02/10/2024: Very warm welcome, delicious food, friendly staff. We went 2 times and both times in the evening there were a lot of people, locals, I think this is a sign of quality. On the first evening, we ordered the same thing as the girl sitting at the next table; she ate cheese and potatoes with such pleasure that we couldn’t resist and took it too. And the next evening, memories of cheese and potatoes and delicious fresh beer did not allow us to go to bed peacefully until we went to this restaurant again. And what a delicate creme brulee cannot be described in words, perfect in texture, sweetness and fat content.

02/10/2024: On this rainy day in Strasbourg, we decided to eat a choucroute at Le Tire-Bouchon and we did well! The food is very good, the service is friendly and the setting is very pleasant. After the very good sauerkraut, we had a baba kouuelhopf with rum, a delight in every bite! We recommend this winstub without hesitation 👍

14/12/2024: Fuimos a este restaurante de última hora sin reserva para una familia extensa de 8 personas. Este restaurante estaba muy reservado, pero hicieron todo lo posible para acomodarnos y hacernos sentir bienvenidos. La comida era sensacional. Todo estaba bien de precio. El vino estaba delicioso. El personal de camareros era amable y amable, especialmente con los niños. Muchas gracias por una hermosa cena en Estrasburgo. Esta familia australiana está muy agradecida.

03/10/2024: We had a Caesar salad and lamb. ××× The salad was a shame! ××× A salad in a transparent box from the supermarket would have been the same. My meat was good, but served cold. Professional, fast service. The staff is classy. The prices are exorbitant.

03/10/2024: We came to enjoy a dinner for two. Being a regular at this restaurant, we are never there, from the valet service, from the pretzel to the aperitif, including melt-in-the-mouth meat and delicious treats at the gourmet coffee: everything is there to have a good time and enjoy. We will come back!

18/12/2024: Service is really good, place is cosy and warm but food wise not the best place in town. Yes the food is alright good but quantity wise it's a bit lacking for the price and type of plate you order (except maybe for the salad that seemed huge). Order a Tarte flambée or salad and you'll be fine. For baeckeoffe or choucroute I think there are better addresses to go to (if you want value / taste for money).

14/09/2024: Straight out of a fairy tale, Du Côté de Chez Anne is a timeless place. Anne, a person of unparalleled kindness, takes care of her guests. She is always attentive and no detail is overlooked. The waiters are professional and very pleasant in their very pretty costumes. The rooms are sumptuous, the decorations neat and refined. The chef's gourmet cuisine is delicate and tasty. I warmly recommend this place. A moment out of time, out of the city, a breath of elegance and sympathy. 12/12/2024: Acabamos de pasar una semana en Alsacia y básicamente tuvimos tarte flambee (Flammekueche) todos los días para el almuerzo, así que terminamos probando bastantes lugares diferentes. ¡La Binchstub era nuestra favorita! Manteca de cerdo muy sabrosa, perfectamente cocinada y servida en una configuración más moderna por camareros súper amables. ¡Un lugar realmente genial!

10/12/2024: Excelente comida. Un servidor encantador. Divertido comer y beber a ritmo de hip hop. Volveríamos en un santiamén. Las reservas son una buena idea.

21/09/2024: Accueil sympathique dans un joli cadre. Mais le menu affaire proposait des sardines farcies sans saveur, une souris d'agneau délicieuse et un dessert à base de figues. Un service bien trop long et un prix excessif laissent ce moment sur une certaine insatisfaction

14/09/2024: Wir haben das Menu Dégustation genossen. Die Gänge waren hervorragend zubereitet, toll angerichtet und super abgestimmt. Ein echter Genuss! Die Weinkarte ist toll aber ziemlich (über)teuert. Lage und Service ist super. Bei der Reservation unbedingt angeben, dass man im Pavillonteil unter dem Glasdach essen will.

Special mention for Chloé, an adorable waitress, whose kindness contrasts pleasantly with certain receptions that are sometimes a little cold in Alsace! The glowing reindeer in the corner adds a truly charming decorative touch. THANKS :)

27/01/2025: Family meal in this place that we have known for many years. The cuisine is no longer the same although it is good. It’s a shame not to use Alsatian tableware for this emblematic place in Strasbourg.
