08/04/2026: Unfortunately, the place could be nice if the manager were friendlier and less aggressive towards women. He refused to serve a Coke paid for with a 20 euro note or with change (20 cents and 50 cents, for a total of 1.50 euros). There were eight of us, and we drank freely. This sexist waiter told our friend to leave if she wasn't going to buy anything! He came back to try and harass our female companion, who was feeling down after the death of a family member and had come to watch us play pétanque to cheer herself up, sipping a Coke she couldn't buy because she didn't have the change. Especially since there were eight of us, and we consumed as much pastis, beer, and punch as we could. Therefore, we will not be recommending your establishment, and we assure you that we will never set foot in your place again. Other establishments are more welcoming and less sexist!

03/06/2026: The prices for alcoholic drinks are incredibly high. It might be due to the location; almost nine euros for a large beer is outrageous. We didn't eat anything here. The two gentlemen we met as servers were quite nice, but nothing more. The atmosphere is mediocre. The best thing about it is the location in the old town, which is why we stopped here after sightseeing. We won't be doing that again; there are cheaper restaurants and bars. Of course, we could have asked about the price, but we forgot, thirsty as we were! :-( We didn't eat anything, nor did any of the other customers. Perhaps 7 p.m. was too early?

26/07/2026: We ordered churros, but the woman cooked them poorly, and we had to ask for the Nutella because we'd already paid. I don't think she's qualified. Plus, the oil smelled burnt. I haven't gone back. And the ice cream was melting in the fridges by late afternoon.

26/07/2026: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I 100% recommend this ice cream shop! I only go to Cenlantitos now because everything is so excellent. The churros are simply incredible: crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, a real treat. The ice cream is also delicious, with a wide variety of high-quality flavors. The service is always very pleasant; the team is smiling, welcoming, and attentive every time I visit. In addition, the hygiene is impeccable, which is much appreciated. It's by far my favorite ice cream shop, and I will definitely be back. Kudos to the whole team!

26/05/2026: This is now our fifth time enjoying a wonderful stay at "Le Pré Gourmand." The rooms are always spotless and very comfortable. The breakfasts are always delicious and plentiful. The dishes we enjoyed in the restaurant are always refined and of exceptional quality. All this with impeccable service. A truly unmissable address.

13/07/2026: Having checked various websites, you haven't posted an announcement indicating you're not open on July 13, 2026... I can understand this due to a lack of customers or revenue. But you should have posted it on the websites. Have a good day...

13/07/2026: This was our 2nd time at this brasserie. The 1st time, we had a lovely experience and this is why we returned. This time, the waiter was extremely rude to both me and my dad. It's very clear he does not enjoy his job or was having a bad day. It's not a reason to take it on the customers. Customers don't go to restaurants to get a bad attitude, or get into confrontations. I hope other customers don't have a similar experience.

05/07/2026: Avoid this place if you don't want to be ripped off. There was no dessert menu on July 4th, 2026. According to the waitress, the menu was being rewritten and would be available in September, but she offered desserts, quoting a price of €11 for a pastry. Ice cream was also available, but again, there were no details about the flavors or prices. Prices can therefore change at the establishment's discretion and/or depending on the customer. We didn't appreciate this practice and therefore didn't order any desserts or coffees. This establishment is not allowed to operate in this way and will be reported to the DGCCRF (French Directorate General for Competition Policy, Consumer Affairs and Fraud Control).

29/07/2026: We made a reservation and had a meal on the terrace on market day. The waitress was very friendly and attentive. However, our opinion of the meal for a table of 10 was mixed. Some dishes were very tasty with quality ingredients, but we were disappointed with the pizza. Note that there is no children's menu. Prices are reasonable.

28/07/2026: A wonderful experience! Many thanks to Aurélien, our server, for his professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness throughout the meal. Thanks also to the owner for his warm welcome and the complimentary digestif, a thoughtful and much-appreciated touch. The food was excellent; we thoroughly enjoyed it. We will definitely be back!

18/04/2026: Pleasant setting, like being in the countryside. Just a few kilometers from Sainte-Victoire mountain. Responsive staff who always have a solution up their sleeve.

19/07/2026: The only positive point: the restaurant is very well located on the port of Cassis. As for the €50 set menu, it was more than disappointing. There was no point in paying so much for plastic cups, wooden spoons, and especially such basic and probably reheated food! Not to mention the waiter and his crude jokes about mussels! It was so unexpected and inappropriate…

17/07/2026: Good food. The foie gras appetizer was magnificent. The leg of lamb was quite good, although I would have preferred a slightly larger portion (I have a good appetite, so some will certainly appreciate the generous size). On the other hand, if you're looking for a really good fish soup, this is THE place to go. The service staff was excellent. The setting is lovely, although a bit noisy as it's located on a very busy pedestrian street during peak season.
