Carcassonne!

27/08/2025: Establishment CLOSED!!!😡(We traveled 80km) It would be wise to report this on your door and on Google... And they don't answer the phone. Doesn't deserve any stars... Avoid!!!

19/07/2026: The welcome was friendly, but honestly, the pizza wasn't really a pizza. Made from poor-quality, industrial dough, it was more like a wrap smothered in tomato sauce and "cheese" than a real Neapolitan pizza. If you want to enjoy a decent pizza, unfortunately, avoid this place... despite the friendly welcome.

18/04/2026: Ordered for the first time: one I don't know (merguez, chorizo, minced meat) and one Savoyarde. Really generous and very good. Friendly service.

28/08/2026: Beautiful shaded internal garden. Quick service and the option to grab a light bite.

28/08/2026: The place is really trendy, the staff are very helpful, friendly, and attentive. Unfortunately, I didn't enjoy my meal (it was a set menu for the evening).

26/08/2026: Well located, but the floor heats up. The chairs aren't very practical. The pizza I ordered was very, very flat and didn't resemble the pizzas you get elsewhere at all; it had no topping and looked a bit like an industrial pizza. Simon's hot Camembert was very good.

17/08/2026: A wonderful discovery! The staff are very friendly and attentive. My son discovered and loved the cassoulet at this address; it was memorable!

15/08/2026: This is what I received as an appetizer after ordering "onion soup." It was literally water. The bread was soggy. Absolutely no flavor, very disappointed.

19/08/2026: Nice atmosphere, but the guys int the staff arent too nice or professional at all. Table was dirty, paper glasses were used, no food available. It could be much better

19/08/2026: The atmosphere deserves better service. Unfortunately, no food was available despite it being advertised, the frappé was served in a paper cup, and the staff seemed reluctant to help. A disappointing experience overall, especially given the potential of the place.

22/08/2026: We arrived at 8:20 am for a full lunch for two. The waitress, sitting on the terrace smoking a cigarette, coldly informed us that it wasn't possible to sit on the terrace as the restaurant didn't open until 8:30 am. Thanks for the welcome! So we left... a shame, as it meant wasting several meals that went elsewhere.

17/08/2026: I think the pizzas were frozen and the crepes were in a bag; honestly, I felt ripped off.

27/08/2026: Absolutely fantastic, get price for the set menu lovely staff great location we will definitely come back.

01/07/2026: A pleasant experience at La Table de l'Olivier in the Mercure Carcassonne. I was a little disappointed not to have dined on the terrace. It's a hotel restaurant, but one might expect a bit more atmosphere. The chef's cuisine is simple yet delicious. If you're staying at the hotel, don't hesitate; otherwise, there are better options in Carcassonne.

04/06/2026: I absolutely loved my dinner here! The orange-honey glazed chicken breast was a highlight—perfectly cooked, tender, and full of flavor. The melon and ham carpaccio was a great starter, too. I finished my meal with a molten chocolate lava cake that was simply divine. If you’re looking for a great meal in Carcassonne, I highly recommend this place. Truly satisfied! I had the best dinner in Carcassonne! The orange-honey glazed chicken breast was especially exquisite, perfectly cooked and incredibly juicy. The melon and ham carpaccio appetizer was also wonderfully balanced. The molten chocolate lava cake for dessert was rich and a perfect finish. If you’re looking for a great meal in Carcassonne, I highly recommend this place!

25/08/2026: Very good, we ate there as a family with the children; the crepes and waffles were absolutely delicious.

10/02/2026: One of the oldest breweries at the entrance to the pedestrian street. 5 minutes from the station. 2 minutes from the “Chénier” bus stop. A place where you feel good… Go there and give me some news.

25/01/2026: We stopped for lunch as we were passing through because we had a 4-hour drive ahead of us... my partner ordered cassoulet and I had prawns, and we both got sick... The cassoulet was sour, the sausage had a strange smell, the prawns were overcooked and tasteless—in short, change your kitchen... a disgrace to French gastronomy... incomprehensible and unacceptable, because the point of going to a restaurant is not to get sick. Please check your kitchen.

11/08/2026: Low prices, but they should raise them for better food quality. Dirty, flooded toilets. Steak with a half-cooked egg on top. Undercooked fries too. Tiny flank steak.

12/07/2026: Watched the Tour de France on television and had a nice beer. When we were there were no snacks.
