27/09/2026: We discovered La Bonne Source last night and had a wonderful time! Everything was absolutely perfect, from the welcome to the meal. The food was delicious, the dishes beautifully prepared and truly flavorful. 😍 The staff was also very pleasant, smiling, and attentive, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We had a lovely evening and will definitely be back! We highly recommend this place. ❤️

20/09/2026: We came to enjoy a delicious tarte flambée accompanied by a very good salad, and we thoroughly enjoyed it! Everything was fresh and flavorful. A big thank you also to the waitress, who was particularly warm, smiling, and attentive. A welcome like that is truly delightful and makes you want to return. We had a wonderful time, and I highly recommend this establishment!

The menu is varied and everything looks delicious, and it was a delight! Highly recommended! Next time I'm in Strasbourg, I'll be there in a flash! You should do the same! 26/09/2026: We had a very pleasant evening at Christophe and Angele's. The dishes were all wonderful, the advice given was clear and patient, and the wines were sublime. We celebrated a birthday, which was acknowledged with a little candle and a song! I really appreciated being able to fully enjoy our evening with our friends who were visiting from the United States, as we weren't put under any pressure whatsoever to choose or finish our meals. 10/10

13/08/2026: What a wonderful time we had at this restaurant! We thoroughly enjoyed the tarte flambée, served on large wooden boards, as well as the ham hock with sautéed potatoes. The food is generous and truly delicious. Special mention goes to the Meteor beer, which perfectly complements these local specialties. A must-visit in Strasbourg for those who appreciate a friendly atmosphere.

15/10/2026: I visited Strasbourg because I heard that a dish called CHOUCROUTE is famous there, and it is a flavor that meat lovers would enjoy. Although I couldn't get used to the pickled onions due to their distinctive sour taste no matter how much I ate, the various meats stood out with their own distinct flavors, free from any gamey odor. I also tried BAECKEOFFE, a traditional local dish, but it had such a strong, distinctive aroma that even I, who am sensitive to meaty smells, found it difficult to eat. Since it is such a famous place, there is a high chance it will be full if you visit during peak meal times.

17/10/2026: Incredible, discreet and attentive service. A divine food, wine, and beverage pairing. We opted for the tasting menu and were captivated by the chef's culinary artistry, which evoked a truly beautiful experience. No detail was overlooked, from the food and service to the ambiance (right down to the restroom soap). This constant attention to detail and quality leads us to conclude that we received excellent value for money. Thank you for this delightful interlude during our evening.

28/03/2026: The hotel has a really lovely spa area. The reception staff were also very friendly. The room was quite good. Only the breakfast could be improved. It doesn't really feel like a 4-star hotel 🙃 But we would still gladly come back :)
