14/11/2025: Hello, this is our second time here. We ordered entrecotes, and they're still good. The restaurant is nice, Michel served us and was very pleasant. We had a great afternoon and we'll definitely be back, thank you!

10/03/2026: Dining at Le Clos was a remarkable experience. The warm and attentive welcome puts you at ease from the moment you walk in. The elegance and refinement of the setting create an intimate atmosphere. Every dish is a masterpiece. The grill is incredible! Le Clos is a must for lovers of fine meats. I recommend it without hesitation and I can't wait to return.

02/04/2026: We ate here and the dishes were delicious; however, the service was slow. They forgot the bread, and there was a considerable wait between the appetizer and the main course. And the bill was even worse.

02/04/2026: I have not arrived yet but I have received a mail from the hotel announcing me that Saturday and Sunday night there will be a DJ in the court playing music from 18h00 to 24h00! They also written me that they will provide me with ear plugs at my arrival!!!!!! Really!!!

22/03/2026: A very pleasant setting with a lovely atmosphere. The waitresses are kind and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. The food is excellent: everything was delicious, well-prepared, and high-quality. We arrived almost at 3 pm, just before the kitchen closed, and despite this, the staff were very friendly and efficient. A great place to remember!

01/03/2026: We had a fantastic time at lunch today. The team was incredibly energetic; it was the first time I'd ever seen servers so active, running around to serve their customers as quickly as possible. The food was delicious, and I'd definitely be back!

03/04/2026: This is the first time I've left a review, and frankly, when you have to, you have to. I came with my husband to get two chocolate crepes. The crepe was very, very thick and completely undercooked. The service was catastrophic. And the way the chef spoke was beyond words. Very condescending and very rude. The fact that my crepe was raw didn't make it any worse; they almost made me regret complaining and asking them to recook it for hygiene reasons. Okay, but at least they remade it in that case. For a first time, it's a shame. I work in the restaurant industry, and frankly, good service is what makes up for mistakes like this. Never go there, and on top of that, there are cockroaches.

25/03/2026: We had lunch at the brasserie. The welcome was cold and impersonal. The waiters only make an effort for the people they choose; two young women asked to change their drinks, and they did so without charging extra. However, when we wanted to pay in cash, the waiter was very annoyed and didn't have any change. He told us, "You're not going to bother me over a few cents." Complete disrespect, especially since it's illegal to refuse a form of payment. Avoid at all costs!

22/02/2026: We went for a drink at this legendary bar in Arles. On the terrace. The service was acceptable. It really felt like we were in Provence.

17/02/2026: Our dinner was delicious, with incredibly pleasant and welcoming servers; they even gave our daughter something to do! It was a wonderful experience, thank you for your kindness and dedication.

30/03/2026: Breakfast was good, and the bathrooms were very clean. However, the service was a bit slow even though there weren't many people there.

26/03/2026: Included, sorry, is the Big Five of pastry chefs. The mille-feuille is marvelous, Ispahan, Jivara passion fruit, and brioches with red fruit cream are top-notch. The chocolates are superb.
